Our server was amazing and very attentive. The food was great and came out fairly quickly. They were very accommodating with our four kids. We came here for my daughter’s birthday and had a great time. They brought her a delicious strawberry cake and sang happy birthday.

Olive Garden is one of the better restaurants in Tracy. The food is always good and a lot of varieties are there. Hardly any wait time even without booking. Food arrives fast and good service. Very family friendly and cozy atmosphere, would recommend this restaurant.

We got to the restaurant just before 3 other groups did and was seated before them, but no one came to take our order. The other groups orders were taken, and ours was taken until I said something. But after that the food was delicious and our service was better.

Amazing tasty Pasta cooked aldente the vegetables were perfect! Our waiter(Deven) was topnotch on top of EVERY detail. The background music and decorations made it feel like we somehow time traveled to Italy 🇮🇹 It was my daughters Birthday 🎂 and we even got a complementary desert to eat and sing Happy Birthday to her, courtesy of the staff. The food and service was great. However, there was a smell of sewer/ grease trap as soon as we walked in the door. Went with a group of 4 and we all smelled it. We went into the bar and couldnt smell it in there. The service was quick and food tasted fine for quick lunch bite. But smelled it again when we left. I think they were using fabulous cleaner which didnt help and even made one of our guest queezy. Hope they figure out how to get rid of the smell and maybe clean their drains inside the restaurant.

Went in with my friend after a tiring day just to have good food. This was my first time at Tracy location. Atmosphere was very good, family friendly and kids friendly as well. Ambience was good and have ample sitting while waiting to get dine-in sitting. We got warm welcome from the server and didnt had to wait for sitting.We decided to order Spinach dip with chips in appetizer and Rigatoni with Creamy Mushroom sauce in Build your own pasta section along with salad. Expected Salad & Spinach dip with chips would come first but just got salad.Then we got spaghetti with creamy Mushroom which we denied as we ordered Rigatoni. Server apologized and took back and after 5-10 mins came with our order. It was warm but not tasty but we were very hungry so we had it without complaining.Then we reminded server abt Spinach dip n chips & guess what, appetizer came as soon as we finished main course. We couldnt enjoy it because were already full.Overall food quality was 2.5 out of 5.Service was great (except few goof-ups) 4 out of 5.Atmosphere was great 5 out of 5.Sorry couldnt take photos as we were too hungry 😞 Will give it a try one more time.

The general manager, Irma, assisted me and took my to go order. She was very friendly and professional. She repeated my order to make sure she had it correct. The order was completed quickly and Irma checked the contents of the bag to make sure it was complete. She made me feel like a valued customer!!

Theres always somewhat of a wait but thats to be expected since there are not many restaurants in Tracy. Our server Dave was nice and attentive. Our orders came out right and it didnt take forever even during the lunch rush. Food was tasty and was hot when served. Lobster raviolis were very good and the salad is always fresh.

My friend and I visited Olive Garden at 2:00 pm on a Sunday afternoon, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. We were seated right away without any wait time, and our server was absolutely delightful. The best part was the remarkably fast service for our food; it didnt take long at all. They should change their name to Salt Garden, if you have any issues with salt stay away from the tasty food its loaded with sodium enough to turn your pool into a salt bath, BUT I love the pasta and bottomless soup n salads, and take-home extra is real value, most of the staff is very friendly, it is super clean. I highly recommend them.

We had such a great experience here! First time wasnt great, but weve been back two times and had the server Mario each time, and hes amazing! The fastest service weve ever got! No drink reaches empty, the breadsticks are flowing, and the dishes come flying out! Mario is the GOAT and makes this Olive Garden worth visiting

Soup and salad : ordered minestrone soup, and they were out of it : when they give you a choice of soups and they can’t offer it they should tell you upfront / we were costumers and we couldn’t believe the service we got ! Absolutely loved the food as always but wanted to honor the waitress we had last night. Unfortunately we didn’t get her name but she was new and it was her first night and she did absolutely amazing! Super friendly, constantly checked up on us and overall provided us with wonderful service. The reason I’m taking off a star is because when she sadly had a little mishap last night where she dropped some drinks near our table, which is completely understandable, mistakes happen, I couldn’t help but notice other staff members.. a group of girls.. just watching and talking in the corner and no one offering to help her. There were even young children next to us offering to help her clean up before the other staff did. Considering it’s her first night, I was very disappointed how other staff were treating her. She handled it so well though and apologized and brought drinks out quickly again for the table. Just wanted to bring this to light and wanted our waitress to know she did wonderful for her first night! Great job!

