Depending on the day that you decide to go here will depend on how good the food is, theyre not consistent, tonight was incredible as the food was perfect! We had a great server, she was on top of things and quick to our drink refills. Ive always been a fan of this restaurant when I lived in SoCal, for some reason NorCal isn’t as consistent and that goes for all the chains not just tbis one. Go eat some Italian food at Olive Garden you wont regret it 😋 the bread sticks rock especially with your food.

Right when you enter they greet you and seat you (i went alone during lunch). My server was amazing he helped me order and was also very attentive to me the whole time. I ordered a peach ice tea (very refreshing), house salad, cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce and sautéed shrimp. And let me just say all of it was amazing. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. I definitely would recommend eating here (I personally will be coming back).

We went to Olive Garden as a suggestion by one of the family get together. We were fortunate to get Elijah, he is the most excellent server! Attended to all our many needs for a party of 5. Made great suggestions and kept the drinks coming.Chicken Alfredo was my choice (with extra chicken) and did not disappoint! Reservation is definitely recommended, and you might have trouble finding parking on busy nights.The food was good. Service was on point. The only knocks are that silverware could be cleaner and my bread plate was dirty when I was seated

The service was very good. Our server was right on top of it. She was right there to ask for a drink order shortly after that returned for our dinner order. She continued to check to see if we needed anything. She was very personable and friendly and I appreciate that. The seafood fettuccine was wonderful and very good. My only disappoint was the menu said that it would have shrimp and scallops but not scallops be found.This facility is very well-maintained and it’s obvious they are very concerned about maintaining sanitary conditions.

Beback rating- Yup!So we were car shopping the other day and remembered thus OG restaurant. Its a bit hard to get to right now because of the construction going on around it. But it was worth the minor inconvenience as the marinara sauce was soooo yummy. The sauce was midly tart, had chunks of tomatoes, and seemed to be freshly made. The meatballs were tasty and soft but did not fall apart when tearing into it. The salad ws familiarly good and I ate more bread than the usual amount due to the good oil and vinegar dip. They didnt have a lemonade and strawberry drink but the drink that was recommended came very close. Sorry, I forgot the name.The service was up to par. The food didnt take a long tome to arrive and we got our water even in a shorter time. Overall, it was a nice experience and we did leave with a full belly!

Surprisingly around 4-5pm on Saturday was not as heavily busy so we had a lower wait and good service. The food was delicious for my family getting the unlimited soup and salad. My mom ordered a small apatite of meatballs abd love the mountain of cheese placed on it.

Husband and I come here often. Its my favorite place. The food is always amazing, food is quick to come out. The servers are always friendly and helpful. Weve had server Lilliana several times and shes the best. Shes always anticipating what we need and checking in. Even when its busy. This is more a shout out to her for being so great!

So its been awhile since being able to sit down and actually have a meal since covered all started back in March. But we decided this would be the first place we go. Weve always loved Olive garden and we especially love that this one is an Elk Grove now. We waited a long time for this place to be open. Everything was perfect and the health measures they have in place are great. On top of that great food. Now I have to admit depending on which Olive garden you go to the breadsticks might be hit or miss but not this one. Definitely will be coming back!!

My husband thought this was absolutely the best Olive Garden in the entire state. We have been to many Olive gardens throughout the state because it’s one of our favorites to go to and this is by far hands down the best location this franchise, the food was well seasoned and had lots of flavor. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs, the front hostess were all absolutely friendly and welcoming with smiles, the location was clean and felt very upscale. We will be sure to be back very soon.

I like Italian sauce at Olive Garden. Toasted Ravioli were...toasted, yet the inside was moist. The wait on the food bread sticks had lots of butter and some garlic. The all you can eat salad and soup is a great deal. Truthfully, the salad didnt look all that appetizing, but I didnt have any and heard no complaints. The Calimari rings have a great batter and were not horribly chewy and had two dips. The Tiramisu had been frozen, thats not correct. It did have good flavor, though. There is a real bar there! The waitresses kept up with the tables needs, great job!

