It was about 12:40 pm for lunch I usually like to go to the bathroom first to wash my hands. Clean bathroom means great service and food. My visit to the restroom-wasn’t good I wash my hands and there was no paper towels I have to dry them with the air heading to my table.I order the Minestrone Soup it was very good indeed.I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimps it was delicious.And of course Tiramisu to finish a great lunch at Olive Garden.I did not order wine I don’t drink at lunch but the wine selection is great as well, most of their wines are from Italy for obvious reasons.They have a Chardonnay that call my attention is from Chateau Ste. Michelle Washington I will probably try it next time. Thanks to my server for very genuine attention to my needs. I highly recommend this location it is one of the best Olive Garden I had visited.

Ordering online is so easy here and convenient easier than most chains around and you can request whatever extras you want and type it instead of a slection tab that may not have what you need. Love when they ha e their special never ending pasta bowls or take one home specials since all i eat is the chicken alfredo pasta and the fresh salad and fresh parmesan cheese thats not filled with preservatives!Jay was a excellent server tons of energy and catered to his tables needs.

I dont know how this establishment gets 5 stars.We went out to celebrate 2 birthdays with the family... we made reservations at 6:15 on a Monday night. When we arrived, it was pretty busy.. waited 15 minutes and were seated. We proceeded to order...4 people had endless soup and salad, and the other 4 order entrees. A few minutes later, the soup and salad came out, but the entrees took another 35 minutes. The water and breadsicks and the neverending items took a long time to be refilled. I dont think it was really the servers fault, but perhaps there wasnt enough staff to keep up.The soup was average at best....not sure if well be back.

Went to lunch with 3 handicapped friends (2 blind, 2 in wheelchairs). Server (Melani) was warm, friendly, and attentive. Never realized before that there were 2 choices on salad dressing and she brought both on the side. The desserts were huge and very good. We had a long delightful lunch.

When one person in your party gets there food 45 minutes after everyone else that is a problem. The manager came over a few times and each time said it would be a few minutes a half hour later it came out cold. Also overheard the manager telling another group that the pasta is made fresh daily. That is also a lie.

Today was a great experience. The bartender remembered my preferences and was proactive with my order. It seems that she remembers all of her regulars by name. Apparently, there are many who come to watch the game show, Jeopardy, over lunch. Not a bad way to spend an hour. Service 5; Cleanliness: 4.5; Food quality: 5.

My family and I were trying to go to Olive Garden for lunch. The Server told us it’ll be a 10 minute wait so we waited 15 minutes but during those 15 minutes a family of 2, 3, and 4 walked in and got their tables instantly and our server was just on her phone. Plus the place wasn’t even busy at all, it was basically empty. So we decided to leave.

RUN IF YOU GET BRI AS A WAITRESS!!! We had a really disappointing lunch today. We have had great experiences at other Olive Garden chains, but not this one. The first time I ate at this location was a few months ago for dinner, the waiters were cute little Hispanic boys who were very polite and attended to my needs and I enjoyed my meal. When I told my boyfriend we ate at the same location as the last time he was completely shocked. Today our waitress (pretty sure her name was Bri) was rude, unhelpful, and it felt like she was trying to get me and my partner to leave. She never once checked on us, we had to ask other waitresses (who were clearly much more on top of things) for breadsticks and whatnot. Never once refilled our water or asked if we wanted anything, and she didn’t respond when I asked for items (ie didn’t say “sure thing” or “here you go” in response, just dumped it on the table). She really made our experience here unenjoyable and we did not feel welcome. She didn’t smile once and when I needed water or breadsticks I saw her just standing around by the front. We came in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. We were only halfway finished when she came over and asked if we were ready for boxes. My boyfriend and I are understanding people, but it became obvious that she wasn’t just having a bad day - she was lazy. I’ve never had such disappointing service at an Olive Garden, I hope that they drop the dead weight, there are some waitresses who are really bringing the vibe down. Additionally, the bathroom needs to be more carefully attended, as there were no paper towels or hand drier.

Chicken Parmigiano was way overcooked & the chicken was like rubber. Exchanged for Sirloin steak but was well done on one side and barely saw the grill on the other side, wa supposed to be medium rare but one end was well done and the other end had a little red, I will not be coming back!

My mother and I frequently dine out at the Olive Garden around California when we take our mother daughter trips. This particular trip to the rohnert park Olive Garden our waitress Autumn was very rude and disrespectful. We are very friendly people and said thank you and tried to make conversation with her but she was very short and seemed like she did not like us too much which unfortunately really hurt my mothers feelings. We felt rushed to order and eat quickly. The food was okay, restaurant was okay, but will not be returning due to poor service.

