Went to Olive Garden for the first time in months, I can say it was a Solid 2 and this is just for the sweet waiter who took care of us. The food quality was horrible! The bread sticks we got were old, hard, and cold. We also got the spinach and artichoke dip was sooo beyond salty and the pita chips were old and stale. We also ordered the chicken Alfredo and the sauce was salty too so bad that o couldn’t enjoy the food. For $60 meal I expect more, and to top it off the waiter was not getting enough help from staff she was overwhelmed and I say no help because there was a young girl just standing in the corner next to me on a tablet… make things worse the manager passed me 4 times not once did she help the waiter or ask how our food was she just ignored us. Save your money people the food quality is no longer great go anywhere but here

Excellent!!! Been to this Olive Garden many times and this particular time was one of the best experiences. Our party of seven arrived about 4pm. on a fairly busy day, Veterans Day. Surprisingly, we were seated relatively quick. We had our own room which was great. Our server, Michelle, was wonderful. She was very pleasant, professional and attentive. She got all of our orders in correctly and with a sense of urgency. We were checked on periodically by Michelle, and what appeared to be a member of management, great business practices.Food was very good and cooked perfectly. We always enjoy their salad and bread sticks. For starters I had Gnocchi Soup and my entree, the Steak and Fettuccine Alfredo. Everything was great!! We celebrated two birthdays and our server gave us a choice of dessert for our birthdays and at no charge. We had the Tiramisu and theirs is one of the best!!We’re planning to return next month!!

Love the Bottomless Soup 🍲, Salad 🥗 and Bread Sticks 🥖🥖. After all these years still one of Olive Gardens best offers. Love this location. Servers always stay on top of everything, friendly and manager often comes around. Tasty pasta dishes too (Shrimp Primavera, Lasagne Classico). Will keep coming back.

I always go to Olive garden it’s been my favorite restaurant for many years. I have experienced many things from getting proposed to as well as birthdays. But this time was one of the worst experience for me and my family. It was a total of four adults and my three kids. First all the adults got their food but the kids did not get their food until we were officially done. Once the food was brought to them, he didn’t even ask if they wanted cheese. I also asked our waiter for a soda that I never got. He totally forgot because he was over there, talking with other waitresses. On our way out nobody said bye thank you for coming. By far the worst experience at Olive Garden will not be coming back. Just a little advise to everyone don’t come in on a Sunday evening. They are so busy and don’t care about anybody.

This was, by far, the worst Olive Garden food experience Ive ever had. The salad was old, minced, and lacked dressing--I found 1 gnocchi in 2 bowls of tepid chicken and gnocchi soup, the bread sticks didnt come out of the over until we were done w/ our meal (at least they were hot), and the pasta overcooked to the point of mush. Silver lining... the service was good at the bar.

We love coming to Olive Garden for get together & have family bonding! On this day we pick this particular place because its closer to another venue were planning to go. Our server was not very helpful, we have to constantly ask her questions, we waited for the appetizer to come out first but soup came, then our main course meals & the appetizer!!! Very clean but unfortunately the server decided that was the time for her break after our large party of 12 were seated. The first server took only half the tables orders. The second server forgot to take our orders. Better communication is needed between hostess and servers. If someone is going on break dont seat a party of 12 in their section.

The bartenders, Alison and Justin were great, friendly, funny and very engaging but the hostesses screwed up and gave us a table for two not three at first then made us wait again even though it was their mistake. Food was good, but they werent very organized at the front and the service overall wasnt great. Eat at the bar and hang out with Justin or Alison instead of getting a table.

I was surprised about seeing so many people on a Monday, must be the good service this company its known forOur server had the perfect timing, not one of those who constantly comes over nor one that ignores you completely.Id forgotten about their endless soup and salad, we only had one serving but it is nice to know that you can always ask for moreThe flavors of the salmon are worth writing about it, I am aware most people go for the pasta but the salmon does deserve to be on your side next time you visit just remember to choose the veggies of your choice to compliment it to stay within budget you can be assured that the house wine wont disappoint nor for taste or price, cant go wrong, unless of course. My fiancée and I came here last night for dinner because she hasnt been here in a while and wanted to try it again. We had our 2nd date here almost 3 years ago so we wanted to see if they are still the same restaurant. I checked through their app to see how long the wait would be and it said there no wait. When we got there, most of the parking spots were taken but we were lucky to find a spot. A lot of people were taking advantage of their pickup service. When we checked in, we were told the wait would be about 20-25 minutes. We got seated in like 5 minutes, my fiancée got their Soup, Salad, Breadstick deal and I went with their Grilled Salmon. She got their Chicken & Gnocchi Soup which she loved and I got their Pasta e Fagioli Soup which I didnt like. My salmon took a while to come out and the portion was pretty small. It was okay but not my favorite place to eat Salmon. The service we received was okay since they were busy. They had a tablet on the table for you to order or pay from but it wasnt linked to our table so we couldnt use it.

