I ordered cater for a small office gathering. They called me less than an hour before pick up to tell me they did not have the soup I had ordered. The chicken parmesan was burnt and did not look the picture at all (picture added from website for reference). Overall Im extremely disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food for the price of $300 ($25 tip included). I would not recommend and I would not order catering again.

I am on Virta, a keto like medically supervised diet and found a fantastic option, the salmon and garlic parmesean brocolli. With some salad, it was perfect.My family said soup, dessert and bread was yummy.

I LOVE Olive Garden. If Olive Garden was a person, I would marry it. I dont go there very often, but when I do, Its a delicious treat. I recommend my usual order: raspberry lemonade to drink, toasted ravioli for appetizer, chicken gnocchi soup for a starter and fettecini Alfredo with broccoli as an entree. sometimes I just get the endless soup and salad. 🥖🥖🥖🥣🥣🍝🍝

Olive Garden food is consistent, but this location has a super star server that made our experience really exceptional! My 14 year old son is starting to express himself more in the adult world and I have to say, Jarred was super responsive. My son was asking questions and Jarred had amazing suggestions and got my son to try some new foods (that he ended up totally loving!) He loves the pasta and bean soup but now has a close second favorite with the Italian sausage soup. He loved the entree Jarred suggested, its his new go-to order! I liked my food as well but i did just order my classic favorites (chicken gnocchi soup and stuffed shells.) I did try the apple sangria, Ill go back to the berry one next time. It was very tasty and Im glad I tried it, but the berry one is out of this world good!Im so glad our local Olive Garden has such amazing staff!

My favorite time to come is for the Lunch Specials, Monday through Friday. Price is much better than Dinners, plus Salad or Soup and the amazing hot out of the oven Breadsticks. Sat in the bar area and was on top of everything.

Food is decent similar to all olive Garden locations, but the service was really lovely. Our waiter Troy was very warm and welcoming and super pleasant when we reached after a tiring day at 10.30pm. His service deserves 5+stars :)

Great service, Chris did a excellent job! Very polite and professional, attention to detail. Had chicken parmesan, loved it and hubby had spaghetti and meatballs (he rates it a 3 out of 5). Reasonable price for value. Place could use some extra dusting, especially the ceiling.

Basically one of our favorite spots. Love the never ending stuffed pasta or the never ending soup and salad. The lemonada drinks are bomb, you need to try it. Of course we love to try the wine. Our food is always really hot and breadsticks are fresh. And of course we all love that cheese they put on top of everything, just load it up. Servers are a bunch of college kids but they definitely do a good job taking care of their guests.

It still was delicious and the server was good but i like my drinks and breadsticks before my food arrives updating to 5 stars. Chris was our server and made our visit more then exceptional. Lighting was so dim, our party sitting away from the main seating area couldnt read the menu. I asked if the lights in our section could be raised/ brightened and was told they were fixed at the setting for the evening dining and would not be able to adjust it.

I’ve eaten here a few times, the people that helped us where very nice. Unfortunately i can not give five stars for a couple reasons, one the bathroom was not clean enough for me to feel good about using it, the sink was okay the problem was the toilets. The second reason is the food could be better but I will explain, I had the fried mozzarella as an appetizer with salad, bread sticks and chicken gnocchi soup. I liked all of it, it wasn’t the best thing ever but it was really good and I would get it again. For the main I had the Chicken Margherita and my husband had the tour of Italy. He really liked his food, I tried a bite of his chicken parmigiana and I liked it better than my chicken, I was expecting a little more flavor for me it was a little under seasoned. It said it has a lemon garlic sauce but it didn’t seem like it, It was good but I will try something different next time. The dessert was the chocolate brownie lasagna. It was very yummy but I’m glad I shared I don’t think I could finish it not so much because of the size, it’s a decent size, but because it’s sweet and rich from the chocolate and cream cheese

Service was absolutely horrible! Food was good. Wait was 30min to get a table. Then we ordered bread salad and soup.We couldnt get the server to come to the table even for more food,! The manager Sam tried to make it right with soup and bread sticks to go. Still very frustrating. 80.00 down with only 7.00 tip, 74.00 for food and 3 nonalcoholic drinks. Which were refillable, again we asked him but never came. My husband went to the restroom and saw our waiter leaning against a wall having a full blown conversation,!!! Not doing his job! 😡😡😡

What I like about Olive Garden is their consistency on the food. Definitely start off with the breadsticks and choice of soup or salad with your entree. Almost always the service is great. I do not order an appetizer or dessert knowing I will be full. Lunch is my choice of going, the prices are good and less crowded.

Last night i decided to dine in here and was met with really good service, I always like coming in for comfort food and have no complaints on my time in relaxing and enjoying my spaghetti, my server was sweet, and efficient, and my food was really good I’ve been working in the restaurant industry for 4 years and was impressed by the service for someone dining in alone, however once I wrapped up my stay, and was heading out I decided to order a salad to go I went up to the front and was met by one of the managers, I had asked if it was ok to order a salad to go, in which he responded with “who was your server?” Which I was little confused by but I wasn’t sure who my server was because I couldn’t remember her name, he told me to hold on and left, I waited for 5 minutes until someone else took my order, I waited for another 8 minutes just to finally get my salad and leave, the manner that the manager had threw me off he made me feel like I was bother so much so that he didn’t want to have deal with me and for someone else to have to take my order, it truly shows the professionalism that he had, I felt completely ignored and it had left a bad taste in my experience here.