Sad what has happened to a “once ok”restaurant. The pastas were mush (overcooked) and over-sauced…and the “meat sauce” was flavorless (none of the richness of a proper slow-cooked ragu). Was this the result of some private equity buy-out and gutting of the operations and food budget?

I would have put a 1 but thankfully our server was very kind. Unfortunately our dining experience didn’t come to a great start as we were left sitting there for over 30 minutes before being greeted by our server. I’m sure he was an angel sent from heaven, his presence immediately brightened the darkened mood of our table after feeling neglected and ignored. It was even difficult to pay as we had two people who wanted to pay in cash, but no one to give the cash to. We were forced to go to the front after over 20 minutes of waiting, despite using the table’s tablet to request the assistance of the servers. The food was okay, but the overall dining experience was uncomfortable and unwelcoming, would not recommend.

Great service and a short wait. Food was delicious as always — tried the Vegetable & Cheese Piadina, and it was great (not too heavy, cooked just right, and perfect for lunch). Salad and breadsticks are always wonderful, and I’m loving the new lunch menu.Also, I definitely recommend the summer Moscato Sangrias. The watermelon one is light and refreshing and the apple one has enough pineapple in it to make it tropical.

Horrible experience today. Ordered on line to pick up and to avoid long waits. They sent me a txt stating my order was ready for pick up. My waiter only stopped by my table once. He actually forgot to take my order so I had to get up and ask for a manager. He said hed be back but NEVER came back. I have to say that this specific location has caught me by surprise! From the moment my best friend Jeremy his wife Janice and I walked into the establishment we felt right at home, greeted with positive energy. Was told it would be a 15 -20 min wait, but did not wait more than 10 minutes, but while waiting for our seat was told that we could wait at the bar to maybe have drinks if we wanted. While waiting at the bar was greeted with great enthusiasm by a gentleman name ed, who made us laugh and was very stupendous! Mind you this is not even being seating and situated before ordering food. So what amazed us about this particular location was our host JULI !!!!. JULI was (aside from being very pretty) professional, prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond one with expect from such an establishment. She was almost scary good at what she does (a mind reader) or as I called her a spy. She was a step ahead of her game ( always ) on her toes and offered us more, or extra bread. Asked if she could offer anything else before leaving our table to tend to other guests. I/we have NEVER experienced such great and pleasant service eating out at a restaurant. So aside from letting her on-site manager know how great she did, and a generous tip I hope olive garden realizes that whatever they are doing is working and that they have got a great employee. Juli should probably get a promotion. Shes quite an asset, and hope they take great care of her. ( shes a rare breed) I wish I could do more to show my appreciation for how great a job juli did !!!. Keep it up 1000x kudos to you guys. Thank you for putting such passion into the work you do. I/we are loyal and repeat patrons.A++++++ 🙏🤌👌🫶P.S. mens restroom could have gotten extra attention. We love Olive Garden. We havent been there for a while though and was very surprised about how much the prices had increased. Kids menu is great. We had the unlimited soup and salad which is always a winner. The waitress took away our menus after we first ordered and took a very long time to come back to ask if we wanted to have more. She also did not offer to bring another salad, we had to ask for it. She did not have a menu with her and when I asked which other soups they have on the menu, her reply was: Well, which soup did you have? We did not know the names of all the soups and it was quite an uncomfortable situation. Food was still great though and we had a very enjoyable time with our three small grandchildren.