Very disappointing!Date with my wife, and we waited for a long time for service. Several service request, to talk to manager Andrew he seem to have no control or know how to manage his own personal. He promised somebody would be there to attend us after half an hour waiting we left the premise. He was too busy with his tablet.Bad customer service!

I came here at 12:00pm on a Friday. The service was excellent. Our food came very fast and the server even let us try a flight of Sangria. It was too sweet for my taste but my friend loved it. I ordered the lunch special which is soup or salad and breadsticks with a small entree for $8.99. I tried the mushroom sauce to dip the breadsticks in. It was delicious. This place is a total splurge but I just love it for the right occasion.

We were happily greeted by Melissa the Hostess who seated us. Then we were greeted by Niayli our Server who was genuinely warm and friendly ready to serve. She was kind enough to let me photo her. I wanted others to see the wonderful young lady who blessed us! Niayli took our order, served us coffee and brought us our food. She was very hospitable and made sure we had everything during our visit. At one point mom needed salt and as Melissa was passing by we asked her for salt and she immediately and cheerfully brought us some. We had a great experience and will be back soon. Thank you ladies for making our visit pleasant especially when you were very busy with large parties due to graduation

Horrible experience me and Educator went through last Friday. We got the pasta with shrimp and chicken and the chicken was not cooked properly and then we both asked the manager about it. They went back to the kitchen and bring the food to the kitchen and cooked it and it looks like the chicken was burnt instead of making a fresh one so after that they ended up removing it from the bill. It’s not only that they could have made better service there. I am never returning back to that location again. Especially with that bad experience under cook meat. That is not good. Someone should have any health inspection go over the restaurant and check it out. As my opinion.

Good simple Italian foods. Eggplant Parmigiana very light and tasty. Spaghetti Marinara with extra garlic and a light touch of pepperoncini was done perfectly. I prefer darker greens in the salad, but the iceberg lettuce was crispy and overall the salad was fine. Service was prompt and courteous, thank you Christopher.

I always go to this Olive Garden with my boyfriend. But we definitely select what times we go we always check how busy they are because they get pretty busy. Although they’re busy we never have to wait too long no longer than 15 minutes. I haven’t had any issues at this Olive Garden my food is always hot delicious and the service is exceptional. It can get kind of noisy with the kids running around. They always have some type of special going on as well. This is like my designated Olive Garden right now. They also have five dollar alcoholic beverages.

WOW!! First of all... gotta give a shout out to our waitress for the evening, her name is Jules. She is very professional and recommended me a delicious plate.Upon arrive the staffing greeted us and got us a table within 30 seconds. Ordered our beverages and dinner plates.Plate I got had chicken and shrimp tossed with a delicious sauce. Really recommend this if you like sea food and chicken.For appetizers got the mozzarella sticks, which were very delicious and cheesy.Couldnt order dessert because there was no more space in our belly.I was very satisfied and I am 100% that I would be coming back for more.

I came to Olive Garden after many years of staying away, I can definitely say they have step up their game. Their customer service was excellent!! Food was a 6/10I wanna give thanks to our amazing waiter Diego. He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. He stayed on top of our table and made sure we always had bread and salad. We usually go here for good service and food. It serves Italian food on a budget. What I mean is the food is good, but not authentic Italian. It has an American take on the food. If you eat in the restaurant, the servings are large, and you have leftovers for the next day. They have good deals you can order certain entrees to go for$6.00. The entrees are frozen. This works for work lunches or next day dinners. It can serve about three people with a reasonable size. Buon Appétito.

I signed in through the waiting list and when I arrived we waited for only 2 minutes. The manager was very nice and came to check in to advise us that our table was about to be ready. I just had my gender reveal dinner there and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. The server so attentive, he was on top of it. Having to serve a party of 18 guest isnt easy. I had just finished the LA Big 5K race and had the pleasure of being served by Fran and Allison at the restaurant, and I cant say enough positive things about them. I asked to be seated at a table with a party of one. They told me it was a 10-minute wait. After waiting about 10 minutes, two people walked in with no reservation and were seated immediately. They pressured me to sit at the bar. I understand thats more convenient for them, but I am not interested in being seated at a bar. I asked for a table. I will not be back. I waited for 10 minutes and no one bother to ask until I said how long does it take to get service. They never called me for my table until 4 days later when I was at work crazy. am allergic to alot of perfumes and hers is at the top of the list,, I dont think employees at a restaurant should wear any perfume I couldnt eat; I was naucias all the time also there was a waiter with a really bushy beard and nothing covering it up I think his name is Roozteh every time he walked by I covered up my soup, waiters look well dress up but they need to keep a well groom appearance.

