We love to come to osha since 97’. The service and food is always awesome. Now it converted to a bit more high end feel restaurant. From furniture, food quality, food choices and presentations are all better than the old days! I am happy to see the new osha looking and very happy the food is still yummy as always! Their Thai ice tea and drunken noodles is the best in the Bay Area!

Awesome place! Wonderful flavours, spot on thai food, and also the food presentation is very well done. Staff was friendly and helpful.We had a Satay appy, Volcanic beef (their signature dish, tasteful!) and the BBQ pork (jummy!)We go out for diner a lot, and we can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting SF!

We had incredible food. The meat was very soft and had a lot of flavor to it!The Pad Thai with shrimp was amazing. A lot of flavor. The Thai Iced Tea was refreshing. Had one as dessert too. Incredible!The ambiance is calm and and lovely service. And not that pricy! Overall a big 5 star!

A shame that more people don’t try this place out.Their BBQ combo small meal is super delicious, I shared it with my partner! Their Thai iced tea is also one of the best Thai teas I’ve ever had. What a gem!! One of the friendliest hospitality experiences I’ve had in quite sometime. Shrimp was perfectly cooked. Actually all the proteins were perfectly cooked. Spice levels are legit. Lot’s of Thai options in the neighborhood. This one is prob the best. Will definitely be back.

This is a must go to here in the city if your looking for the B.E.S.T. fried banana dessert ever!! We walked by and its looked low key and good. We walked in greeted by friendly staff, and sat down. The service was great and the food was delicious and great prices. I would highly recommend this spot for a relaxed Thai dinner...or even to just stop by for dessert

The best green curry Ive ever tasted!I had a great dining experience here and it is hands down my top 5. My brother took us out to lunch and we ended up ordering several dishes to share. We started with the thai iced tea, which was superb. We chose the short ribs, green curry, calamari, papaya salad steamed rice. Everything was brought out in a timely manner and served fresh and tasted heavenly. Their food presentation is a 10 to me and portions were great for sharing too. We cant wait to go back and try more if their dishes.

I like the atmosphere when you walk into this one. The place is pretty small, and wasnt busy when I went. I ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken and a beer on the happy hour menu. The server was ver attentive and nice to me. The bill was I think around 15. I went on a Tuesday night. Would definitely go back soon for some Thai noodles.

The food is very good: my family has been coming here since 1995 and Osha continues to have good food and service. Thai ice tea has been a staple, and since their recent rebrand into barbecue, the new bbq combo was thoroughly enjoyable (especially the lamb chop and pork chop) as well as its elegant presentation. We welcomed the change in the menu, though do miss some of the classic dishes, such as Osha Sea.

The atmosphere was nice, and the service was friendly and prompt, but most importantly: the food was FANTASTIC. We had the moo-ping (marinated pork skewers), red curry, and BBQ combo plate. All of the meat was cooked to perfection - the moo-ping and BBQ chicken, especially, felt like they were melting in my mouth. The curry was super flavorful and really hit the spot. Yes, its slightly on the pricey side (though what isnt in SF nowadays) but if youre looking for delicious food youll be absolutely satisfied.

Our waiter was very friendly, attentive, and helpful.We ordered Pad Thai with tofu and no egg and pumpkin curry with beef and coconut rice. Our waiter suggested that we try the coconut rice and it was so delicious!I really liked this restaurant but I had to leave one star off because of the bathroom situation. Its unisex, which was not a huge deal, but it was not as clean as it could be. The restroom also lacked paper towels and the toilet paper dispenser was nearly empty.Otherwise, we had a great time at Osha Thai Noodle and I would go back again.

Osha was once my go-to place for Thai. The curries were had so much flavor, their samosas were a special treat. At some point it appears they were acquired by a corporation. Osha has expanded all over the Bay Area but at the cost of its original flavor, it is now quite mediocre and more expensive than ever.

I loved it when they had the Bacon For Beer happy hour special. For every beer that I would order they would give me a slice of bacon for free! Who doesnt love beer but to top it off who doesnt love bacon. You cant go wrong with that combination. The food was delicious and the service was very good. I had no complaints!!!!