The food was exceptionally ok, unfortunately my own main course of shrimp and chicken carbonara was not. The chicken was undercooked with the soggy breaded paste covering it, so I just set it aside. The shrimp seemed ok, but I did not see how well cooked it was since it was covered in sauce. I felt ill the day after so I know that breaded stuff must of got to me.The service was not so good since the server Juliana was not checking up on us for long periods of time. Ive really havent had issues with Olive Garden Restaurants compared to other locations .

The Olive as I call it! One of my favorite restaurants to visit. The workers are always pleasant and ready to give you No.1 service. However this past Sunday my family and I did not receive that type of service in the beginning. We went to Olive Garden in Tracy, CA. Yes we were greeted well, but when it was time to take our order this waitress was rushing us and walked away while I was trying to complete my order. She brought our soup/salad out and when my bro-in-law asked a simple question the answer was I dont know, I dont make the soup and because of the look on my brothers face she then followed with whats that look in the nastiest way. Im saying lady if you dont enjoy what you do, you can always do something else. Well the manager comes over and takes over the service. So we let him know that we did not want that type of person serving our food. This amazing guy name Bryan takes over. It now has become again the reason why Olive is one of my FAVS!

We went on Monday night for dinner to celebrate birthday. Firstly they didnt take reservations on phone when I called upfront. Second, they dont have option to join waitlist through app which all the other Olive Garden locations have. We waited for 45minutes, got table at 8:30pm. It took a while for the waitress to come and serve our table, We ordered some food and the waitress forgot 3 items form what we ordered. No one came back and checked how food is and when we told her that she forgot the items she said oh do you still want that, you can cancel them and I will not bill that. If we dont want we wouldnt have ordered in the first place. Between all of this there are 3 families in the restaurant still eating including us and the staff started putting the chairs and tables up and started vacuuming. Seriously? People are still dining and vacuuming and cleaning on our faces? So disappointed and very bad experience. olive Garden is one restaurant my entire family likes and we had good experience with other locations. Definitely not coming back to Tracy location.

Tonight my family went to Olive Garden after our Easter dinner plans fell through. Upon arrival the host stand was so welcoming! They promptly sat us and our server, Jenny, greeted us warmly. I cannot say enough kind things about our server. She took SUCH great care of us. You can tell she loves her job but also loves people. Jenny, THANK you for your WORLD CLASS service. My moms boyfriend got a food born illness from the shrimp carbonara. I called as a courtesy to let the manager Tim Rehder know and he says “ well no one else has called to say they got sick”. I was not expecting compensation or free food. He was so rude on the phone and he hung up on me before I could say Happy Holidays. Someone else has also left a review saying he’s said the same thing to them about no one else calling. This is a repeating pattern of carelessness and playing with peoples lives. Needs to be looked into before someone ends up in the hospital or worse.

The salad dressing seemed to be watered down quite a bit so much so that it was missing the taste of the dressing for the most part. I pray that it was a human error and not a receipe change or it will end up making me stop coming to this place. The ravioli and donuts were tasteful and enjoyed every bit of it.The one thing that was a let down for us though was the cleanliness whether it was the table we were provided or whether its the restroom. Both were not a good reflection of the premium place that Olive garden is. I hope they can do something about that to make the experience better for its customers.