What can I say. The service was outstanding. Emily was incredibly attentive, polite and completely enjoyable. She went out of her way to make sure that everything was right and to our satisfaction. The food was Olive Garden, not truly Italian, but delicious. Portions were huge and our meal was delivered fast and hot. I think I wore Emilys arm out with all the parmesan grinding she had to do. We will go back to this one in Elk Grove

My husband took me to Olive Garden for my birthday. Toan was our server, and she was absolutely incredible. Very kind, pleasant, and just had good vibes for lack of better words. My kiddo had the pepperoni pizza and broccoli with milk. His food was great he says, but the milk was definitely beginning to sour. Oh well, he had water with lunch and a hot cocoa on our way so not having the milk was totally fine. I had the tour of Italy and zuppa Toscana, which was all incredible. My husband didnt have any food because the options for him were VERY slim as he doesnt eat grains. A zoodle option would have been nice to have. We have no complaints about our experience this weekend, but we do wish OG would bring back the zoodles! Will definitely return to this Olive Garden! It was much better than Folsom or Stockton.

Amazing night! We had amazing service from our server (Dom). The food was warm, delicious and came at the right time. We have eaten here before and this was by far the best experience. That was largely due to our server, but also for the kitchen being on top of everything. Well done!

Update 9/26/22: We were greeted and seated right away in the left, front section of the restaurant. It was loud and busy, many kids running around as a we were seated next to a large group celebrating a birthday. We waited 10 mins to be acknowledged by our waitress. She returned 10 mins later to greet us and said she was very busy. She only allowed us to order beverages even though we told her we were ready to order. Another waitress returned to take our order about 15 mins later and apologized for our wait. Again, we waited almost an hour for our waters and we were told our soups would arrive after the new batch was done, which was another 10 min wait. Our waitress did bring out a basket of bread for us and the entrees came out 10 mins later. We were not offered another bowl of soup, which usually the servers do ask. I felt we were ignored and rushed. We tried the new seasonal dishes and they were just ok. I would think again before dining here. Our section felt out of control as there were 2 kids play fighting right next to me as I was trying to eat and the waitress was just running around the restaurant. I think management needs to take a walk around the restaurant to make sure that all guests and servers are taken care of.Food is delicious as usual. Service from our waitress was lacking. She had forgotten my drink from the bar and the bar tender brought it to me after dinner was served. I can tell the drink had been sitting a while because the glass was sweaty and drink was watered down from the melted ice. We had also ordered dessert but that never came and we were not charged. We purchased the $5 take home pasta and waitresses had also forgotten about that, we had to remind her as we got up to leave.

Pretty good place. Nice workers and good food. Even when busy the waiters and waitresses are very calm and attentive. The only cons may be the parking and some dishware, since its in a pretty busy location with other competition places the parking lot is pretty full but their has never been too much trouble finding parking, I even overheard that the people who work their often park farther away so the customers have parking. The forks and spoons often have spots on them but a little dirt doesnt hurt and I think its just from water droplets drying. Their pickup service is also pretty amazing and fast, they have never missed anything in my orders. Overall a very good location and if youre feeling like Olive Garden then dont hesitate to go to this one.

Tastefully decorated and in such a way that it can be busy yet you feel like you still have privacy.The best part was our waitress. Our entire meal was filled with incessant old lady chatter and children whining, and our server was overwhelmed. I always seem to forget about Olive Garden, even though Im at Costco every week. Its a great place to go for the whole family with the unlimited salad and breadsticks with an entrée purchase. They have a diverse menu of pastas and other Italian favorites and plenty of options for kids. The kids menu is also a multi page coloring and activity book so that is also helpful to keep the kids busy. My go to dish was the tour of Italy, but I recently discovered the Asiago tortelloni Alfredo with grilled chicken and give it two thumbs up. Service is always good but expect a wait during weekend dinner times.

Macycee denied us soup to go, but the guest literally next to us got 4 soups one for each to go for free. I really felt discriminated. Talked to manager Mario and he said it is an up charge. Over 20 years of going to Olive Garden across the country I never paid. I’ll never be returning for the principle of blank discrimination in our face. Will also be filing a formal complaint and contacting corporate.

This one Tiramisu is $8.49 but look at the hideous state of it.First, it seems like someone used their finger to scrape the top of it.Second, the price is ridiculous for the size. A mango from Walmart was bigger that this, and that costed only 50 cents.Last, my wife, who waited almost 10 months to eat this because she was pregnant got this dogs dinner for dessert.This is absolutely shameful, rip-off, and just sad! Get a grip Olive Garden! I don’t think I’ll ever return to dine with you. If you can’t take of the customer and their food, my money is not good enough for your restaurant.

