Gonna keep it short. Seating was available when we arrived. Staff was pleasant. Me and my friend sat in the bar area. JC the bartender/server was Awesome 👍 He stayed on top of everything, made sure we were taking care of. It was two young ladies who were very friendly. Asked if we were alright and if we needed anything. Food & beverages GREAT 😋This is one of my Olive Gardens I normally attend. Ill be back!Nyece 😉

The wait was very short, despite it being a busy weekend day. The wait staff were friendly and attentive despite clearly being slammed. 😱 The food came quickly and was better than expected. Appreciated the abundance of broccoli 🥦 with the salmon. 🐟Our waitress made us feel taken care of. We had a very nice time.

When we arrived at this Olive Garden, we were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away since it was on a Friday around dinner time. Our server was very nice. We ordered our food, and it was served to us promptly along with the salad we ordered and breadsticks. While we were eating, the manager was going from table to table, checking with patrons to make sure they were doing well and checking to see if they needed anything. She came to our table, and we enjoyed talking to her and we were impressed by her enthusiasm and desire for her patrons to have an enjoyable dining experience. The total for our bill was less than $40, and that included the glass of wine my husband ordered. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

They served us quickly, we ate. I ordered the Alfredo dish with chicken and shrimp, it didnt have a bad taste but as soon as we left there I started with a pain in my stomach which over the course of the day got worse to the point of vomiting, a very strong pain that lasted for about 3 days. . I wont go again so expensive and I think its in bad shape. Really bad experience

First thing I noticed was the smell. It was a subtle pungent odor lingering around. The waiter was okay but inattentive. Given the economy and stuff I honestly dont blame him. The food was the worst thing of all though because it was bland and unappetizing. The flavor left the moment I tasted it and I felt off eating it. I noticed a lot of people going to the restroom so I stopped midway. Some people even ran.

The food at this particular location was really good. I usually just order the soup, salad, & breadsticks with a glass of wine. It was graduation season so it was really packed and took a while to get seated. It was probably noon. & that’s no offense to Olive Garden but more lack of preparedness because of graduations. The atmosphere was typical of Olive Garden; lots of families, kids etc. I’d definitely come back.

Went there for lunch hostess tried to sit us at the bar. We asked for a regular booth because were in uniform it wont look good. So with a attitude she said sit in the lobby we will let you know when a booth is available. A party walked in and was seated immediately we asked what was this about we were here first. It was because she was annoyed about not sitting us in the bar. Terrible attitude to be working with the public.

This was a great go to spot for their salads until the host, a young Black girl with beaded braids that was very helpful, seated us at a booth and a few moments later I see a German cockroach crawling on the table up alongside the wall. I recorded this creepy scene to show the manager and give the restaurant some feedback. I would not be eating at a place with roaches, CANT DO IT.I approached the front desk to speak with the manager Ruben (I think his name was) older skinny Hispanic gentleman with gray hair, and after telling him and showing him the video he acted like it was minor. He questioned well what is it, its moving and here let me zoom in for you. He stated that he couldnt see it and I immediately informed him that we will not be eating here and you guys need to spray. He stated that he would schedule and exterminator but I will not be back to see it.This restaurant is a franchise & they should be more accountable for the cleanliness and safeguarding the eating areas for their customers.

The food was AMAZING!!!!! but trust me it took everything in me not to get up and walk out! The smell in this place will make you turn back around. It honestly smelt as if the carpet was shampooed but it didnt dry correctly. So it was at the mildew stage.

Waiter was very courteous and the food was very pretty ! up until my cousin tasted it and looked at the bottom of her food ! IT WAS BURNT ! Are waiter went to get the supervisor, and of course we didnt have to pay for the food ! but we did have to pay for a beverage ! I think they could have asked us to come and dine again at their expense ! but instead they just didnt charge us for it, but we had to pay for our beverages my advice to you is dont go to this particular Olive Garden ! Horrible, great service liked our server he was very nice, but horrible. Girls restroom smelled bad. Food was delicious, i got full too fast😭i wish i was able to eat more of the endless soup & breadsticks but it was so hard. Anyways, they charged me for table games $3!!! Huhhhh I didn’t even touch the tablet in the table except to do the payment andddd it wasnt even showing our order on the tablet. Why have the tablet there if i cant do my payment on it? Also, for the endless soup, salad, & breadsticks it said $10 on the menu maybe $10.99 but they charged me $12.99🤧i know i know yall probably think i am cheap but that extra money they charged me could’ve been for the great server or to purchase something else. What got me the most upset was the charge for the table games that we did not even play! Thats stealing my money and how could i even check what they are charging me before i get charged if they do not show us our receipt/ order on the tablet or on paper receipts until after i already paid?!!!

