Ocean Ph in Yucaipa

Best place for Vietnamese food in Yucaipa. I prefer OC, but I am not driving that distance... to me, their food is a bit too salty, but my husband loves it. Its good to get that fix when you want pho or spring rolls. Great Thai tea, and I like their taro smoothie. Amazing customer service, we go once a month and they remember us every time. Husband always gets the pho special and I get the shrimp spring rolls.

Tried to come here twice. Both times we were not able to be seated because they were closed, when their hours on the door and online say otherwise. Not to mention, they looked irritated when we walked through the door, so I didnt feel like ordering to go anyways. Dont know if the food is good because we never get to try it 🤷‍♀️. Never trying again.

This is the best best restaurant! Every time I have a trip to Northern California, I stop here to enjoy delicious Vietnamese food and very reasonable prices! i would recommend to everyone 👍

I have never had the pleasure of trying Pho, I took care of that at Ocean Pho Restaurant in Yucaipa. I have always saw food shows displaying the Vietnamese soup. I can only describe Pho as Rice Noodle Soup on Steroids! the broth was amazingly tasty and delicious. Ocean Pho’s staff was friendly and kind. It’s was a great dining experience.

Staff is very friendly and attentive, the food was brought out as soon as we placed our order but wasn’t hot. There was a roach crawling on the wall and then on our table right before our food came out. The entire time we ate there the staff just stared at us and every five minutes would check up on us not really even allowing us to enjoy our food so we took it to go. I’ve been going here for years but food and dining experience itself is below par now

Omg this was soo good. The orange chicken with fried rice was so flavorful, and different from typical chinese restaurants. Better in my opinion! Also number 96, the tofu lemongrass was unlike any tofu i have ever had before, must have for vegans or vegetarians!!

Excellent, Authentic, food came right away! Service was great, very friendly and respectful. The establishment is very appealing and gives a good experience to those wanting a Vietnamese type cuisine.

This place is in a newer mall location next to a Caesars pizza. Dont be put off. You walk in and are warmly greeted and asked to take a seat anywhere. Nice clean tables and newer chairs with comfortable padding. There are chairs at the counter but too much work going on that would seem to make this uncomfortable for guests. Menu is pretty extensive. I tried the curry soup (very much like a Singapore curry laksa). They advised me it took about 20 minutes to prepare this dish as they would make from scratch. Worth the wait, with rice noodles, chicken on the bone, and chunky vegetables and curry broth. The presentation is very pleasing. The flavors were enjoyable but could do with more spice and more of a curry flavor. Price was about $9.99. The owners/ workers were very industrious the entire time and cleaning tables and preping food. Bathroom was also clean. There werent many people in at 3pm, about 2 to three couples. They had a large TV screen behind the counter but nothing playing and no music, so the atmosphere was a tad sterile. Overall though a good place.
