Service was great, and the establishment was clean. Was looking for affordable vegetarian options nearby. Goggle recommended Noodles & Company and a few others. Fam agreed on this place. I ordered the Pesto Cavatappi with plant based chicken. It was decent. I would have enjoyed more mushrooms in the bowl and a diary free cheese option.One nephew ordered the Pad Thai, which was decent but lacked flavor. The other ordered Mac & Cheese. He loved it.3 cheese Pesto tortellini was ordered as well.Overall decent place for affordable pastas. If I ever come back, Id like to try the Japanese upon noodles and Zucchini noodles.

Me and 3 of my kids ate here after the movies one day. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We arrived a little before closing, I had the times mixed up. I do door dash and looked at the wrong time for that day. One of our dishes was prepared incorrectly, but I contribute that to my kids saying they wrong thing. The staff was cool about fixing it. The food seemed fresh and we didnt feel rushed because they ultimately closed while we were eating.

We enjoyed the cheesy garlic bread, and the herbal tea was excellent. But our main dishes were just okay. The service was okay - not what I would call warm and friendly though. Overall, a little disappointing for a $30 dinner for two.

We came here on a whim while on vacation. Needless to say there is something for everyone and we actually ended up coming in twice!!! There is such a variety to choose from I dont think you can go wrong with any choice. The staff here was also incredibly friendly and kind.

Penne Rosa & Japanese Pan Noodles are my favorite entrees. The portion sizes keep getting smaller but the prices go up so that’s why I give it a 4. Recommend this if you want to have a quick dinner or lunch, I order pickup on the noodles & co app.

I placed my order online and it was ready at the time indicated. I got the Korean Beef Noodles. The food is a good amount and not too spicy. However, it did feel like the protein wasnt enough so I will order double next time. Overall, good experience!!

First visit a Togo order low carb to go with my dieticians medical diet for diabetes. Drove back to Oceanside to open the container and find stuffed pasta not zucchini noodles. Was paid for on my company card that allows me to spend 25.00 a day. Well did not get to eat dinner. They offered to make it right and comp my next meal, went there today 5 days later. First counter guy said you are going to try this again. They made the correct meal but the smurck on the guys face made me wonder if I want to eat it. Sad I thought I found a new place to eat while I was in town working on a job site.

Pretty good place, it is strange that it is not visible in Google Maps if you zoom in this plaza. It is a place where you can eat a large portion for less than $12 in a very expensive city.For comparison, in high cost of living SF Bay Area there are places where you could eat for less than $10, so Carlsbad looks like the most expensive place in the USA and $12 is the lowest price possible here. I ordered only classic noodles, any choice with beef/pork/chicken is good.

Clean and fresh noodles, a wide variety of styles. Some of the noodles are spicy where you wouldnt expect so check before offering. The coke machine was a little wonky. Plenty of dining room space and high chairs available. The food is served in to go containers, the lids are by the drink machine.

So disappointing. Ordered 4 items and only one dish was good. The worst is the Mac and Cheese. Literally, boring noodles without cheese sauce. The cheese is just on the top. Awful and expensive. The zucchini noodles were practically raw and the sauce was watery. The Korean meatballs are regular meatballs with some sauce on them. I ordered extra sauce and regret it. $1.20 for a meager amount of sauce. The only dish that was good was the tortellini w/parmasan-crusted chicken. Delicious.

While hunting for a healthier, lighter lunch option we stumbled on this place. They offer all different types of noodles (traditional as well as zucchini and cauliflower) as the base for a variety of cuisines; Asian, Italian, Mac and cheese etc.I opted for the zucchini shrimp scampi. The zucchini noodles were well prepared, not soggy, good texture and the flavor of the sauce and shrimp was good. Not mind blowing, but good. I opted for the larger size which was about right for a light lunch.

This locations food wasnt nearly as good as other locations (from California to North Carolina, weve stopped by quite a few N&C locations).There was far less sauce than almost every single other location we have been to. When we asked for water cups, we were charged for sodas (didnt notice until after we paid), and instead of making out entrees meals (which can save customers money), they charged us full prices for everything as a la carte options. Additionally, the cashier had no idea how the rewards program worked.Overall, it was not a great experience. If you want to visit a Noodles & Company, I would recommend going elsewhere. This one isnt worth visiting. Other restaurants are right next door that will probably provide a better experience.

Order process is horrible-the machine often mistakes your order. I had to waste gas and time to come back for the poor ordering system ! Honestly, would likely order else where as I didn’t even get a ‘sorry’ in a customer centric business. Poor customer service= no return customers. Luckily, there are plenty of other options in Carlsbad :)

Our first time eating here and the food was great we all ordered a mixture of everything from the pad Thai noodles to the spaghetti and meatballs, Alfredo MontAmore, Cheese tortellini and even chicken noodle soup. All food had good flavor right until I found a hair in my Alfredo MontAmore. The customer service was excellent and the young gentleman was very welcoming and food was made rather quickly.

