They put broccoli covered in black spots in my fettuccini. When I googled “black spots on broccoli”- it came up as mold. They served me moldy broccoli 🥦My server was fantastic, but the kitchen crew needs to cook and serve FRESH food.

My family and I came here today. Spent over $80 in food. Unfortunately my husband and my dish came out 20 minutes after our three children got their food. We also had hair in our alfredo with dipping sauce.. terrible!

Food was good and service was excellent. Highly recommend the baked pastas menu. Chicken gnocchi soup is always good too. See pics for updated pricing. Lets just say that prices have also gone up significantly. Entrees run in the $20-25 range now, but theres the saving grace of endless soup or salad.2 entrees, 2 non alcoholic drinks, 1 appetizer and dessert can really add up to $100 these days.

Dinner was excellent. My husband steak was cooked to perfection. We were impressed the waiter ask my husband to check the steak before he left the table. My shrimp scampi was excellent and salad and breadsticks always the best. Service was great. They check constantly to make sure your service is great. Best meal weve had in a long time.

It had been years since Id been to Olive Garden and many more years since Id been to this location.Since itd been a while, I wanted to try something new. After some very tasty salad (that needed more dressing), the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara appeared. They did not disappoint with the amount of shrimp & chicken.The sauce was creamy; flavored with roasted peppers and bacon crumbs. The only thing it was missing was roasted garlic! That would have made the dish perfection. 😘🤌There are two sides to this restaurant, Ive always thought families should be seated on one side and singles, couples should be on the other side. This would be a personal preference, if the bar wasnt so small, I wouldve sat there. (Again, just my preference)Everything else you want in American Style Italian food, it was there. Would I have enjoyed the meal a bit more if there was roasted garlic, absolutely. This is an Olive Garden, and I am rating it with the understanding that it is a chain restaurant that strives to offer the same experience at every location. This is our Tuesday night spot because it is the only place open until 10pm. We get the soup and salad everything. The service is always good and friendly, and the food is consistently good. Enjoy!

We have been here couple times as huge groups and personal ones and love the ambience. Food this time was nice and breadsticks were fresh and had a great garlic flavor.We ordered the strawberry vodka drink, tortellini and chicken marsala. The chicken gnocchi soup is what we always go for and the zeppoli is a must. We missed the raspberry dipping sauce along with it this time.Great service this time, we did have few bad ones before but this time it was great!

We had lunch on Wednesday. It was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Service was great, our waitress was very friendly. We ordered all you can eat salad, soup and breadsticks, which were absolutely delicious.We also ordered eggplant parmesan with a side of spaghetti. Everything was fresh and delicious! Usually we love Olive Garden, but when we went last week, and it was barely even busy, the waitress was very rude, didn’t come to our table for about 15 minutes, and acted like she was in a rush to take our order, like to the point where it was like umm are you on coke or something… and then we waited about 40 minutes and still hadn’t even received our soup and breadsticks, and our waitress had not been back over at all. So then we left after waiting almost an hour and not receiving any food. Really bad experience

We have been going here since we moved to Rancho in 2017. Im totally in love with the whole experience. Food? Woah I could (and do) eat myself silly every time we go. Wait Staff? LOVE THEM, never had a bad experience with any of them. Atmosphere? I almost feel like I am in Heaven when I go, just love all the art and things on the walls. The food was awesome but I am giving 3 stars cuz my host was very rude we were not greeted, she never smiled, we sat waiting for very long for refills and at the end just got fed up and asked for it. I had ordered a kid’s meal which comes with 1% milk and she never gave me the milk. When I asked her about the milk she said that I have to ask or else she wouldn’t know if I didn’t say. She was cold with us the whole time never inquired if everything was okay. Also their restroom was very dirty with no disposable seat covers, no napkins, specially now with covid they should take more care of hygiene if they are opening up. I also informed them about this at the front desk she literally did nothing to get the toilet cleaned, it was still the same when i went to wash my hands at the end.

I want to give a real world experience review of what Olive Garden was like at 1PM.Food:Went for the never ending pasta bowl and it was good. I couldnt order the second bowl cause I was stuffed. You know what, that is totally ok.Service: My server was great and couldnt have asked for better.Atmosphere:This is where the real review comes in. This isnt anything against OG. I am 35 years old and I felt like I was going out to an event with my grandparents. I felt a little out of place and against thats nothing against OG it is what it is.Lastly, I didnt see many gardens inside with olives so I will be keeping an eye out for them in the future. Its nice to finally go inside in dine since Covid-19 hit. But be aware this place is only seating %25 but it helps to call in advance for reservation. But for now no huge group seating. But homemade dishes its nice to treat yourself or afew more to go an eat. Help support restaurants too.