I only gave it 2 stars because the Food was good. Our Server named Ivan was very rude and was never at our table there were a couple tables that he had but a still when he came to ours he would have an attitude. I don’t like to be that kind of person to leave a bad review but I had family with me and this really ruined our mood overall I don’t think I’ll be back at this location I just hope that this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

They were short staffed due to covid so wait time to be seated was a bit long. (25-30 min) because only half the tables were available.But we were able to get around that delay by ordering to go.The blond to go staff lady who helped us was awesome, friendly, thorough, (& gorgeous🙂) she brought our order outside where we were waiting in less time than it would have taken to be seated. Everything was hot tasty & correct in the order. Utensils, napkins, the works. Mild disappointment that I couldnt order the heat it up later offers on the menu due to being, take out customers. Especially since we only ordered to go due to the long wait time for a table. But whatever, one less spaghetti n meat sauce sold for them & one more sold at Marys Pizza when I want some tomorrow. Life continues.Great that they were at least open late. When management figures out how to fix the sell heat it up later food to to go customers they will earn the extra star I docked off. Called to see if I needed a reservation on Thursday and was told by Rebecca that it wasn’t needed for a party of 4… we show up and are told it’s a 15-20 min wait, okay fine. The girl takes my number and says you’ll get a text when it’s time….30 minutes goes by I call back and speak to the same Rebecca girl and she’s like yeah we tried calling you, I was like excuse me no you didn’t, blantent lie right off the bat. She proceeded to tell me just to come it’s by that time it’s 8:00 we have a 4 hr drive ahead of us and just wanted a nice sit down meal before we hit the road. If your staff is so incompetent they couldn’t even simply call or take the number down correctly I can imagine how the service would be.Do yourselves a favor and just go to the red lobster next door, the staff here doesn’t deserve any kind of tip/ compensation. Absolutely will never return.

We ate today 4-29-2023, Seth was our server, and I’m just taking the time to write this to say that he is absolutely personal, kind, amazing attitude low key the best waiter I’ve seen in US, hopefully someone sees his talent and promotes this guy fast. While other waiters around us were biah and weird attitude he was super kind and generous. Im glad he was the waiter and not any of the others. Next time I’ll get back up specifically asks which tables he serves so I can sit there.

This is the second time Ive been here in the last few weeks. The first time was absolutely wonderful and our waitress was very attentive. This time was not. There were no croutons for the salad, only one pepper and the waiter didnt offer fresh parmesan cheese. We had to ask for our bread sticks 4 times and they finally came when we were just about finished with our meals. We werent offered refills on our drinks. We had to ask for more salad which finally had croutons the second time but only 3 olives. Our main courses had to of sat under the heat lamps for awhile because our noodles were dry and hardly any sauce remained. My sons medium rare steak was well done. We brought all of it to the attention of the manager before paying and were not offered any discount or comps. We did leave a tip because we always do even if the service isnt the best. Mind you we had to drive 2 hours from our house just to eat at an olive garden. Im sad to say, I dont know if we will be returning.

We tried to go here a few months ago but there was a 30-45 minute waiting time so we skipped it. However, I took my fiancé who has never had Olive Garden before for his first time today and he enjoyed it. It was also our daughter’s 2nd birthday so it was a special day. Our waitress Melanie was amazing. She was very attentive, friendly and funny. She also interacted with my daughter well and was great with helping us. Food and drinks were great and the service was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

Our server was good overall. Unfortunately it could not make up for poor food quality. The cheese ravioli had nearly 8 oz of cheese on top. The sauce was bland with little flavor. The salad had pieces of rotten core mixed in. Even a replacement brought from a fresh bag had a piece. Whoever is bagging their salad needs to look at removing the rotting cores. The quality of food is just not as good as it use to be.

Typical OG food. Hostess us the wait was 30 minutes. We asked if there was a wait to sit at the bar since it was empty. She said as long as we were at a high top and not the booths. We sat at a high top with a small child because she, and us were starving. The bartender asked if wed rather have a booth. I explained that the host told us we couldnt. She said that she wasnt sure why the hostesses were not seating people there since it was completely empty and it was all her area, Shout out to her! Food was amazing, but the waitress made our experience not so amazing. We were waiting for service for 20 mins before we heard her and another waitress argue over who is getting our side of the restaurant. And then when she came over to us she was extremely fast and non personable and we just ordered drinks, appetizers and food all at once. At first I understood how fast she was going it seemed pretty busy, but when it died down a bit she was making long conversations with every other table around us, except for us. We had to try to catch her before she ran right past us just to get some service multiple times. My drink was sitting out while she was talking to these other ladies and when I asked if we can just get it in a to go cup she ran over and poured half my drink into the cup, even though have been done with our food for awhile we decided it’s not that big of a deal, but honestly if I knew we would have gotten service like that we would have just ordered on the device instead. Maybe she was judging us by our looks and thought we wouldn’t tip her either way but I’m definitely the type to give a huge tip for great service so yea just a bad experience in general. But again food was amazing.