It was a Friday night and we expected the wait to get in to be long. Our wait was about 30 minutes. We werent looking for a great experience. Good enough would be fine. The atmosphere isnt welcoming. Tables are tight and close together. And, the restaurant was loud. Our server struggled to smile and let us know she couldnt wait to go home and be with her cat. Were seniors to portions matter. Endless bread sticks, salad, and soup is nice. But, at $12.99 its over priced. Even when you want more, you wait for the server to return. Which didnt happen often. Soup came in a bowl that had about a cup of soup in it. Pasta Alfredo was good, salad was OK, soup was watery, and bread sticks very good. Prices were fair. In the end, our hunger was satisfied. Just OK isnt the dining out experience I for.

Nice and busy, but flowed very nicely. Good atmosphere for a date, with or without kids. Dimly lit, which is good. Creates a good ambience.Treat the staff well. Food industry, especially serving, is difficult, and people in general can make it difficult. Theyre people, just like us, underneath their uniforms. Last night we had soup and salad, our salad came at the same time as our soup, the soup bowls were ice cold as was the plate the soup bowls were on were cold as well. I had the Minestrone so did my wife and my sister had the Zuppa Toscana. The salad was good, lacking enough dressing in my opinion. What bothered me was the cold soup bowls and it being brought to the table at the same time as the salad. I would prefer having a few minutes to enjoy the salad and then enjoy the hot soup. Service was terrible. They lost out on 5 sells of their wine. I took my brother, sister-in-law, mom, dad, sister and brother-in-law to dinner. First we were seated without menus for about 20 minutes, then we got the menus, our waiter who was actually the bar tender did not get back to us for another 30 minutes or so. We ordered, and 4 of us got the endless soup salad and bread sticks. Now we all got a different soup, but when it came to bringing the soup to our table they brought 4 bowls of the gnocchi soup. I was the only one to order that because no one else likes it. Then everyone else got their food except for my mom. It took them another 45 minutes to bring her bowl of minestrone. In top of that we only got one large bowl of salad and 1 basket of bread sticks. We paid for 4 orders of salads and 4 orders of bread sticks. I will be hard pressed to return to this Olive Garden.

It was our first time being at this location. Its one of the smaller Olive Gardens Ive ever seen and lacks a bit of the good ol Italian decor the other restaurants have but very clean and friendly service. Our waitress was slow at getting back to us but you could tell they were understaffed like everyone else. Olive Garden has always been fairly consistent in their food/flavors. However, this time I felt some flavors were missing especially in the Alfredo sauce (garlic & salt) and the lasagna fritta was over cooked and chewy not crunchy as it should be. Although, it all still tasted pretty good, just not the best Ive ever had. The menu is much smaller and they only bring out 3 bread sticks at a time for 2 guests. In my opinion this makes the wait staff have to run twice as much to refill bread orders for the table. (We all love the bread sticks, right?!🤷🏻‍♀️) All in all we still had a great night celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary with dinner at the Olive Garden! 😉

First of all I had never been to an olive garden before coming here. The inside I was pretty impressed with as well as the service but the chicken Alfredo looked like it was cooked on a convection oven with no grill marks at all, and second the sauce looked like it was made in the same manner. We had a bad experience. The waitress was very nice to us. The system had a glitch in it when our waitress put our food in. We had waited a half hour, and no food yet. Our waitress tried to do what she could and r put our order back on. By the time we received our food we was ready to go an hour later now. Then she told me the same thing about how I’m not making progress and I’m not retrieving whatever dishes they call for on time, I asked if there were any other positions I could do instead of dmo/dishwashing because I may not be suited for that position, she said not until I master on what I’m doing and from there I knew I was left with no option so I put in my two weeks and instead of two week’s I faced one more week. I had a melted chocolate bar and they put it in the refrigerator and gave me a to-go container for it. Free iced tea for the road, too. The food was amazing! A+ all the way!

Order out, the place looks great as you walk in but when I got home my order of I saw my order of spaghetti and meatballs but not my order of extra meatballs. It was even on the receipt but no extra meatballs were found.