Always a wait and the food is never that great. I guess this is what you get when your food is prepared elsewhere and reheated at the restaurant. The only reason we continue to go here is because its across the street from Costco and the food is consistent. You can never go wrong with soup, salad and breadsticks. Always enjoyable. I bring my 4 year old here after he has doctor appointments. We love it. Kids meals are huge, healthy sides, and affordable. Roughly 10 bucks gets a kid meal with a drink. I love the lunch special of endless salad and breadsticks. So good and again affordable. Last time we were here Lilly was our server. The server “Lily” is d’bomb. I go with my family of 4 boys who LOVE the all you can eat soup and salad and so every server has a nightmare when we come in but not LILY! She was THE BEST! Every aspect of her service was phenomenal! It doesn’t seem like much to people who don’t break down the many small things and considerations of how differently people want their food served and she was “ON IT”. I hope the restaurant realizes what they have in Lily and uses her in a way that rewards her smart and good work ethics!

My grandmas idea of fine dining. The food is Ok. I had the Taste of Italy. It was decent. Hard to go wrong when you layer the cheese on it. We had someone with a dietary restriction and needed information on their noodles. Our waitress, who was great, asked the manager, who in turn told her to go read the menu. Im willing to bet they had no clue and did not seem motivated to learn.Not recommended for people with dietary restrictions.

The General Manager of Olive Garden in San Luis Obispo was so, kind prepared me a beautiful meal. I was having a hard day his Resteraunt, Servers, Hostesses made me feel better. Lost a star for rushing us. Overall good experience but some issues with our server. We ordered our meals and the special $5 take home promo. Our refrigerated take home dishes came out right away. Drink orders took a while and refills even longer. Food was good and well prepared. I think our server was just inexperienced and confused. We left with an uneasy feeling like they were done with us. When my server took my order he then came backwith another server because he said he was going to go home but it was a lie to not serve us because we saw him serving other tables. Had an amazing time here from start to finish last week. To begin with we had an amazing hostess super inviting and very explanatory. I presume her name was Emily. She was an absolute delight and found ourself engaging in conversation with her. Next our server Sarah was amazing, she was very attentive and was there for everything we needed. We had a late lunch at this Olive Garden yesterday and it was wonderful. The service was spot on and the food was excellent. The waiter was very friendly, and checked to see if we needed refills at a comfortable pace. Best of all, after getting home, I discovered Id left my watch on the table. When I called, the waiter, John had found the watch and turned it in to the manager for safe keeping until I can return to claim it.I would highly recommend this restaurant for both the service and the food. I will be returning often for a relaxing, enjoyable meal with family and friends.

I did not have a good experience here. I cant even say that I got to try the food. I got there around 12:45 on a Saturday, it wasnt very busy at the time. I was there with just my 18 month old son, and the host sat us relatively quickly. We were taken to our seat, and the host said our server would be with us right away. Then, for the next 8+ minutes, we waited and no one even came up to us, nor did it seem like anyone was going to come help us. We werent offered water, and servers/other employees just walked on by without looking at us. My son wasnt even offered crayons or anything to do while we waited.I decided we werent going to wait anymore and walked out after informing the host that no one had helped us. She said, sorry. There were 4 employees standing up at the hosts counter when we walked out, but apparently there wasnt enough employees to offer us drinks or take our order. I dont think Ill be coming back to this olive garden again. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you like waiting, even during non-busy times.

Its olive garden. Great tasting generic Italian style food. The bread sticks are always fanatic. Though at this location, Ive had them twice get a bit overcooked and start getting a bit crunchy. Theyre always greased and buttered up with garlic butter and taste awesome though. It would just be nice to have them fluffy and soft again. Otherwise, endless pasta is fantastic fun and always a good idea to try out different combinations of available pasta and sauces. The ambience is also standard olive garden, kinda busy, a lot of people running around, theres usually not really a wait time unless you come at direct peak hours. However wait staff has always been kind, courteous, quick, and respectful. Would definitely come here again next time for endless pasta!

Exactly the same as you remember it, the Dennys of Italian food, service was decent, dining room was clean and the decor was updated but as stereotypical as an 80s commercial, I practically expected Mario and Luigi to jump out of the fake plants. food is definitely overpriced for what you get, unless youre ordering some never ending deal, youre much better off going to a local Italian place, olive garden food is inoffensive to the point of being flavorless yet priced like an upper mid-level place. A decent place for soup and salad, or for unemployed teens trying to impress a prom date, but pass if you want something actually tasty.