I don’t write reviews often and used to like going to Olive Garden, however after today experience no more !!!! Went to celebrate my daughter’s early birthday today with family, but couldn’t eat or enjoy my meal after my husband found a long black hair in his Alfredo….PS. My wife and I had lunch at this Olive Garden one weekend. We ate at the bar because the restaurant was full. The service was excellent our waitress made mini fine recommendations. Delicious food I had chicken fettuccine Alfredo and salad, my drop dead gorgeous date had the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and salad we arrived at 9:30 it took awhile to get our booth the servers were absolutely awesome. The drinks were perfectly strong. And the diaper changing station in the restroom is very sturdy. We are going there again. And finally I have to say thank you very much to Andy Gagnon my boss for the gift card that was a part of my holiday bonus.

Ive been to many Olive Gardens all over the nation while traveling and Im literally so bummed that the closest one to me is consistently the worst one Ive been to. Ive come here so many times in hopes itll get better but it never seems to. At any other Olive Garden Ive been to, the staff is ALWAYS attentive and I never have to ask for refills on soup/salad, drinks or breadsticks.

Great restaurant with great service. Once you have been to an Olive Garden you know what to expect as for the style and food on the menu. But the hospitality will always differ for where you go.Let’s start with the food. Food was delicious. From the appetizer to the entree. Stuff mushrooms are delicious. All you can eat breadsticks. Can’t forget the chicken gnocchi soup!As for the service. Very good! They were pretty busy when we came in, but we were seated immediately. Great suggestions from our waiter and food was brought out very fast.I will definitely be returning to this location and would recommend them in the future.

The food is always great, but its a gamble on if you are going to get a good waiter. There have been times they are great, but also times where the service is terrible. The best time to go is 7pm when they still have everything on the menu available, later than that and they start to run out of stuff.

I loved dining at Olive Garden with my family, everything was excellent. We went during lunch hours and didnt have to wait for a table. Our server was upbeat and very knowledgeable about the menu. Everthing we ordered came out quickly, no long waits.The food was excellent! I ordered the Seafood Alfredo, it was such a large portion! I had leftovers that evening plus lunch the next day! I recommend going there if you like Alfredo dishes.

The wait staff was very accommodating for mine and my familys disability needs and found us the perfect table. The food was 10/10 and I highly recommend their $6 take home entrée deal. My experience eating at Olive Garden has consistently been 4 to 5 star. I have only eaten there off the lunch menu and met my retired female coworkers. There are a couple of vegans who are quite happy with choices on the menu. The service is usually fast. There have been occasional delays but nothing too irritating.I have had a few occasions to join family for lunch and for some reason the men are not as satisfied at the end of the meal as the ladies yet they all agreed the food was good. The facility is always clean and orders are taken in a reasonable time. Prices are very reasonable.

My Wife and I have not been to a Olive Garden in 3 years. We decided to have a dinner at the Olive Garden onSunrise Blvd in Citrus Heights. I had dinner today march 6, 2023 with a date. I usually have a nice experience at olive gardens. Today was not one of those. Our waiter was good and the food was good. The problem was that there were 2 kids going table to table selling some kind of benefit candy. All the waiters saw this and evidently were ok with this. One of the kids tried to touch our food. Also, the people in the next booth had a large dog, that came around and looked into our booth. It didnt look like a service dog. Anyway, I will continue to eat at Olive Gardens, just never again at the one on Sunrise Blvd in Sacramento.