Adrianna was hands down the best server I have ever had in my life. I have never experienced such fast efficient service from someone who was so bright and fun and who clearly enjoys working at this Olive Garden location. She made my friends and I’s experience at Olive Garden the best it could have been and more. We had a New waitress and she didnt come back to our table after giving us drinks. 45 minutes went by and no breadsticks or salad on the table and they were out of cheesesticks and tortellini which I wanted both these items. We were party of 7 people.The host wasnt very friendly, waited for almost half an hour even there was empty tables, the table and silverware were sticky, the food wasnt as good even the bread, 3 of us changed their mind and didnt order anything. Late lunch date with my husband. They were open for inside dining and there was no wait. They have items on their menu I dont make at home, like some of their soups and the chicken parmigiana. Our food was tasty and served at the proper temperatures. What made this experience stand out was our server, Holly. She was attentive without being intrusive. She listened and answered our questions in a friendly manner, not just going through the motions as some servers do. We will be back and will ask to sit in our new favorite servers area.

They used to have these Italian type nachos that were so good that they dont have any more I hate it when places do that. I had the lasagna and it was great as usual. At first we were seated in a dark corner of the restaurant with a waitress that didnt seem to like her job or having a bad day..My husband asked if we could be seated in a more open part of the restaurant.. I went to have dinner with my sister over the weekend and I should have known to call first because the wait was an hour long. I asked of the bar was the same wait and they said it was open to first come first serve and was seated immediately. The lady who was at the bar that night was so wonder and helpful. She served us some amazing recommended cocktails and her service was perfect! She was so busy being the only one at the bar but she constantly checked in with us. The food was amazing. We started off with some appetizers which I would recommend going with the fried or toasted ravioli.

If you want authentic Italian food then this is not the place for you. The food did not look appetizing, the pasta was not seasoned, the salad looked like it was cut haphazardly and the service was slow. But on the upside there are free breadsticks and the bartender that night did a great job on the drinks so those were major pluses! The old gentleman who was our server was fantastic, we really enjoyed his stories and left him a $20 tip. We were impressed by how often he checked in on us and loaded our table up with breadsticks and soup. Our drinks were good too. Unfortunately, both my friend and I got spaghetti/chicken dishes. Very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good (for basic “Italian” food”) and sometimes it’s just wrong (undercooked, overcooked, missing things). The example that made me write this review and probably take this location out of our rotation all together… the chicken gnocchi soup has had the appropriate amount of chicken and gnocchi ONCE and when it was right it was so darn good. Every time I’ve gotten it since it’s 2 pieces each of chicken and/or gnocchi, or full of greens vs none at all, or tonight it was plenty of chicken and greens and literally zero gnocchi - in two separate bowls of soup. Its a typical Olive garden, but the reason that Im giving them five stars is that as of right now the state of California is allowing employees to come back to work even if they have a positive COVID test, as long as they are asymptomatic. But, after speaking to the manager, its nice to know that Olive garden is being much safer than that. They promised that if any employee reports a positive test, they are immediately sent home to quarantine and the entire restaurant is sanitized. Its nice to know that there are businesses prioritizing safety of their customers and staff, even when the state no longer is.

I have been going to Olive Garden restaurants for years, doesnt usually matter what city or town youre in, you can count on it being pretty decent food. Three years ago I moved to a different city and was very disappointed in the food and service at an Olive Garden and I gave it several chances. Recently I was on a road trip and decided Id stop at the local restaurant, I was surprised by the food and service at the Rohnert Park restaurant. Our server (Maddie) Mad-E on her name tag was fantastic. The food was served in a very timely manner as not to rush, but not leave you wondering. Our meals were flavorful and had just the right amount of sauces. Our white wine was chilled and served in a cold glass. Before we left I spoke with the manager about how pleased we were and told him about our bad experience in the city we now live. He then introduced us to a manager he was training for the exact restaurant we were speaking of. 😀 So hopefully in the future I can head back to my local Olive Garden and be just as happy as I was in the Rohnert Park Olive Garden.

Hello,First, I would like to say that the food was delicious and comforting and this was my first time in Olive Garden. My 5 year old niece Annie and myself decided to go there for pizza. Annie had the kids meal pizza with grapes and apple juice. I had the zucchini pasta and shrimp and the mix Berry drink. The kids pizza was so delicious, I never seen my niece so happily enjoying a slice of pizza, she was smiling and liking her tiny fingers!I really enjoyed my meal as well, it was delightful and tasty. Then the host who seat us asked me if I needed anything and I told her that we were thirsty (we were outside playing all morning so we needed a drink). Overall, the food and drinks was delicious and we would be back for that not so much for the service.