I recently visited the Olive Garden in Tracy, CA and I have nothing but great reviews. I was greeted and prompted to my seat in a very friendly fashion. But the larger and more pinnacle experience was being served by the wonderful server Aliza. This wonderful server (pronouns she/her) made sure that all of our needs were taken care of and of the highest standard. In one instance, Aliza accommodated our drinks and made sure that they were tasting great! Such a great Arnold Palmer! The unlimited breadsticks and soup was absolutely great, we had to keep them coming.One of the amazing things about this dining experience was finding out that Aliza hadn’t worked there for more than a week! I believe she is a natural and deserves the opportunity to climb the ladder if Olive Garden. As a manager of a food establishment, I think she possesses the qualities of an amazing team member with her initiative and drive for customer service. While the manager did seem to have a hovering and helicopter methodology to managing, Aliza did not fret and she continued to serve with the highest quality. Went in for lunch with my grandma and had the best service. I wish I could remember her name but she was attentive to our table and I noticed the other tables also. Asking if everything was good or needed more of this and that. Usually I get that once but she was there a lot checking on thing and that was appreciated. I had an ok waiter last night. I think his name was Adam. He was cool and all but rushed me and my partner to get out of there. He made it clear he wanted to go home after checking on us 6 times in a hurry. Told him to clean our table off so he can leave. He did and left before we did I believe. I dont like how they got rid of almost everything on the menu. Its not the same and looks cheap. They ALSO dont suggest wines anymore! Usually when a waiter has a table, they bring a bottle for the guest to sample, but sadly they DO NOT OFFER WINE SAMPLES ANYMORE. Nor do they upsell it. Too bad, I wanted to buy a bottle. And the waiters STILL go into the wrong door when servers are trying to run food: thats how accidents happen, but they didnt care. This place has gotten worse over the years and its not as appealing as it used to be. Trust me, its not fancy or nice like it was when it opened, the teenage hosts are the absolute worst. These young girls really dont want to seat you and they WILL make you wait while theyre laughing with the To-Go people and other waiters. Not only are their attitudes bad, but theyre also bad liars. I called in 10 before and that host said there wasnt a wait for two people, but when I got there the young black girl hostess told me there were no tables and a 45 minute wait. The other hostess told her to stop lying, there was a table that was just cleaned off for us. We took it and thanked the nice hostess. That girl just gave us dirty looks and kept saying she wanted to go home. Its not my fault, there were several graduation parties there. I only wanted a table for two. Sheesh. If the manager were there, they wouldnt be rushing the guests at all like they did last night. Ill be back because I enjoy coming here, but they REALLY need some more honest and nicer hosts. Servers need to realize that the CUSTOMERS are the priority. Without them, they wouldnt have a paycheck or TIPS! I left a ten dollar tip on a 35 dollar order because Im not stingy. I give my compliments to the chef and the staff, and although they mightve gotten the temp of my brothers steak wrong the first time they were quick to resolve that issue.There was never a moment in which we felt like we were paying too much for the meals due to the synergy that both the food and the service were able to present to us. If anything we hope to be served by Genoveva again; she is the gold standard when it comes to great service. Thank you.

Some of the servers here used to be mean and inconsiderate. Now they are getting better. Faith is the best server that we have had. we have benn coming here a long time, but today we had Faith as our server. She made our experience so fun and easy.

So it was my Birthday, and I wanted Olive garden. OMGOSH! It was AWESOME! The girl that served us was Angelina. She was SPECTACULAR! She was absolutely curteous, professional, and beautiful. The food was amazing. The bread sticks were a little too salty but amazing nonetheless. Me and my family had a wonderful experience. The staff sang happy Birthday for me. Not a bad meal, but nothing special. I had the stuffed chicken marsalla. The chicken was a bit dry, but just a little. It was only OK.It was accompanied by a mound of mashed potatoes served with a rather flavorless mushroom sauce and the either intentionally heated enough to dry out the sauce and the surface of the potatoes. More likely they were plated and left under a warmer too long. In either case, the result was not good.

The Tour of Italy is my favorite! I get the original which includes chicken parmesan, fettuccine, and lasagna. Always fresh and satisfying.The restaurant is clean and the service good. The only negative was one of the waitresses was wearing entirely too much perfume which ruins the taste of the food and makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere.