Standard Olive Garden experience. had the tour of italy and shrimp scampi. The scampi had hella asparagus and tomatoes. Barely any pasta but the flavor was great. Salad was good and their endless soup option was great. Had the Zuppa Toscana and Chicken Gnocchi. Zuppa was definitely superior.

The trick is to sit at the bar if possible. the restaurant is huge and can take big parties but it’s loud in the main area. We were there at 3:30 on our way to the airport and it was slammed but we sat immediately at the bar with our party of 4 and had the bartender as our server and it was great. the food prices have gone up but still tasted great.

They offer really nice service.I, eating alone, went in knowing I was going to order the Never Ending Pasta...for me the Ravioli was the best of the three and it was the last one I tried. I wish Id asked for the Ravioli first.They gave me a choice of salad or soup, I chose soup. They brought me a large glass of water and four bread sticks. When the soup arrived I thought, when my Endless Pasta arrives Im already going to be full.😒When the first dish arrived, ziti.I knew I was slowing down. Next, I tried the stuffed shells, they brought 2 and when the Ravioli came there were 4. I asked for another serving and they gave me 4 to go. I was so full by then I put 3 in the box with the 4. I was ready to lay down after that. When I paid, walked out the door to go to my car I was so full, I felt like I was about to burst. So choose wisely and dont eat before you go.Bon Appetit.🍴🙋🏽🍴

The chicken Alfredo is honestly always good. The manager here was a bit rude. I was in the waiting area and asked her if I could use the restroom and she basically tried to ignored me. After some time she then said yes in a tone that got me annoyed. But I let it go and tried to enjoy the food with my girlfriend. Thats when we were right next to an argument that went on for like 10 minutes between a waiter and a guy. Honestly made it uncomfortable.

I had salmon with a Rose wine. It was really good in comparison to what Ive heard about olive garden. I went for my 21st birthday with my mom and brother. The wine is one exclusive to Olive garden. For a Rose wine newcomer, I thought it was pretty good actually. Im sure theres better Rosés out there but Ill figure that out at some point in my life. The salmon was delicious. Salad and bread sticks were great. My actual score is a 4.5, but Google wont do decimal ratings, and it not the sort of 4.5 you round up.

If you eat here, which you definitely should do- make sure to request to sit in Natalees section (yes natalee with 2 Es). She is phenomenal and knows how to match a tables energy! She picked out only the best breadsticks for our table while keeping the drinks full. Definitely was a much better experience than when miles was our server. 10/10 recommend Natalee. Better service better breadsticks and set the tone for the rest of our evening.

I ate here on the day of my birthday and enjoyed it all!!! My lovely server offered me complimentary wines to taste, set up my family of 4 in a nice quiet booth in the back and was super attentive. I cant think of my servers name at the moment as it was unique but I remember she was a beautiful African American woman with a strong familure presence and a welcoming voice.I dont remember all my family ate that night but I do remember eating the antipasta salad and calamari while my children enjoyed their meals off of the kids menu. The server even tried to surprise me with a birthday song but my son told me as soon as I walked back to our table😂😂😂.

Took my niece for her birthday on Thursday for dinner and it was a big mistake . We received 3 chicken and gnocchi soups cold as if they got it out from the refrigerator and just served it without checking temperature. Apparently they were going to work on another badge just to come back after 15 minutes to tell us they were not and to replace it with another item which we refused since we had finished our main plates.We ordered calamari we never received it and was not notified by our waiter that they were out or even acknowledged that he was missing the calamari. The way the manager and waiter handled the mistakes made by them/restaurant were not up to par with the quality of service Im used to receiving. Customer service and owning up to your mistakes are a couple of things management can improve.

