The food was great, as far as Italian food goes. The environment of the olive garden is welcoming and very warm. Our server did a great job, given that we went with a group of 10 people. There was a slight hiccup, but nothing too major. We took advantage of the never-ending pasta that was good, and as far as what everyone wants, the bread sticks, they were always there, warm and ready. We liked how those were not skimmed on. We always had plenty available.All in all, it was a pleasant experience...

Rating:1. Overall 2* - due to poor front hostesses attitude, it gets 2*. The restaurant was not busy. The hostesses, normally, take dinners to the tables, they did none of this service. They would prefer talking to each others, then did the hostess job.Look at the time waiting: arrived at 12:08 p.m. Seating at 12: 21 p.m.2. Service 1* - lousy attitude of hostesses.The waiter worked very hard and served more tables than normal days. He should get a 4*.3. Atmosphere 3* - quiet, but unruly on the restaurant.***See the photos shown:- restaurant was not busy- the hostesses at front, nanager talk to help. Retrain the service attitudes.- Coffee, was really BAD. COLD coffee. The waiter said that was the coffee. Never was pippy hot.Restaurant Manager - do something to get the coffee pots and keep the coffee hot.This was our worst experience with this Olive Garden!!!

I would always go to the one in Glendale because of this one server who is really nice, helpful and really communicates with us but she moved to this location which now I will be coming here more because that’s how great she gives us service when we go…her name is Lexia if you ever go and want great service 10/10 recommend, location was nice and clean so will be coming back soon !

Food was absolutely delicious like always. Ambiance was relaxing. Our waiter Melissa was the sweetest and gave us the best service tonight after a long day. She was slightly older and I believe she had light blonde/brown hair. Shes super nice. Most likely the best waiter weve ever had. She definitely need a raise 🙌 shout out to her for making my day with my bf.

This was my first time ever trying Olive Garden- not sure if or when I’ll be back just because I was not a fan of the food itself. It wasn’t bad, everything seemed to be hot and fresh, I just had higher expectations. I do want to shout out our server Sarah G. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and she was extremely attentive to all of her tables. She made sure our food tasted great and kept up with refills. We did not go without. She is the main reason for my high rating. Sarah, thank you for being so kind and patient!

We visited this location on a Saturday night. It was busy and we were told we would have a 1 hour + wait. We were eventually able to snag a seat at the bar and save an additional 30 minutes in waiting time. Destiny was our server and we had maybe the best quickest and most attentive service Ive ever had at an Olive Garden. My soda was refilled often and quickly. Our soup and salad was served quickly. Everything we asked for was done. Our order was correct, we got the extra sauce we ordered, etc. Really great experience! Thank you Destiny for the top notch service tonight.

My wife and have visited this location several times and have not been disappointed yet. The food, service (which is actually 4.7 stars), and the atmosphere are always consistently good.On our last visit, we took my mother-in-law (who doesnt have a lot of experience eating Italian food) and she seemed to enjoy it. We got her the Tour of Italy and she had no complaints. I had the shrimp scampi and my wife opted for the spaghetti and meatballs. Both were good.Definitely give this location a try.

Went for my birthday dinner and didnt have the best experience. Came here to enjoy a nice dinner with my family. Olive Garden has been my number one pregnancy craving & I was so disappointed. My food was over cooked, dry & disgusting. The server was great & very nice but food was so nasty my husbands food was very over cooked as well. We will not be returning to this location.

Service was slow but apparently it was only our waitress because the tables next to us were getting drinks and appetizers real quick when our food finally came I ordered steak and I had to wait almost ten minutes for the waitress to walk by so I could ask for a knife and Tabasco sauce. After 1hour and 44 minute outside in the heat, we made it in. Although we have to rush because we had a baseball training at 5... They should highly on their web the waiting is longer. I know is not their fault but a tent one or two should be place at the side of their table. It was sad to see the host be outside in the extreme heat. With no proper gear or tent for her. They do send out a text which will count your number down as guest goes in. But I noticed guess were going in and that waiting list was not moving, awkward but after all the food was ok, wrongly serve but good, missing utensils and napkins but I appreciate my waiter to keep coming to my table asking me if my kiddos were doing fine. Reason why they got 2 stars. I know to serve there are many people involved and I can put it on my waiter he did great, excellent actually. Place wasnt crowded inside and just believe some staff probably not train properly or short of staff. Who knows... Have a great day everyone.

When I say I’ve been here, I’ve really been here. I came to this Olive Garden probably 30 straight days during their never ending pasta pass. The food itself was on par with Olive Garden taste. Sometimes the wait staff could be hit or miss though. 80% of the time their wait staff was great. The other 20% was terrible. One time I came and sat for 20 mins and didn’t get my order taken.

Justin, the bartender, was very detail oriented and experienced. Felt he could have used a little help for the dinner rush. Elisa was the glue of that shift, I could tell. There was a couple of employees taking their break in the bar area that were loud and using profanity, forgetting they were right next to guests that were dining. Overall good experience. Their soups/salads come free with every entree, so in the end it does fill you up pretty well. The pasta is nice and the service staff here are nice. Crowd starts filling in at about 6.10pm and the portion is relatively large..But really good food!