We always enjoy our visits to Olive Garden. The restaurant is clean and the service is fantastic. Our last visit was with a party of 11 including 3 kids and one very fussy baby. The service staff went above and beyond to get our orders in quickly, the food was delicious. They did what they could to make baby happy as well, bringing extra crayons, little things for her to play with and a bowl of grapes. There was a lot of food to go and they helped us pack it all up neatly and gave us extra breadsticks to go home! We know anytime we go to this Olive Garden it will be a pleasant experience.

I just had dinner with my fiance and the service was EXCELLENT! We were seated and within a minute our serve TYLER G. comes and is very friendly offering us there wine, altough we declined. Maybe its my nostalgia, maybe its my experience, maybe its my desire to share but when I took my kids there I was a bit disappointed in the flavor of the food. The service was stellar. Generally, the facility is well kept, appearance wise but I did find some maintenance issues. One of the side doors slammed shut really hard. Hard enough to maybe take someones finger off. Ay-yi-yi.The other staff was more aware and cleared off her table before bringing the next course. When I asked to have the 10± used plates removed from our table of 5, he quickly complied. Maybe needs some time and training.I would definitely return to this OG. The food was great, we got to see the giant meatball entrée! Wow. Food is generally always predictable. However, they had a shrimp appetizer that they changed the recipe on and I feel it suffered from the change. I always order the healthier meal options so I can get their soups!

When my wife and I go out for dinner Olive Garden is always an option. We have been to nearly a dozen locations and the Olive Garden in San Luis Obispo met up to our expectations. The service was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I got my usual Tour of Italy which was as expected and my wifes Carbona was very delicious. Our experience at this Olive Garden will make this location a place we visit regularly!

We go here often. My last visit I asked for the large size meatball and spaghetti and was told that they were out of it. I ordered the regular spaghetti and meatballs and the sauce wasnt good. The sauce and spaghetti wasnt the same as the large size meatball and spaghetti. Wasnt able to finish the spaghetti and meatballs ☹️. Very dissatisfied with the change in the food. I will say that so far this is the only problem at this time.

I get the feeling that they are trying to trick you into paying more. Theres a tablet on the table that has games, and it charges you to use it. But the text that says youll be charged is tiny and the play now button is huge.I also asked for some marinara for the breadsticks and didnt realize it would cost me so much for a little cup of it. I wish the waitress would have mentioned the cost.Its ok food and can be really inexpensive if you are careful.

The price is right, if youre here to eat, not so much for drinks.Dont know what it is about their salads with Italian house dressing, but by the time Ive scarfed down a lot of salad, and salty bread sticks, Im full, and asking for a to-go box for the classic Italian meat lasagna I ordered.Todays was no different. The left-over lasagna is warming in a pot on my stove as I type.I ordered water with my lunch, and paid $12.40, including tax and a 15-percent tip.Would have given 5 stars, but it never fails that Ill overhear some staffs private conversation with a co-worker, and it puts me off.Anyway, I hear that lasagna bubbling in the pot, and I need to tend to it before it burns!Great food!

Our waitress was super knowledgeable, worked to get us what we wanted for the best price possible. Food was very good fresh and hot. I would choose this olive garden mainly because of customer service.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. It is sometimes crowded on the weekend but, they have a good food selection and its nice to sit at the bar for a cocktail and a bite. I have never had a bad experience.

For the money you can eat much better. Olive garden is a canned duplicate of several hundred restaurants. They time you so if you stay too long, they will herd you out in a jiffy. The pasta alfredo was terrible, noodles are stuck together and the shrimp were those little ones. My son got Shrimp carbonara, which was excellent.

Last visit to Olive Garden in Phoenix was a disappointment. Ordered the same dish here in San Luis Obispo, totally different. Salad was great bread sticks fresh and main dish delicious.

Got a new server, she was clueless and brought out appetizers after she served the dinner plates. My friends dinner was brought out wrong 2 times. I understand its hard being new, slow down and listen.

Food cold, I did my order online, they said my order didnt go through,so had to order again when Im already in the pickup area, and then I have to wait more than 45 min parking there and my food was cold, I was tired I didnt wanted wait any longer so I took it like that, very disappointed. Dining in was good, but now with the car,pickup its a terrible experience for such expensive food,its not worth it

Let me tell you something. In any hole in the wall, authentic Italian place, you can get finer pasta than the mediocrity that is Olive Gardens Create your own pasta, and for cheaper. I paid a fat $12 for grilled chicken cavatappi, and was charged an additional $3.79 for the grilled chicken. $10+ for a pasta without protein is a rip-off. Other than that, i was pleased by the kind service and the breadsticks. But I was heavily disappointed by the small portions and the underwhelming pasta.

For a concept restaurant, Olive garden in SLO is managed well and serves good food. The staff bar none are well mannered and service is impeccable. We particulaly like the soup and salad combo. For me the minestone soup is the best I have ever tasted. Generally we eat lunch and then take home a dinner to share later in all cases this has worked well

I love olive garden, just not this one. Each time I go it is unprofessional. Staff can be heard bad-mouthing fellow co-workers, or even guests. Rarely am I greeted with a smile. It seems to be a burden to be employed here.