Went to Olive Garden yesterday after Sunday Service and our waitress/server Jocelyn was amazing!!! She was very patient and kind. Her attitude and service was great, she knew we were waiting for one more person to arrive and was very patient and not at all in a hurry for us to place our order. She did bring our drinks while we waited just a few minutes. Jocelyn came after our table was full and kindly greeted us again and took our order. She did let us know the pizza wasnt available in the kids menu which made it easier for our kids to decide on something else other than the usual. Our food was delicious and we all enjoyed our time there. She came to check on us once in a while which we really appreciated. Jocelyn, youre awesome! Thank you

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Not only do they barely greet you when you walk in, but they take forever to take your order (even if there’s no one in line bc they’re busy talking to each other.) At least say, “I’ll be with you in one second” so I know what’s going on. Then the food takes long to come out. I was told 10min. Nope, took almost 25 min for a KIDS MEAL to-go. That’s ridiculous. The food itself was fine, but the service alone would stop me from coming back. Please train your workers on basic courtesy or hire ones that had some home training.

If youve been to an Olive Garden, you know what to expect with the food. The waitress, dont remember her name but had a little heart tattoo on her face was a great server. My wife and I were sat pretty quick but wasnt greeted by any other server, after about 10 min, menus are down and closed and still no one. She walked up and asked if we had been greeted (wasnt her table) but she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

I planned a birthday dinner of 25 people for my teenagers with only a weeks notice. I realized that the restaurant doesnt reserve tables on the weekends. But, I spoke with Miguel (which is one of the managers) I keep him updated & followed instructions on arriving 1 hour early to decorate & setup. Everything turned out perfect. We made a really big mistake and ate the food cuz we tried to be nice but now we really regret it so much. We are really upset about this and almost felt like suing. We complained to the managers who really didnt seem to care. We paid our over priced bill and left. What a waste of a nice location. I ordered my food from the website for curbside pickup. The website was easy to navigate and I had no problems when I got to the restaurant. I was about to click the link to let them know I was there but a server was at my window asking for my name. The wait was not long even though there were other cars there. This place deserves 4 stars because of the service! The place was PACKED, their were so many people waiting on the seats at the entrance. The hostess did not deter us nor discourage us and even reassured us that they were going as quickly as possible. He failed to bring me my glass and a half of wine and we had no silverware by the time the food hit the table. Nobody wears gloves at this location. Our salad came out with the crumbs of the croutons. Coming out to eat you want to be taken care of, not feel rushed and or neglected or have to remind your server how to do his job. He then asked if we could pay out because he was on a double. This is unacceptable. We paid $100 for terrible service.

Me & my boyfriend were seated within 2mins, next to a fireplace. Warm & cozy experience, our server Wayne was amazing & guided us through the extensive menu (so many options!) He was attentive to our likes & felt great about what we ordered. He had a very positive energy & all the food was delicious. The rest of the passing servers were also very accommodating, from extra cheese, straws, etc. We had a great time 😊

Came on a Sunday night and it was busy!! We tried placing a phone order to go, but kept getting placed in hold for over 10 minutes. Went in, 4 employees standing at the podium: one of them called for someone else to come and take my to go order and finally a young lady who kept giving out instructions took my order after seing me stand there for over 5min. I placed my order, they said it would take 20min, but it took about 10min. For a busy night, I gave all that a pass. The food was alright, but I have to say that my dinner gave me an upset stomach about 20 minutes after I finished. Id never had scampi w/asparagus, I didnt like the way the veggies tasted so I picked them off and the shrimp was good, but I only got 6 of them. Overall, yes I gave them 3 stars, I might return, just hope it doesnt make my stomach upset once more. The rest of my meals my family didnt complain, the salads were great and the garlic bread excellent as always!

The staff was very friendly. I had chicken scampi for dinner it was delicious. The restaurant was very busy when we got there at 4:30pm. The hostess suggested that if we sat at the bar to wait on a table they could offer us BOGO drink specials. The service was good and are food didnt take long either.

My bf & I went to dinner 1st time at this location there were a lot of people but said they dont make reservations so I put are name in for 2 they said it would be about 35-40 mins it ended up being less. Cant remember what are waiters name was but he was xcellent we both ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo w/Shrimp if youve never tried it I highly recommend you do you will not be disappointed It has a Thick White Creamy Sauce to die for with Shrimp thru-out & Very filling aside from there Famous Bread Sticks & Choice Of 4-5 different Soups Or Choice of Theyre House Salad & One other.

I used the curbside service and when I got back to work they had forgotten an item. I called to simply request they refund my card but the manager stated it would be easier to email me a gift card for an amount that was more than my item. I thought great, they took my information and would be visiting again. I have yet to receive the gift card.