It must have had a pound of pepper in it, it burned my mouth and that was all It tasted like. I had to throw it in the garbage. Dont think I will go back. The spaghetti sauce is probably the same. Too bad, oh well

The waiter we had was completely overwhelmed and had to much on his plate however I give this rating for him because even though the wait was long and we didnt really get to enjoy our meal, he was amazing. When he did see us he was so polite and so inviting that you really couldnt be upset with him. Otherwise its highly overpriced priced microwavable pasta.

The service was great. I had the ziti, stuffed shells and gnocchi soup. The ziti was rather hard and dry. But the shells were delicious full of cheese and properly sauced. The gnocchi soup was good. It had chicken and enough gnocchi in it to satisfy me. All in all it was a good experience. Id go again.

Very very nice experience at the Olive Garden. We were lucky enough (first timers) to arrive before the huge crowd we saw waiting by the time we left. Not always a sure sign of goodness but I was surprised/not surprised by the genuinely large crowd of people waiting for a table. Our salad was fresh and served family style. The dressing was a typical though tasty Italian. Our entrees were hot and super delicious. The chicken parmigiana was great along with the accompanying spaghetti marinara. The chicken Alfredo again was delicious. Both entrees had very generous servings, enough to take home and make a second meal. The breadsticks were more subtle in taste than I expected and I suppose that is what makes them so addictive because they weren’t overwhelming in flavor. Just butter and garlic on the crispy outside which contrasts nicely with the soft chewy inside. The Zeppolis were outstanding and the raspberry sauce was just perfect. However what really made our evening was our server, Amanda. Not a sweeter nor more helpful waitperson could we ask for. She made our evening. We will return. Thank you Amanda and thank you Olive Garden.

Let me tell you about the experience that didnt happen at the RP Olive Garden. We got the at noon and walked right up to ask for a reservation. We were a table of 4 and a high chair. Another family of 5 came in a shade later then us but we seated first.But a big deal because they said a few minutes. 20 minutes later and were still waiting to be seated.We all how much longer since its now 20 minutes longer then the original 2 minutes.We were told they need to put two tables together, that they were waiting for more staff and that it was rush hour. We told them to cancel and we left. As we walked by the dining room, what do we see? Oh yaaaaa a round table for 5.We walked across the parking lot to Red Lobster.Shane on you Olive Garden you failed it.

Olive Garden used to be one of my favorite restaurants. After not going there in quite some time (over a year) my husband and I decided to go there for their lighter fare lunch yesterday. We gave the waitress our order, but she failed to ask us what we wanted to drink and my husband had to yell it at her as she was walking away. When we got our food, my husbands chicken wasnt cooked and still pink in the middle so he sent it back and they cooked it longer. My chicken was OK, but not a good cut of chicken. I had to spit out 2 large bites into my napkin because of the fat and gristle. Not to mention when the waitress took our salad plates when our food came, she also took my husbands fork so we had to share my fork during our lunch. Its finally over and we get the bill and were charged the higher dinner prices rather than the lunch prices, so we had the waitress fix it before we paid. All in all not a good experience and not sure Im going there anymore after this visit.

Ordered food to go. Had wrenched my back and my sciatica is acting up so I asked it. Could be brought out to my vehicle and the waitress obliged! The wait was a little long but she apologized and took off the charge for the extra chicken I had ordered. Excellent service and fabulous food! Yay!

Because of the rules that dont always make much sense, I didnt call ahead for my to- go order and because of that was refused admittance. It was 9:30 and a bit cool, but we have to observe the rules.Those ordering ahead were let in and seated.

Had a poor visit the week before but had already scheduled another meal for visiting family. Talked to manager who took the report seriously and they stepped it up for us and we had a wonderful time.Every place / person can have a down day and if its possible, address it. Taking that step with Olive Garden Rohnert Park was worth the effort.Great recovery! We olive you.

First off I must say the food was very good. However what makes this particular experience stand out from all the rest was the people and service. As of this date I am a father of two little ones a four year old and a 19 month old. My little one was very happy and vocal this time around, enough so that it frustrated another party. The party reacted and was very upset. However our server JUSTIN was amazing. After the moment of frustration he did everything he could to ensure we felt fine. That we didnt feel the need to rush out because of someone elses disdain. Secondly the individual who I assume was the manager came over and insured that we were doing well. I am so proud of individuals who take the time to comfort and support others. Kindness is alive and well in the rhonert park Olive garden. Thank you for your patience and support!

My top choice for dinner on Valentines Day, along with everyone elses! LOL The restaurant was packed ( to be expected on a holiday evening ) ; but the wait time to be seated was much sooner than initial time given. Our server (Austin), was polite and extremely efficient. The meals were delicious like always ! Hats off to the chefs, who kept up with the crowds and still delivered top quality !
