Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Santee

Wow! Its been a few years since we visited Olive Garden, and I must tell you, we had the best experience today!RICHARD, who was our server, was absolutely the BEST! Please understand me when I say the food was awesome, but Richards jokes and humor totally made the meal! It was like we got to eat, and at the same time, received entertainment with our meal! Richard totally kept us laughing throughout lunch! Unfortunately, these days, we cant seem to find employees who are totally passionate and love their job. But with Richard, we were totally impressed with his wit and humor

This restaurant, although it is not close to our location, we always drive out just to eat at this location, food is better served as well as great service. Plus, this location has a big seating area, which means less wait.

The food was great, and the service was better. Got there as it opened and had a lovely lunch. There is plenty of seating. I really enjoyed the tour of Italy. Fried Mozzarella was tasty. Ice cold glasses for your beer are a plus. Cant wait for our next visit. The bread sticks and salad are the best, cant miss with soup and salad lunch. Sorry, no pics of food. It came out so fast. Our server was great and food tasted wonderful. They did need to turn on the AC but it wasnt too bad. Margaritas go down quick and easy.

As always, very delicious recipes and dishes.Great service, as always. A manager will come by and greet you and make sure that youre satisfied with the service.Unfortunately,there was a person at the bar with a laptop having business phone calls and speaking loud. I go to OG for quality time. The person was having a phone call after another for over an hour. I left, and she was still there talking loudly. I guess its her right as well since she pays $.The servers were beyond expectations with the recommendation and the way they explained and answered every question.6$ togo deals are really good. I ordered 2.

I had a light lunch with the bowl of soup I was accompanied by three other people who had full meals I wasnt very hungry so I had a bowl of minestrone soup and a strawberry daiquiri drink it was really good soup hit the spot it was just what I needed. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed.. and that was probably mostly because we were early before it became too busy it was about 3:30 we had a late lunch we were in and out before the dinner rush started. It was a nice lunch and a good visit with family. I would give it five stars yes.

I really like the fettuccini alfredo and the salad. We love the salad, had two or three helpings of that. We also had the chicken and shrimp carbonara which was shrimp bacon and sauce and those parts were good but the chicken was not good at all. It was breaded, bland and the breading was soggy. I do feel like their portions have gotten a lot smaller and arent big enough considering the prices charged. I do not like the bread, really no flavor, plain white bread with a touch of salt and hardly any garlic butter.

Although its situated right in a big shopping area this place is easily overlooked. Been shopping in that area for a really long time and never knew it was there.Price is around $20 per meal, but you get a lot of food.Food was delicious and great quantity.Staff is on point and worth ever star. Kaelyn was super helpful and handled a large party with a lot of rambunctious kids really well. She is one of the best staff I have met in all of my reviews of restaurants.

The service was great as the waitress was constantly checking on our table. The food starting with the appetizer to the entrees was delicious. Definitely will be back to this branch of Olive Garden.