Worst experience out to eat in years.Thurs 2/16/23They said there were no booths available so we waited only about 10min, no problem. We sit down and no one waited on us. Meanwhile 2 other groups were seated in adjacent booths and immediately served before we were even recognized. After another 10 min, we left without acknowledgement.Is the owner racist? I suspect so. Just don’t even do it’s this place needs to get it together .I avoided this place for a few years now. I typically will make effort to goto the Folsom location.Upon walking in, it smells like pure urine. I was ready to leave but my mom wanted to stay.Menus need to be wiped down.Our server greeted us right away, but his clothes were dirty and management needs to hold all of their employees to a higher level with appearance. I use to be a server so I know. I noticed another server had his chest out and needed to button up his shirt.The place just smelt bad and the food was mediocre. I was honestly scared to eat anything because of the smell.We placed our appetizer right away. It came out timely.Our soup and bread took about 15-20 mins and it wasnt that busy. We had to ask another server where our server was at.When he came out with our soups and salads, he came out with a messy bowl of soup spilled everywhere and halfway full.As I was examining it, he said he had fresh soup coming. I asked for that instead and he came right back. He should of just came with fresh soup since he took so long to come to our table anyways.This experience will never bring me back again. Thats too bad because Im always in the area and I love Olive Garden .Fast forward to the next day, I had ordered Zuppa Toscano Togo and the server gave me a different soup. The olive garden restaurant wher me & my 2 sisters had lunch lacked ambiance, quality service & the food was too bland.When I dine out its my expectation to first receive quality service. The waiter had to be reminded twice on certain items he forgot to bring back to our table.The seating area we were seated in lacked charm & ambiance. Felt like a cafe atmosphere. What a bummer.I ordered scampi shrimp with tomatoes asparagus & angelhair pasta.Pasta was dry. There were 5 shrimp, each size of a nickel. Dont know how they can justify that to be scampi.Truly was shrimp size.The dish lacked garlic herb olive oil seasoning.I entertain a lot & seasoning is important.Why use iceberg lettuce in salad when it has no flavor. Plus the salad only had sliced tomatoes & onions. Wheres the rest of ingredients thats known to be in Italian salad.OMG, I cant believe I paid $3.79 for a glass of ice tea. I should have ordered a cocktail as the price would have been more acceptable for beverage.Im not a cheap person, but I do expect quality.Well, I still love Italian food, but dont believe Ill frequent the olive garden restaurant in Citrus Heights. Ill most likely find another Italian restaurant with ambiance, great Italian food & quality service.No one should have to remind their server what to bring back to the table of paying customers. Place wasnt busy or packed with customers as we were there between 230pm-4pm.They would have received a tip if none of the above issues had not occurred.Therefore, olive garden, in my opinion, ranked a mere 2.Suggest train staff, upgrade ambiance & improve food quality.

We went in and that was not the case we waited almost 20 minutes to be seated. Upon seating we had to wait a long time for a server. When he finally got to the table we ordered drinks. He came out with a neighboring tables drinks without ours and then came and took our food order. Our appetizers, meals, and DRINKS all came out at the same exact time-- after a decent wait. We had to ask for refills on everything and at one point he literally left the table to go and get cheese and then come back. Idk it was just bizarre and kind of a bummer when just a little bit of thought could have made it a nice experience.

The wait on a Monday night wasnt too bad, 10 minutes. I ordered the AYCE stuffed pasta. I got the zita fritta? I dont remember the name lol but the sauce I chose was the alfredo. Imo, if I were to order it again Id order a non-creamy sauce since the pasta itself is very very creamy. You can sample the wines, my friend and I ended up ordering a wine that the waiter suggested! Great staff.

Well we are stuffed--again! we finally saved a little room for dessert. first time at this location. friendly, efficient wait staff at the bar area. food was super good and plentiful. i think we have lunch and another dinner left over for tomorrow. giant meatball with 3-cheese stuffed manicotti for me, braised beef in Bolognese for hubby. as good as mine was (and it was really good), hubbys plate takes the win for its unusual, interesting, delicious flavor and surprising tenderness. for dessert we had the cannoli trio. the filling was pretty good. the cannoli itself reminded me of a somewhat stale Hostess fruit pie crust, but maybe thats what theyre supposed to be like--this was my first. I forgot to take pictures of the entrees but they looked just like the photos on the menu. this location was very clean and had no odors.

First time at this Olive Garden location which is conveniently close to our home. We arrived here at 8:44 pm on a Saturday night and waited for booth seating. We were seated at 9:02 pm. If I had known that their booth was disappointingly not any cozier than typical seating, we would have just agreed to a table or the bar and cut that wait time to under 5 minutes.Our server briefly introduced herself after 5 minutes (at which time we were already ready to order since we browsed through the menu prior to being seated) but didnt come back to take our orders until 15 minutes or so later. Hows that for an impression? When she did finally come to take our orders, you could feel how guilty and apologetic she was about making us wait; she expressly pointed that out. Oh well and moving on..I tried their Linguine di Mare which did not live up to my gourmet expectations. It had a small handful of average-sized shrimps and eight mussels that were no bigger than 1 cm each; make that 7 mussels since one shell was empty, neither of which tasted fresh. What this dish was plentiful of was garlic.. So overpowering lots and lots of whole cloves of garlic that were not even roasted all the way (as you can see on my exhibit photo). I am not likely to try this again at any Olive Garden location.Otherwise, the mai tai and unending bread sticks & zuppa toscana did not disappoint.