Delicious. Plan for longer lunch break. By the time we started eating, it was 42 minutes into lunch. The service is great. Staff is helpful and knows the menu well. We had a large group. It’s been years since I’ve visited an Olive Garden and this visit was incredibly disappointing. I’m not sure when OG became more of a fast food restaurant, or perhaps it’s always been, but the food quality has made a drastic decline since the OG of yesteryear. I had the Tuscano soup and salad, and while the salad is always fairly good, the soup—not quite like I remembered. My daughter and I also ordered calamari and mozzarella sticks, and she additionally ordered the pepperoni pizza from the kids menu. None of the items were anything to write home about. Bland, greasy, and not very tasty. For everything, I spent about $53 not including a $10 tip. Next time we’ll go to Maggiano’s. 😕

Olive gardens sublime entrees were delicious, I got a large order for me and my girlfriend to go, took advantage of the six dollar takeaway, extra breadsticks, you cant go wrong with either the salad or the soup theyre both wonderful, the service was very nice, the packaging was wonderful, and its probably going to take me two days to finish all the food, but those will be two wonderful days! I ordered with the app and everything went just fine, would do it again.

I like visiting Olive Garden and I have always loved their service. However, today, the hostess apparently was having a bad moment because we walked in and we waited as she was on the phone. As soon as she hung up the phone, she walks over to a nearby bench and sits down looking annoyed. She then staryed to talk to a coworker who was also sitting there. She didnt even greeted us or said to wait as someone would come and help us. She just ignored us as she walked away. I didnt like it obviously and thought she was very rude. Honestly, you are in the customer service business and you have to acknowledge people..

Hate to leave a 1 star.. I loved this place for many of years. It was a family tradition to celebrate my wife and I anniversary dinner (its where we ate after getting married almost a decade ago). We went in, ordered and found a bug in our food, it looked like a roach. The Im assuming manager came and let us know its not a roach but one of those flying things. GM called me after I escalated, gave us a gift card for the amount. We loved olive garden so gave them another try with the gift card... after we checked out with the gift card code and the screen showed no balance, we see that they charged the $100 to our bank and the gift card. Called the store again to let them know, they said they will call us back after looking into it. That was 3 weeks ago, they lost a life long customer. Never going to olive garden again

Very slow service and food is overpriced. When ordering online be careful as it seems their online ordering automatically defaults to a 15% gratuity. 15% to bring you your bag to your car. And then if you catch it and ask to have it removed it must be done by a Manager and you get to get a little attitude from the Manager with your request as well.

I had a taste for spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered extra sauce too. I didnt get the extra sauce and after 4 bites the noodles were dry. Saved the rest until I got off work and went to get my missing sauce. I was given 2 small cups with lids which was enough for a couple more bites. The sauce was actually a bit bland anyway. The most recent negative experience was when I stopped by to pick up 2 pieces of cake for a special dinner. I have never used their take out service. It was mid afternoon around 3:00. Basically no one in the restaurant and only a couple cars in the lot. I asked for 2 pieces of cake and the guy at the Togo counter said it would take 30 minutes. I clarified that it takes 30 minutes to put 2 pieces of cake in a container? Obviously, I left. Don’t know if we’ll return, evidently with what we’ve experienced lately, management has gone downhill.

This place deserve more than 5 stars.Food took little while to come, which is actually not always a bad sign. I was offered second soup, was brought bunch of different juices I did not ask for, this type of things actually happens when the restaurant is too busy, they were not under stuffed, but simply there were way too many customers on that specific day. Food was 10 out of 10, exactly what I would wish to eat for. During the lunch, we wwre asked if we need anytbing by staff a few times which was a good sign. When were were about to leave, I believe he was the manager in white shirt, tall guy approached us and asked if everything was okay, that was really nice of him. The place is clean, staff is cool. I just wanted to get off my old feet and all waiting seats were taken and the bar was empty. Not long after sitting and chatting with my bestie, a nice young man came and asked if we wanted a drink or something to eat. As we had just been told it would be 30 minutes to be seated (which was weird since the place was empty except for the lobby waiting area. Our c server and hostess were great! The food was overcooked and dry and chewy and not enough gnocchi in the chicken and gnocchi soup, salad had pepperoncini(sp?) And olives when my husband asked for nothing in the salad, the atmosphere was nice, but its not the 80s, and its gone downhill and even the breadsticks werent buttery, or salted with enough cheese. Also they dropped my favorite dish...chicken Picatta😳😧

Went to olive garden in Northridge at 7:20pm. They wouldnt take anymore names to eat outside. It was only for a party of 2 people. Thats ridiculous! They close at 10pm! There were less than 10 people on the wait list. If you can turn 10 tables in 2 and a half hours, you need to do a better job with staffing!! Horrible experience!!!!

