Oasis Restaurant & Catering Moroccan Mediterranean Cuisine and Seafood in Pismo Beach

This is the best Morrocan food in all of SLO! Its a husband and wife team. She was very patient with us in answering all of our questions. The food was tasty, atmosphere pleasant, and the service very attentive.

I dont understand why this place isnt at least a 4.7 (except that maybe people are looking for heavily Americanized Mediterranean-ish food when they go to a Moroccan restaurant) the food, setting, and people were INCREDIBLE!Cornish hen with olive (chicken zaiton) and preserved lemon (!!) sauce is to die for, and the Greek custard dessert and inexplicably delicious Moroccan tea pot were unreal. Everything I ate here was a treat and I couldnt recommend it more highly as an ethnically Lebanese person who grew up in the middle east. I have a new favorite restaurant in the area and will be back, thank you Kareem for an unbelievable evening and dinner experience!

Great ambiance. Polite and friendly service and delicious food. They have a beer and wine license but do not offer it. You can bring your own beer or wine free of charge which is much better on the wallet.

One of the best restaurants around, every dish is killer. I always visit when I’m in town.

Rolled into town at about 840pm and wanted to get a bite to eat. Found this little gem on the top of a hill. Was greeted by a very friendly woman. We later found out her name is Shantelle. Ordered the Couscous Royal. The plate was huge and delicious! Came with 2 pieces of bread and a mixture of veggies. We washed it down with lemonade and added the baklava for dessert. The baklava came with mint vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect amount for a late night food run.Shantelle is the chefs wife. She was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Lamb Kebab and beef shanks. We are glad to take chef’s recommendations to try the Moroccan tea, it was slightly minty and sweet, so delightful.The bread was God-sent, not the usual flatbreads, much more substantial and doughy.

If you want to eat a homemade meal at a restaurant overlooking the ocean and the palm trees this is the place to go. I promise you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is beautiful and the vibes are so family oriented.We came to eat here for my Sons 5th birthday on St. Patricks day. I checked out their menu online. They had some of his favorite things so i decided to bring him, my, sister and my mom here. Lets just say they were all satisfied. I dont know how i finished all my food but i did. i left there with a food belly i was so full. The kids meals are crazy big, i wish i couldve ordered off that menu.We ordered the Moroccan mint tea and the Turkish coffee. They are both deliciously sweet and flavorful. i was always told i dont know how to make coffee because at the bottom of my cup i always have grounds but this is how this coffee is served and i loved it.We also had the falafel fingers and hummus which was absolutely delicious.My sister ate the fish and fries. Most delicious fresh fries ever may i add. My son had the Honey chicken and my mother and i ordered the Spicy chicken. The chicken was so soft and creamy and the right amount of spice to where you can still taste the flavor of the food. i also ordered the side of garlic fries with my meal which i barely touched. The fries are a perfect combination of soft and crispy they are made with love and magic. it was like a fried mashed potato stick. As if Karim perfectly boiled the potato and then fried it to perfection.A lot of the cooking reminded me of my grandmothers cooking the falafel reminded me so much of my grandmothers Bajia and the chicken reminded me of her curry.This Restaurant is ran Perfectly by the lovely Husband and Wife duo.I feel they are the type that if you return in a year they will remember you.

Good food and a family owned business that should be supported more. Moroccan food is amazing. The place need some ventilation for better air circulation.

The service was excellent, the food delicious. I got the spicy salmon it came with rice, vegetables and bread, it was very tasty, the vegetables were cooked al a dente and they were so flavorful, it came with home made lentil soup which was delicious 😋 you could taste the ginger, lemon and cinnamon .My husband had the Chicken Kabobs, they were very good. Nice size portions, we couldnt finish it all so we had the leftovers for dinner the next day. The owner was very nice and explained each dish

Our dining experience was superb from the very beginning. The owner, who also served us, was incredibly personable and charming. The food, particularly the lamb dish I ordered, was exquisitely prepared and simply divine. Can’t wait to go again!