And the deals you can get there with a take-home entree, not to mention unlimited soup and breadsticks(also delicious), are great. Took my mom here for her birthday dinner. We had a party of 7. 4 people had the unlimited soup salad and bread sticks. We ran out of bread sticks and only got refilled twice. They were busy and I could tell our waitress was frazzled. It doesnt much matter to us as our service is always good and our food is always delicious! We come here often, probably at least once a week minimum.We always have slightly complicated orders and they are always sweet and accommodating. We literally come here all the time - Birthdays, Anniversaries, just a quick bite before going somewhere, etc!As I said earlier our server was frazzled last time we came probably because someone treated her poorly or she was just overworked. After a few minutes she warmed up though and was super sweet the rest of the night!

Used curbside pickup recently at Olive Garden on Sunrise with mixed reviews. Cons: There was error with my credit card number over the phone (they were lucky I had cash with me when I arrived). I asked the young woman delivering my order if the extra Parmesan cheese that I requested was included; without checking the bag, she handed it to my saying “I think so” (there was no additional Parmesan with my order). In addition to the entree NOT being what I had ordered, when I checked the online menu for what I received, I saw they had charged me MORE than the price listed!Pros: When I arrived home and saw the mixup in food I had ordered, I called the restaurant and was able to speak with Steven, the manager on duty. I told him the salad was delicious and the portion sizes were ample, along with the mixups with my order. He apologized, said he would address the issues I pointed out with his staff, and offered to remake a correct meal if I wanted to drive back. I was not going out again, so alternatively Steven graciously offered to mail me an Olive Garden gift card.Bottom line: Although their online menu still shows the price for “create your own” entree as $11.99 (not the price charged), the promised gift card arrived within 3 business days. Great food and excellent customer service by the manager.

Alexandra S is THE best server EVER! Unobtrusive constant attention to our table. She is great! Soups seem a little watery. Salad the usual fresh with generous olive portions. Breadsticks did not have even butter distribution, but were warm and baked perfectly. Just another excellent experience!

This was one of the best experiences I have had at any olive garden. The food was well made, bread sticks never had a delay, and the waitress was very kind. The pasta, soup, and salad all came out delicious.Shout out to paige for being an awesome sever/waitress.

I love this place. The food is always good. They give you $5 wine and beer while you wait for a table, complimentary samples of the house wine. The unlimited soup and bread is an added bonus. I have yet to finish an entire meal there, someday, when I grow up....

Food was good. Service from Faith was outstanding. She made our dining experience the most normal experience weve had since the Covid shutdown. The experience before we entered, however was not welcoming. The two greeters out front wearing black masks, while their words were polite, the black masks are disturbing.

Very disappointing visit. This is usually a good place. The server was friendly enough, but he neglected to check the meals before getting to the table side. A chicken dish had shrimp in it, and at least two of the dishes had dried noodles, obviously plated well before the others and left to sit under a heat lamp. Not really his fault, but he could have done a quality check before hauling it all out. We ended up taking the late entrees to go because some of us were done eating before the others were even served.

It was not a full restaurant but the service was very slow. I ordered the all you can eat pasta and it took so long to get my second plate of food, and with an up charge for chicken instead of the shrimp because I didnt care for it, I had take it to go because I was out of time. The young lady who served us was very nice but she had a large party along with a couple other tables with barely any help except for the food runners.

Slightly long wait times so make sure you call ahead and check what it is beforehand. If they are doing reservations at that time is best. But good food, great atmosphere and the wait staff is very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

Sometimes the kitchen gets backed up and we end up waiting a ridiculous time for our food. Servers, hosts, managers have all been super friendly and awesome. We eat here frequently, and the food is pretty good for the most part. Some nights the food tastes a little off, but we enjoy our local Olive Garden and will keep coming back.

If i could give them zero stars I would. We were ignored when we were standing in front of the person whose job is to take down how many people are in your party. After that it took about 15 minutes before our waitress even came to the table. We asked 3 didnt servers for water for my son and it took finding the manager to get it. After 2 other parties got their food that arrived after we had sat down and we still had nothing. They quickly brought out a bowl of cold soup, burning hot pizza for my children, and their broccoli was still hard... We chose to pack it up to go so i could finish cooking their broccoli. And all they offered us was a free dessert. Which we refused. On our way out no one said thank you or have a nice day. I cant believe we even had to pay for this terrible experience. AWFUL.

I was so disappointed in the meal at olive garden. The service was good but my husband and I both had poor tasting food, or I should was no taste to our food. He had pasta and I had chicken. Even the soup was bland. We left most of our dinner there and wont be going back. What happened? Thus has always been one our favorite spots to celebrate.

Our server was very helpful, polite and prompt. The restaurant was clean and neat. The restaurant is located on a nice side of town where I felt safe and comfortable. I ordered the stuffed manicotti with the giant meatball and couldnt believe how she was that meetball was! The servings were very large so I was able to take home the rest to my husband. I will definitely be returning and I definitely recommend.