Tldr: food is 4.5 stars, service is like 2.5 starsSurprisingly great food thats pretty well seasoned and is fully cooked! Sad that breadsticks arent good, but the soups and salads were actually amazing! They should make a more vegetarian accessible lasagna or pour the meat sauce as an optional feature, because I love lasagna but cant eat the meat 😬. Ordered the chicken tortelloni, eggplant Parmigiano, shrimp scampi, and got chicken and dumpling soup? Youd think there would be some sense of time when it comes to ordering online and doing pickup, but we waited 30 MINUTES to get our food, which supposedly started being made 40 minutes before we got the food. The service was pretty bad, since we called twice and got held up and our last got Alfredo sauce instead of marinara. We came when dinner rush was just about to start but left when it was in its prime. Its better to just go in to pickup and not do carside since you get the orders faster. The only saving grace was the nice waitress at the end who was kind, helpful, and gave us 10 extra breadsticks for our time.

Good place to come for dinner. They freshened up the building and it looks nice. Staff is friendly. Food is okay, nothing really stands out. Parking lot is awful. They need to repaint the parking spots. I really like the online add to wait list option, cuts down on the wait time to be seated.

The Chatsworth Olive Garden is the worst restaurant I ever visited with an absolutely disrespectful and careless staff. They just spoiled my birthday. I called them to place an order according to their online information. I tried to order a family size pan of Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara to take out. Just one item! Their online information didnt mention that the order had to be placed 24 hours in advance. Even though its listed as a take out, they insisted that it to be Catering and refused to accept the order. The representative spoke to the manager with the same result. Not even an attempt to help me was offered. Five minutes later, sitting in my car, I was able to place that order with another brunch at Woodland Hills. I am very Very disappointed and upset. This restaurant will never see me again.

Food was good.Confusing part, 25 minute wait. At least one full dinning room completely empty. Saturday afternoon, a long line. What are they trying to do, chase customers away?And I noticed several servers, many times, standing around chatting with their co-workers for 5 or 10 minutes. I guess with that many customers waiting in line there is no need to hustle with the customers in the dinning room.Not sure if its just this location or a company wide policy but it will make me think twice about going back.

We had heard bad things about wait times and incompetent service, but we were impressed with the experience. On a busy Saturday night, we borrowed a menu while we waited, ordered right away, and were eating within 15 minutes of sitting down. Extra kudos to the tall, bearded bartender who goes the extra mile for customer service. By far, though, the star of the evening was our server, Candace. Despite every table being full, she never let a glass empty and she was polite, friendly, and even my toddler found her fun and interesting. Wow! We will be back!

Just want to tell of Bad Super Bowl experience. Zero service as the staff is in the back watching the game. This means no extra salad when you run out. No seconds on soup when you run out, No bread sticks. They claim these items are unlimited........That is stated policy...but not reality. They are very limited when they withhold service.A different time we were there with a large group. They projected an hour wait. It became an hour and 45 minutes before half of our party of fourteen left. My wife once received Pink Lemonade with ceramic tile mixed in with the ice.Another time we waited 18 minutes with no one ever came to take our order at this location in Chatsworth. It was around 2:30 when they were NOT busy. Waiters walked past us numerous times.I had to go to the front and get them to send a waiter. Guess what, we do not got to Olive Garden any more. Bad service, long wait times and and dangerous stuff in the food.I have also had soup spilled on me and had to go looking for our waitress to get food service

Not a good quality food anymore. I got chicken fettuccine 23$. The salad was very old mainly lettuce with two slices of tomatoes and two olives. Fettuccine needed little more cooking. Overall for the price the food quality was not satisfying.

I called to place an order for delivery i was told that they needed a 24 hr advance notice. So i asked to speak with a manager i got one on the phone her name is Samantha she was excellent & provided me with excellent customer service for my order & i also informed her that i was not told they scheduled their drivers with 24 hr advance service & informed her that i was in the call for over 15minutes. They havent learned how to take the acid out of the tomato sauce yet its a simple fix if youre making it fresh especially you want to take the acid out just simply use a peeled cut up raw potato in your sauce this potato absorbs all the acid you through the potato away or you can do the same thing with a raw carrot for smaller menus or venues.

And the service is wonderful....our server was diligent and unobtrusive. At 2pm on a weekday it was packed but we only waited a few minutes. So glad we have a local Olive Garden!

I am surprised I enjoyed it so much. The staff service was very friendly, the soup was delicious, and the lobster Mac and cheese hit the spot. Very busy tonight, the only knock I have is the carpet could use a vacuum.