The biggest issue I have is it is difficult to find parking here. If I could have given 4.5 stars I would because of this; hard to enjoy a meal if you cant park to start with. But when parking is found I do enjoy this place. Unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks is a favorite option, I really like their house wine and a very good kids menu. My young niece watched cartoons on the table tablet which kept her occupied and we got to play a few games on it, all without a fee. Staff was efficient and nice, a manager walked by to ask how we were, bathrooms clean and stocked; great customer service when it was busy.

This made my visit shorter than I had liked. Customer service at the bar was great. Olive Garden has many locations throughout southern California. Montebello is an area surrounded by many places to see and visit. Combine these two and it works!The staff is welcoming and always smiling. Although it gets busy late into the night, the staff work and kept things moving.I had never been to this location and I dont regret it. My three kids, wife and I arrived and were told the wait would be 20 to 30 minutes. I agreed and sat in the waiting area. Five minutes later I was texted and they had an area open for us. Amazing!We ordered soups, salad, and main courses. Everything came quickly.Management and staff know how to run this location. Shout out to David M. as he assisted us tonight. Hostess was rude argued with me on how long I was there even though I have a text message saying I was signed in 10 minutes before her computer said. Be aware there are signs that say you need to be masked up per county orders before entering but none of the staff enforces the signs in the waiting area. They had a cheese grater on a public surface where everyone passes and touches and then they pick it up to serve people. All this happened before I sat to eat but after that my server was great so couldn’t really give my visit a one.

I just left Olive Garden, its Sunday night and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my visit was. I snuck in to dine alone at the bar and right away the bartender cleaned the table top in front of me and offered me a drink. He had a very positive attitude and was happy to help everyone at the bar, patrons and his coworkers alike. I had a long work week and just wanted to treat myself and this bartender really hit all the service points, Im pretty sure his name was Johnny, from what I saw on his name tag. The good was served hot and delicious. I had classic spaghetti and meatballs and tiramisu for desert. Excellent. Also enjoyed the salad and breadsticks. All delicious.

The wait list was about an hour and a half we order three pasta plate and they came with soup or salad I recommend the chicken soup portion were good enough to take home some left overs they have some tablets at the table so that you can pay at the table with a credit card the check was about 100 dollars fir 3 people including the tip

I would like to give 0 stars with my experience today. I requested a table for 4 and was sat down at a small booth fit for 2. I asked if we could be moved to new seating and was told to go back to the host and have to wait again. I was able to rearrange everyone’s seating in the most comfortable way possible with my son sitting at the end of the table with a high chair. As we had already looked at menus deciding to order a host came over and made us move due to the high chair being in the walk way. Completely understandable. They moved us to a table in the back corner which was more suitable for a seating arrangement. The host told us not to worry about our menus or drinks and she would bring them to us. We only got 2 out of 4 drinks brought back and no menus. We sat here in the corner for 25 minutes until a waiter finally came over to take our order. Well how can we even order now when we’ve been without menus for 25 minutes? He brought over menus and waited by us to order. I was thankful for his helpfulness. But as for the rest of the experience by far the worst I’ve had at a family restaurant. The hostess need to be retrained cause they clearly don’t know what’s going on or how to seat their guests.

Worst experience. Although we were checked in quickly our server was horrible. From the beginning to end, forgot so many request. Our order was wrong, when food was brought we had no utensils for the kids, we asked for napkins 3 times, our endless soup was served once and we requested another it was brought out after 3 request and we were still missing one. Ok now I have been to Olive Garden restaurants too many times, but this restaurant still surprised me. I requested them for some customization on a shrimp pasta in white sauce ... But without the pasta ...guess what ...the chef amazed me what he turned out. I had asked them to add some extra shrimp to compensate for the decrease in pasta volume (at an extra charge) and that was the best day I have had at an Olive Garden. This join is busy so wait times can sometimes vary. The salad was crisp and tasteful as usual and we did a refill. The only suggestion I have is the famous bread sticks be laid out upfront so that the wait for food is easier and the bread sticks stay as famous as ever. This particular Olive Garden stands out for the freshness of the food and willingness to customize dishes

Arrived at 3:20pm. Ordered my drink and needed time to look at menu. Once ordered, went to use their restroom and only 1 soap pump was working. The other one had been taken apart and all the pieces were on the counter. Both paper towels machines broken. There were paper towels on the floor. I asked an employee for paper towels and told him restroom needed attention. Server brought food and disappear until the end of me eating. 2 other servers bought my drink refill and more bread stick. Finally after I finished eating my Original Server appeared with the check. I told her, I thought she went home? She said she was taking care of another table in the other room. Just had my Original Server telling me she is leaving and wants me to close my account. I hate being rush. If she is going home, then leave. I dont need to leave also. Want to relax and enjoy my refill of drink. I told her I wasnt ready to leave and would pay later. Original Server appeared again for me to close my account. I got mad and told her she is rushing me and if she wants to go home, go. She wouldnt leave the table. I gave her the money for my account so she would stop Harassing me. She said another server was going to take of me. I just wanted to relax from eating a heavy meal, enjoy my drink and finish texting. I am now ready to leave and now Im waiting for my change. Another Server brought my change. I asked her for the receipt and she had it crumbled up in her had. She wasnt going to give it to me if I didnt ask. The restaurant is empty and there is no reason for me to leave. This store needs to retrain this employee and appoint someone to clean this nasty restroom. So disappointed with this staff. I left no Tip. I dont visit Olive Garden, until now. Food was good, restroom nasty and Server pushy and disappeared until bringing check. Bought a homeless man food from Costco with the tip I was going to leave. I dont need you to reach out to me. Look at the copy of wrinkle receipt and improve this staff.

