My family and I are extremely disappointed on our Dinner service this past Friday. The special occasion was my moms birthday. We came here because she loves Olive Garden but after the experience we had we will not be coming here again nor recommend it. Our party of 10 people were all equally dissatisfied with the service. Our waitress was in such a hurry from the moment we walked in. She went over our little ones heads to serve extremly HOT plates across the table, she went in front of our faces to serve the plates as well. Some of our food didnt have the items it came with. My Dad ordered the all you can eat and not once did she ask whether he wanted seconds. Towards the end I was putting our leftovers into a to go box and she proceeded to throw the other plate with food away. Not once did she ask us whether we needed anything or if everything was okay. We are very understanding of service people and understand they are quite busy these days with shortage of staff, HOWEVER this was NOT shortage of staff, this was LACK of respect and work ethic.We bad a huge Bundt cake ? on the table to celebrate my Moms birthday as we had before at this very specific Olive Garden for my birthday. Clearly we were there to celebrate something. Once we asked for the to go boxes she simply pointed to the table register that our check was ready and ran off not even a Bye ? ot do you need anything else. We still wanted drinks but she just left. No Birthday song, no dessert, NOTHING! Absolutely DISAPPOINTED, DISSATISFIED, and DISCUSTED! My poor Mom was sad that ? no Birthday song was sang to her nor was her cake celebrated there. Awful experience. AWFUL!!!!

Great place to go for fresh food.The staff is very friendly and always do their best to make you happy. The restaurant is very clean and has an open feeling that is welcoming.The soups they offer are very good and are made fresh. The ingredients are very healthy and packed with nutrients! That is my favorite part of the experience of eating the soups and sandwiches. The breads are some of the most delicious that I have ever had the pleasure of eating. I definitely would like to recommend you to the baked goods that they have to offer. Very simple and delicious!It is all ways a great time to get a delicious meal that is packed with nutrients and low in calories. Definitely a great solution for the fast-food delema!

The sandwich shop is tucked in the middle of a shopping center and could be easily missed. The shop is looking worn down and is in need of an update of paint, but dont let that deter you. Their sandwiches are amazing! The bread is fresh and delicious. The sandwich is filled with lots of meat. The add on ingredients are just that...add ons. They dont overpower the sandwich leaving you searching for the meat. The veggies were also fresh. The portions are hearty and if you are a light eater, you could probably share a sandwich and it will be plenty to fill you up. They have many specialty sandwiches listed on the menu board or you can build your own sandwich. Everything we tried was flavorful and delicious. I highly recommend this sandwich shop.

Among other things Ill mention a few reasons leading to my honest take of this Deli.The peanut butter fit protein shake is too sweet from using Reeses peanut butter. The small straw is not wide or strong enough to sustain suction. Cannot taste the banana or anything else. It tasted like i was eating straight fudge. I had to throw more than half away because it seemex drinking the rest of it would be torture. The shake tasted as if it was too pureed, maybe the overpuree affects other aspects of their cooking?The fries were not seasoned, how easy would including rosemary, paprika or some other spice to taste differently than competition? Not much distinction as a deli. The fries ought to be more crisp perhaps a second fry would help.The philly cheese steak was filled with juicy meat but seemed to lack flavor or seasoning. If this place were to lean more into and commit into a unique distinction they could gain more recognition. Perhaps including more options to the customer would enable power in customer choice.The dishes transporting the food were commendable, unique transport of food. Seemed far too expensive for the meal given,I see Crafted Greens as one of their big competitors at the same rough price points and I see no reason to choose Pepper Farm Deli over Crafted Greens. I can get a plate with grass fed steak and two sides for near the same price as a meal and side from here.I might visit in a month to see what changes they make. The staff seemed open to genuine feedback, well see.

