This restaurant comes across as a little hole-in-the-wall place. It is nice and quiet. This was my first time eating there, and I would say that the Seafood Laksa that I tried tasted average at best.The presentation wasnt anything worth noting, but the favors were enjoyable. I like spicy food, so I had them add spice, which to me enhanced the flavor of the meal.I also ordered a Thai Iced Tea to round out my meal. It tea was decent, a little on the stronger side than what Ive had in the past, but overall, it was good.Most likely, I wont go back to that restaurant just because it missed the mark for me.

Order at the cashier, seats are first come, first serve. The milk tea hot was delicious, on the sweeter end but definitely has its kick in caffeine. Had two appetizers and one full entree — the roti wrapped curry chicken was our favorite of the three. The noodles were spicy for me without dipping the sauce but tasty. It’s on your party to put the dishes at the dirty dish station after eating. Plaza is full of parking spots so not to worry on parking.

The seafood laksa is great and pretty savory. The portion of Hainan chicken is small tho and I wish to have a bit more chicken for the dish. Kaya toast is great but missing the pandan flavor.

The place is small and clean. You have to pay the order first, mostly $15. The curry laksa is good. The redbean ice is quite expensive for $1010/21/2023The price around $17-18 now. You have to get your own water, utensils and clean it up after you finish.

Dined in once and preordered dessert once, their servings of food is of great authenticity and flavor. Coconut chicken rice platter is my favorite. I want to point out that they also have a various choices of dessert, which are not too sweet, but more of the ingredients original flavor.

Hands down the best, authentic Malaysian food here in the Bay Area! They have limited variety of food, however, I enjoy all their dishes and kuihs every time I come here. Highly recommend!

The food was really authentic and good here! I had the curry laksa and chicken rice. Not forgetting the milk tea, was so so so good. There’s also kuih and 粽子！ As a Malaysian, I’m so happy and proud with the food in Nyonya Cafe.

Friendly staffs, place was crowded during lunch time but theres a lot of space for parking. Food was quite good, it’s Malaysian type of beef rendang (more sweet and less spicy than Indonesian rendang). Milk tea was very good.

One of the few places in the Bay Area that serves Malaysian style food, and probably the only one that comes the closest to real Malaysian food that I’m aware off. Some of the offerings changes based on what’s made for the day so call ahead if you want to.

I have been craving to try Malaysian food and I was lucky that this was the first place I tried in the Bay Area. It was recommended by Malaysian friend who said that this place is better than 3 other Malaysian restaurants he has tried in the Bay Area. If you stop by make sure to try Nasi Lemak and Curry Laksa.

The curry noodles are delicious! The soup is a savory coconut cream based broth and the Kenang chicken adds some nice spice to it. The noodles are really well done. chewy and dense. Comes with bean sprouts, half a boiled egg and vegetables. Would recommend if you want a bowl of noodle soup.

A Truly family run restaurant, bringing authentic Malaysian food to the area. We were on our way to the SF Outlet. We stopped by for lunch and came back again for dinner. Curry laksa with chicken is a must try. Love the Mee Siam which is quite rare to find on menu.

It’s a hole in the wall place. Food is delicious, a bit pricey and they only open until 3pm on Saturday. Overall great taste but I wish they have char kway teow. We will be back again.

I looooove this place! The food is amazing! I enjoy the authenticity of the meals and it with the right amount of portions. Only flipside are the weird opening times and dates. This business can become so successful if they are open every day. Highly recommended, but watch the store hours!

Family run casual malaysian cafe with a short menu. Had the Curry laksa with seafood, Mee Siam goreng and roti telur. Everything was delicious but the laksa was a standout. Highly recommended if youre craving some Malaysian food in the east bay.

Curry Laksa was good, but wished there was more ingredients. Nasi Lemak - the chicken wings was amazing - crunchy and full of flavor. Hainanese Chicken Rice was like what you find in Malaysia. Roti Canai tasty but feels like it was from frozen. Only thing we didnt like was Thai Salad - didnt like the dressing.Customer service is great. Patient while we ordered and food came fast. Kuih and tao fu fa is good!

Finally, a place that satisfies my Asian taste buds! Their tofu laksa is 8/10 and nasi lemak (with fried wings) is 9/10. There’s a hint of sweetness in the sauce and the fried wings are perfection. If you want to experience local Asian/Indonesian/Singaporean/Malaysian food, this is the place :)

The Curry Laksa was tasty! But the Thai style salad was a miss. It was just a pile of grated cabbage with crushed peanuts, fish sauce and sauce (most probably MaePloy). I thought it should have come with mango, papaya and such to make it a Thai salad. Might come again to try other dishes.

A small hole in the wall eatery hidden in an unassuming strip mall. Good Malay food with some other exotic influences from local area to Malaysia. The Laksa was special. Hainan chicken was spot on with the dipping sauces. Wanted to try the ginger mlik tea but sadly was sold out by 2 in the afternoon. An exotic find in Pleasanton. Great mix of coconut with the exotic local spices from the origin country.

Very tasty food! We ordered take out and the food was so fresh, generous portions, and super flavorful. I ordered the Roti Kaya and it was so delicious as a post-meal dessert! Definitely check them out and looking to come back to visit them again.

First of all, the menu photo is out of date. The price of rendang beef is $15.00, not $13.00.Though the food is DELISH, its getting a bit TOO expensive for myself. I had the Beef Rendang and 2 extra apalam (chips). Just the apalam was $1.50. I could buy the uncooked chips at the local 99 Ranch market for $10 and get about $100 worth of chips. However, the Rendang is somewhat worth the price ($15.00) but for $15.00l, I would think the portion would be larger. Ill come by here again, IF I get the craving for rendang like my mom made when I was young. I almost ordered the iced dessert but I found out that they also increased the price. My lunch....LUNCH...would have cost me $30.00. I expect $30.00 for two people not one person. I decided to get only my lunch and went next door to Nations for some milkshake.Price: B (for the portion you get)Quality: A++Service: A

I really love this establishment. I fly into SF from LA every week for work and Nyonya is literally my first stop every week. It is owner operated and it shows--Tommys hospitality shines through in every interaction! I cannot recommend this establishment enough.P.S. The Bandung is to die for! This is a very delicious Malaysian restaurant in the Dublin area. The red bean nine-layer cake and colorful glutinous rice cake bought there are soft and glutinous and not too sweet. The nostalgic laksa noodle soup, the fried tofu is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, sweet and sour, and not greasy at all. Gayatos is also sweet and crispy. The price for 2 people eating the above items plus tip is about 40. The meal is served quickly and the portions are sufficient.