It was my first time here, I ordered the chicken Caeser Salad. Everything looked fresh, however I did not enjoy the dressing. They put it on the side, its extremely thick and doesnt spread well. I attempted two other dressing, I hated them even more. Ultimately I went next door to buy a sub from Jersey Mikes. My child got the spaghetti and meatballs, it came with applesauce, broccoli, and an organic juice pouch. The other member of my party got the cauliflower rigatoni with chicken and a cream sauce, they enjoyed it and so did my child. Its definitely worth trying.

Girl at cash register was very nice. The tall husky young guy behind cooking needs to not judge any guests who come in. He looked over at me and I smiled and nodded my head say hello. But he gave me a fu.. you look and snarled in discuss. He needs to learn better manners and customer service. Also a customer should be told if the dish has noodles or not. I didnt get any doodle. It saids zucchini noodles one would expect the noodles to have a zucchini taste or made from them or with them in the noodles mix.

The chicken is of low quality. Not worth the price. Ive been to this place so many times and I keep coming back months later with the hope theyve improved. Well, they didnt. Im done with this place. Its so overpriced for pasta (or noodles) with hardly any sauce. Id rather hit up any of the old school fast food places and pocket 5 bucks in the process.

Most of the tables were dirty so we had to ask the staff to clean one before we could sit down. We did find the staff very informative and willing to answer all of our questions which was helpful because this was our first visit to this chain restaurant. They had Wi-Fi and I tried to use it but it was slower than 1 megabit so almost useless. The dish that I ordered was quite a bit spicier than I had anticipated and I could only finished about a third of it. My wife felt that the pictures on the menus made the food look much better than it tasted.

I ordered the pesto pasta dish with parmesan chicken and shrimp with no tomatoes and I asked that the pasta is not dry. Well I received dry pasta with no tomatoes no mushrooms and a side of pesto sauce. The parmesan chicken was over cooked chewy and dry and four shrimp. REALLY! This is the last straw for me with this location. They always mess up orders. The chicken is always overcooked and chewy and the customer service not the best. When I checked my receipt I noticed I was charged for extra sauce when asked the cashier just said sorry theres a button. Excuse me what does that mean. The individuals working the front always seem to be new and doesnt know what ingredients come in the different dishes. Save your money and go somewhere else where you can actually get what you ask and paid for. I most definitely will not be back at this location

I liked it the first few times we went, then the food was served dry, I had a hard time swallowing the noodles cause they were so dry. I shouldnt have to tell the staff how to cook their own food. Every once in a while, stop by for lunch. The food selection is great, freshly prepared, tastes good and convenient location.There’s enough selection of noodles for most types of cravings.... even one time my coworker wanted Mac and Cheese and it hit the spot.Only thing is during lunch hour the parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare, park closer to Lowe’s area and just walk over, save yourself a headache of trying to get a close parking spot.

I had spaghetti and it tasted just like anything i could have made at home for cheaper. my girlfriend had mac and cheese and she said it tasted worse than boxed mac. her grandparents got steak stroganoff and the new zucchini shrimp scampi, and her cousin got pad thai. they said their meal was mediocre at best. the problem with trying to cover several continents of noodles is that none of them are mastered. although we have not tried the entire menu, the items we chose made us decide not to come back.

IF YOU ORDER ONLINE CHECK CONTENTS BEFORE LEAVING -- these guys make a lot of mistake with orders. I had ordered my entree with chicken and upon reaching home saw that there was no chicken. Took order back and spoke to manager. He was dubious and unprofessional. He was dismissive of the mistake with very hasty and superficial apology saying that the cook had told him of the mistake and he never bothered to stop me to let me know when I picked up the order. He gave me a coupon for free entree and guess what, it had expired end of December last year. What a dubious man!!

A major disappointment. My Bangkok Curry was served with uncooked noodles, lukewarm at best. I took it back and was still disappointed in the dish they redelivered. The chicken with my dish was a thin, tough, dry portion of a chicken breast. My grandson had the Mac And Cheese. During the meal he commented about the lack of cheese sauce, after we left he told me his food was pretty cold.DO NOT EAT HERE. Learn by my mistake.

Noodles & Coompany is one of those casual chain restaurants that consistently delivers good food and cheerful service. They have a wide variety of tasty pasta dishes that should suit all tastes. They have typically American pasta favorites like macncheese, Italian variations like pesto cavatapi, and Asian entrées with udon noodles and ramen noodles.They accomadate special diets with gluten-free pasta. They have dishes with meat and without. Each dish comes in two sizes for really hungry and not so hungry customersIve been going to Noodles for many years and to different locations, and they have always served delicious food. My only complaint is that they no longer offer a free noddle dish on your birthday.I have been all over the country on various birthdays and could always count on Noodles for a good dinner. This year, I was offered a large rice krispies bar. Yuck! I didnt even ask the server for it.I think chocolate cupcakes or something similar might be a more appropriate birthday dessert. But I do miss those birthday bowls. I can no longer justify making a party out of my birthday at Noodles, inviting a bunch of friends 😂