We ordered 2 plates of Fettuccine Alfredo Chicken $20 each (which I had been craving forever) and we ordered for to go pickup. I checked to make sure we had the correct items in the bag, but i didnt think it was necessary to check how dry the pasta was. We opened our containers at home and the chicken had Alfredo sauce, but the noodles were DRY with no sauce. We paid $40 for plates that were only 1/4 edible. Pretty disappointed. Friendly staff and delicious salad though.

Their menu is very simplistic now. comfort food vibes. Got the Tour of Italy and thats about the best bang for your buck. The server provided great customer service, she was engaging, attentive and thorough. Drinks were good. The lighting was a lil dim. Felt like I was ready for a nap right there.

First day they opened for dine in. It was so fresh and delicious. I had Rigatoni with meatballs, hubby had lasagna. They did a great job with the whole social distancing. Was so happy to finally eat in. Jade was our server and was amazing, very attentive.

Me and my kids went to eat there yesterday, it was a Saturday. Is wasnt busy so it was comfortable there. But I notice people started seating in our area. Then notice it was about 25 mins that we had been seating. I finally asked if we could see our server, he came just to say he is busy he would be back in a few mins to take our drink order. So about 35 mins into us seating there he came asked us if we wanted to place our drink order. I told him we were ready to eat, he stated that he was there only to take our drinks then would be back to take our order. At this time we were already hungry irritated and just ready to leave. We actually didn’t get out food till about 2 hours of us first get there. We didn’t get check on, not once. My kids were thirsty and need things through out our lunch. We ended spending over 120 on horrible service and food was even hot two of my kids meals were not cooked all the way, like it was still cold, or even been sitting for awhile. I would recommend this location to anyone. No help, no service, and for what we paid food wasn’t even fresh or hot and enjoyable. Worst mistake ever to go there .

Let me start off by saying the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the staff if very friendly. Olive Garden was never my go to place for Italian food, obviously, however they were good for a local substitute if you didnt want to drive to the Bay Area or anywhere else to eat at a true Italian restaurant. Lately though, their portions are less than ideal. I remember when you used to order the lasagna, you would get a full piece going from one side of the plate to the other. My last two times there the lasagna only goes half way across the plate and taste like it was just taken out of the freezer. This was during lunch and dinner, so there is no mistaking my order for some sort of lunch special. The chicken in the chicken parmesan has consistently been over cooked and also is barely bigger than the chicken in a McDonalds McChicken sandwich. Considering they also raised the prices, that pretty much has ended my visits to the Elk Grove Olive Garden. Your also in for a big surprise if you take your food to go. The portions are even smaller.

Went in on Sun. afternoon, its crowded. Waited 15 mins, I was told 20, but in good table. Waitress was tired. She missed the proper greetings, but she served us. ( Key if youre on your best behavior as a server, no one will remember unless your extraordinary. But if you are lacking oh they will remember that and possibly your name) But over all the meal came hot and parents enjoyed. Jade was patient!

I ordered my dinner via the app and it showed a time of 7:20pm pick up. I checked in at 7:13pm and let them know which number I was parked at. While I was waiting I seen 7 plus cars pull up get greeted by employees and then drive away with their order. At 7:34pm I asked an employee who was walking by my car that I had placed an order that should have been ready at 7:20pm and no one has acknowledged me. That employee said yeah yeah Ill check it out. 3 minutes later my order comes out by someone else who didnt apologize after I had told her I had been waiting for over 15 minutes. I gave a 1 star because the order was correct and good but the service was awful. That had not been the issue the other 2 times I had ordered before.

Well this was my first time at an olive garden. My spouse and I knew there wouldnt be too many customers. But restaurant kiosk had old food on back, silverware was spotted and Elk Grove water yuke! Food fresh, but after seeing what I saw we left after paying bill. I still left tip for service. Everyone suffering, trying to get back into the flow of life. But honestly every US citizen needed a break from the daily grind! Mental health as we continue to try and go out is defiantly at an all time low. Please lets spread some human hospitality!!!

It has been awhile since Ive eaten at an Olive Garden. I really like the service here. Our server Kioshi was awesome. The food was pretty good. The confetti Moscato was sparkly and delicious.