Hands down, the best Pho Ive ever had. I ordered the P1 all the beef cuts with Oxtail, the A2 net egg rolls, and he ordered the P8 with well done and rare steak. The net egg rolls were amazing, perfectly golden, crispy, savory deliciousness with that beautiful vinegary dipping sauce. I preferred to eat them without lettuce and he did the opposite. We were both very happy. Next came his soup, I ordered another plate of veggies for myself, it was much needed. The P8 was the size of an extra large at most places. Next came my huge plate of meat, followed by a boiling hot broth in a granite bowl, and then a plate of perfectly cooked noodles. I mixed everything together, added my vegetables, and sauces and then the waiter came out with a roasted chili and garlic oil. That set it off! I split all of it between our two bowls. There was so much food! I have enough for another huge meal and full of meat. The broth is so rich and flavorful and I really enjoyed the chili and roasted garlic oil and chili paste. All of the meats were high quality and cooked perfectly. The meatball was like a delicious sausage. The oxtail was okay, but it was cooked until the bones were brittle and flaking. Im sure it is used to flavor all of the broth, so I was expecting that.This is our new spot, no more across the street from the post office for us!

The employee named Cheryl who was working today at July 16, 2022 08:33 PM treated me very poorly based on my skin color. In the first hand experience with her, I offered to help to bag my big order of groceries. While I was bagging the groceries, she finished scanning through the items then I made payment. However, I still have lots items needed to be bagged. Without helped me to finish items to put in the grocery bag, she was already taking a next customer in the line. I asked her to help me. Instead she completely ignored me. It was upsetting me, as much as I like do groceries in Sprout, her customer service is away disaster.Then, tonight, it is 2nd time happening again. I wish there was another cash register open, so I did not have to deal with her anymore. It was not my luck.Can y'all train this lady for another couple of years? Just teach her how to treat other customers equally and not go to the next customer while the previous one is slowly bagging the 5-8 grocery bag, which is her job to do as a employee of Sprouts Farmers Market of Santee.REASONS ON WHY I MADE THIS REVIEW:1. She treated the white people in front of us with respect and happiness and when it was our turn her mood went from a happy to a racist moody face(we're Asian by the way).2. Not asking if she wanted to help with the bagging.3. Racist, as I said in reason number 1.

Let me start out with the positive. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant and bathrooms were very well taken care of. I am 72 and lived in California all of my life. I have been to many Mexican restaurants in this long life. My wifes family is also Southern California based and of the Mexican culture. The prices on the menu run with the norm in a sit down restaurant. Now for the facts, how can a Mexican restaurant in Southern California serve such bad and flavorless food. How can you screw up a taco !!! It is your leading item man. The fried taco shell was tough, the shredded roast beef was very dry and completely flavorless. It was like you overcooked a roast in the oven with absolutely no seasonings then shread it. My wife had rolled tacos, or should I say rolled corn tortillas; that was the real mistake!!! A small tuff fried tortilla with literally 2 strands of the shredded unflavored roast beef the size of a toothpick with some thin green sauce called guacamole. Both my tacos and my wifes rolled tacos were in small taco shells. I had the combo meal with beans and rice. The beans must have been the canned rosarito refried beans, that were again flavorless and overcooked with a bit of cheese on top. The rice was fluffy; thank God!!. Jack in the box tacos would have been the better and much cheaper choice. I can not imagine why people give the food such a high rating at this restaurant. They must be very drunk from the very expensive alcoholic beverages that they serve there; no thanks!!!

Tried this location for the first time. Enjoyed the food and the prices were more than reasonable for the portions. We did a combination of lunches and dinner plates as a to go order and everything was fresh and tasty. Our lunches with chicken was approx 12 each and included rice and a small soup. Soup was delicious!I also ordered their Beef Salad which thankfully they put the dressing on the side so the greens stayed crisp. (I’ve been to many Thai restaurants and they often put it on which makes the greens soggy by the time you get home and no good for leftovers). The flavors were right on.Will definitely return!

Ordered over the phone, friend got my order incorrect while ordering called right back within 10mins and a guy got my correct order what I wanted and let whoever was getting the orders didnt want the supreme burrito no more. When the order got here to the location of drop off the ordered was incorrect. Called to let them know like hey order was wrong when got here. Why get my order if you werent going to send it ? While speaking to them they said because you didnt get the order right when first calling oh well. How is that any good customer service oh and to top it off the person over the phone clicked on me. Great customer service. Dont get your order incorrect or else they WILL NOT UPDATE IT IF YOU CALL WITHIN 10mins to get it correct. They get the order correct but then wont send it. Very unfortunate.