Placed an order on mothers day at 1 pm at tracy ca location over phone. Was told to pick up and food would be ready at 5pm. After waiting in an absolute cluster for 90 mins I told them to just cancel my order. No organization..way overbooked and no clue how to handle the situatuon. We entered a not-super-busy Olive Garden and were ushered to the bar area to be taken care of. Aislyn (spelling?) quickly arrived at our table and was amazing at helping us select a bottle of wine.Then, the visit went downhill.Our service was overall lacking and took forever. We had to ask multiple times for bread and we were never given silverware. Multiple times there were groups of servers standing near the bar section talking & laughing and completely disregarding tables in need. The gentleman running the bar, Garrett, was helpful and for his cause, and Aislyn’s, I’m giving two stars. Without their help it would for sure be one.Also, the zucchini balls are more fried cheese than anything else and in addition to the spinach dip, we were left completely wanting more.Lastly, the dessert (warm apple crostata) was completely lacking in size and apples.Overall, disappointed and left wanting to grab another entree & dessert elsewhere to satisfy my night out.

Usually a big fan of olive garden everytime I visit the states. Unfortunately todays visit was disappointing. We sat in the bar area which had a bad smell. Which i can only assume from cleaning tables with dirty dish cloths. We ordered all our food n only recieved our app’s and salad. Which was taken away before we had even finished. We expained we were still waiting for our food which the waiter seemed suprised by. She went to go check and said it will be out shortly, 35mins later n after being told it would only be another minute we decided to wait no longer as we had to leave. After speaking to the manager it seemed they made some error on their side. Had they been honest and told us when they realised they made an error i think we would have been less annonyed and possibly stayed. Manager did not take any payment for the drinks n salad and also gave a gift card. Which we appreciated but i think staff should have just been honest from the start that they had made an error.

This olive garden had one of the most horrible service Ive had. 30 mins after we where seated we saw the server finally came out but instead of helping us, he help the table that came 15 mins after us. And they were not ready to order. Then he came to our table not apologizing or anything for the wait. Then he took our order. We waited another 30 mins for him to serve the food but when the server came out he serve food for the table that came after us when they order 10 mins after we. Then later when he walk by he said your food is almost ready and sorry that the kitchen is backed up... but never asked us once if we needed refills on anything. But for the table that came after us he would asked them about 6 times if they needed anything.

Pretty good. Went with a friend to get their bottomless pasta bowls because we wanted to feast. We didnt see it on the menu so we just got regular pasta bowls. I got the rigatoni with spicy marinara and crispy chicken fritta. My friend got the angel hair with marinara and crispy chicken fritta. When they brought out the food they made a mistake with my friends food and gave him rigatoni instead of angel hair but he isnt picky so he ate it anyway. It wasnt until we finished eating that we saw the bottomless pasta bowl menu on the side menu with the drinks. I do think they should have it better advertised if theyre having a special but we live and learn, next time Ill either ask about it or look through that side menu.

Ive had the worst experience here. The manager michelle who i think is the General Manager, is very rude and i over heard her scolding her employees embarrassing them like no one would hear her which is completely unprofessional. I am a manager at a restaurant in the bay area and I cannot believe how managment is dealing with things here. Everytime I come in my food is always coming out late and manager does nothing to accommodate my family for inconviences. The only thing I can say that is good about this place is the food tastes great other than that managment needs to make some major improvements for this company!

As far as Olive Gardens go, the customer service has always been superb at this location specifically. Always served with a smile and unless it is fairly busy, was always asked for a second soup or more breads.Sometimes the waiter drops an extra chocolate or two. Puts a grin on my face.

Your just as bad as IHOP.. Horrible place to try and eat just sad. I was in the mood for pasta at 4pm in the evening. But due to the lack of work ethics from the greeter and than the waiter. And to see the waiters just gossiping around the counter alongside their floor manager. Over hearing comments about customers appearances. Not to say some of them can dress alot better than their faded black clothes. I wont say more. Than to be told they didnt have any servers to accommodate the customers. Mind you there was 5 employees at that counter. Than our party of 5 was told to sit in cafe. (Clearly seeing empty tables in the back of the dining area that seats 7 people.) And it only set 4. Wth...... do they not know math. I had a party of 5! This is the most horrible service. Come on olive garden Just disappointment all around. And I have to add. What good does checking in with your mobile app? To be told we didnt see it. Sorry total waste of time.. never again would I be returning.