Yikes, they really fumbled this one. Gave us no utensils until we asked for them. Tried to give my mom a dirty spoon with a piece of sliced carrot. When we refused, we got no apology and were offered a plastic spoon, as if to suggest that only their wrapped plastic utensils were clean. But it gets super packed, like 2 hour wait packed. so Id suggest joining the online waiting list and then check in with the desk when you get there. You should stick close by and not go to the mall because once they have you down, you have 5 minutes to check in when your table is ready or they will move on to the next party. So its not fair to the people who stood and waited while another party leaves and comes back 20 minutes after their call time, super mad because they missed their window and cant get seated. Me and my daughter came here for dinner in the month November of 2021. My daughter had to send her dish back twice because it was not prepared properly. When I talked to the manager they agreed to taking the dish off the final total. However the waiter still brought the bill in full with the unwanted dish. The played Italian music and provided my family with a lively and warming atmosphere. I had fried mozzarella, lasagna, chicken soup, and an Italian margarita. Its real delicious and sweet. You cant really taste the tequila in it. It tasted a bit like an orange bang with alcohol. My sons had breadsticks, pizza, french fries and juice. My father loved the lasagna and we couldnt finish all the food at once so we placed the leftover food in the boxes. My sister, her boyfriend, my sister in law, my brother and their 4 kids including my son Pharaoh, my older brother, my dad and mom all got real full and couldnt ask for more. Their service is great! They brought a chocolate mousse cake 🍰 for my dad as we all sang happy birthday to him. Raspberry lemonade was delicious. Salad was ok, a little light on the dressing. Chicken fetucinni Alfredo was good. Prices went up, flavor went down. I havent been to olive garden in 2 years. Not anxious about going back anytime soon.

Yo this place has stepped up. I walked in and saw so much delicious food on the tables. The cook they have right now is banging it out with really good dishes. I felt like I wanted to sample everything I saw in there. The place is clean, smells great and service is on point. (As of Jan 2020)

Ordered all you can eat soup salad and bread sticks.. server never returned after dropping off our first order had to flag down another server just to get a second soup.. took forever to get it bread sticks got hard while waiting.. we werent offered a second salad after bowl was empty and my tea was not refilled once.

Ive been here multiple times. For dates, for family night, for times I want to skip fast food and its been a delight. It can get busy, but the staff really comes together to make things run as smooth as possible. One time the manager stepped in waiting tables because it got hectic - that is a good manager, a good el leader. Im always asked if Id like to sample wine, which I do appreciate. Waiters and waitresses have stopped by multiple times to check in. Ive never had an issue with the food. I do recommend this restaurant for the occasions I mentioned previously.

Food was very good, hot and tasty, same as we remembered from way back. However, two blemished behavior made us not wanting to return. 1. The hostess tried to sit us at a half booth-half table with chairs near the entrance, so uncomfortable and noisy when the restaurant was fairly empty. Pushing around Asian seniors? The waitress gave us ice water tall cups with water filled to the brim. Was she not taught never to serve drinks so full that the guest is forced to spill onto themselves?

Worst service ever!!!!!!!! I came in last time and waited over 30 minutes just for the server to come and greet us, I decided to take my food home and talked to the manager. He gave us a card and urged us to come back. Today I decided to give them a chance. I received my seat online 1hr ahead of time,got there and still waited 15 minutes to get seated our server didnt get there to greet us till 15 minutes after. My order was wrong waited a long time just for my drinks and food. Really bad experience. My advice is not to come here if you want to have a stress free meal.

I’m disappointed!Waited for my food for almost 30 min after it was telling me it’s ready. Got the order didn’t give me my utensils nor napkins. I got home opened my food and there were items that was mishandled. They gave me a small slice a lemon size of a quarter. Literally not even joking! I’m sorry but I can’t come to this Olive Garden ever again. I expect this place to be nice and prepared but no.. even McDonald’s does a better job on giving our utensils!

We had a great experience, and this was thanks to our server, Nestor. He was very attentive and made sure that our experience was great. Our food took a little long to come out, however Nestor made sure that we were comfortable and attended. Thanks Nestor for such a great experience!

The service is great here. I have been here multiple times and always love the service. The also put up with my fathers lame jokes about dine and dashing or how he ordered a whooper. The Service here is the star. But Last week I mean and the meatballs were just gross, I had spaghetti and meatballs, n the meatballs were almost bitter. This should be a staple and one of the best things on the menu, and it was awful. I dont know if I will be back.