This place was very busy!! But they handled it with ease! Was told a 5-10 minute wait, and it was a speedy 7 minutes. The girl who took my order was very nice. And said thank you for waiting... I didn’t even wait that long! Lol. But that was nice to hear. I ordered the Tom kah soup!!! Very good!! I thought they put noodles in it. upon opening it I was like well this is weird... But nope it was quite a surprise to find out those were mushrooms! Never seen that before. Love it!!! That was also quite a huge portion!! I am stuffed! And some of those delivery drivers dressed in helmets, and awesome scooters. They looked like mad max special delivery edition. Maybe jump on the back of one and hitch a ride next time! I live very close to this place and recommend them for their food and price. Really good curry, fried rice, pad, larb, rangoons, calamari, so much... anyway... The service is pretty hit or miss but food is usually really good.Take out isnt as good though. I have gotten undercooked rice from them twice and once had to wait 30 minutes after scheduled pickup time for my food. That being said, I do love Osha when things go right.

Volcanic beef was a little chewy but flavors are good. Papaya salad was very good as well as the spicy eggplant. They also offer Osha Spaghetti, you can request egg noodles, and add your choice of meat or seafood. This dish is worth ordering. Highly recommend the Crying Tiger, excellent dish.

Do you have a Tyser combo includes most of the most popular dishes. It is quite tasty and a substantial amount of food for the fries. Their flat noodles as well as their curries are all delicious. The ambience of the restaurant is also inviting. If I am in the neighborhood again, I will probably be popping in for dinner.My initial plan was to go two doors down for an exciting bowl of Ramen however after seeing a long line I stepped in here and don’t regret it one single bit. If you find yourself in a similar situation take my advice and just come in here and enjoy some nice Thai food.

Ordered through Doordash The order was placed Friday the 18th (internal number xprrh) at 8:11 pm under the name Robin.The spare ribs were stale and the yellow curry was insipid and bland with little flavor unlike the ones I get from other Thai restaurants.Finally, I specifically wrote in my order to hold the rice and not to send us any because my GF and I cannot eat rice. I suggested that they keep it and out it to use with their other patrons. There was no charge involved and I hoped they would do this…..but sadly, no. 3 containers filled to turn with brown rice. These people cannot even follow a simple request such as this….one that costs them nothing.

I love this place. We try to come here every time we visit San Francisco. My 8 year old completely devoured the chicken fried rice. The prik nam pla (spicy fish sauce) was spot on. Osha Thai Noodle Cafe is better than the location nearby the Embarcadero in SF. This space is clean, bright, well-maintained and the service is superb! I tend to favor this Osha location over the others because of its late night hours, mostly stemming from my late night Thai cravings. This location offers you the most casual experience compared to its Union, 2nd or Embarcadero locations. As far as the city goes, Id have to say Osha and King of Noodles are the best Thai restaurants in terms of authenticity. Osha Geary usually does a good job, but I had one bad experience where I ordered a classic Thai favorite that wasnt on the menu: Pad Ga Pow (Stir-fried basil with meat). They gave me a quarter serving of rice noodles, perhaps to offset the cost of the basil going in? Who knows, but that did not please me. I typically stick to the favorites like KaoPad Boo (Crab Fried Rice) or Pad See Ew.Oh and when Winter comes along, make sure you dont get seated near the entrance. When lines form outside and the host constantly checks on them, youll receive quite the breeze that instantly chills your food. Its worth another 10-15 minute wait, unless youre one of those freaks who eats cold pizza.--------------11/03/2007Demoted to 3 stars after learning they jacked the prices.

Theres always a super long line if youre going after drinking, so be prepared to wait.I always have to order their Pad See Ew and Volcanic Beef, the perfect combo when drunk! The beef is so yummy and tender and its served with onion rings!However, there is a HUGE WARNING! Beware of the Osha Thai food stealer! My friends and I were eating there one night and some guy just stole a dish off our table and walked out the door. A server ran after him, but he wasnt able to catch up. Osha has great quality as a resturant but there a catch. They tend to center their services on tiping, which can determine the quality of the food. Normaly, I tip in and resturant that i go to. The noodle bowl i bought i was realy good and it had flavor. Yet, the once i was done with my food the waiter looked stared at me when i was reeaching in my pocket for my wallet ( expecting a tip no doubt). Overall, expect great quality from this place as long as you tip well, otherwise its a waste.

I miss this place. Used to live two blocks away in the tendernob and come here all the time, usually drunk around 1-2am. It really hits the spot when youve had a bit to drink. If youre coming in after bar hopping or clubbing and reading this, get the pad see ew (instead of the pad thai, trust me, i love american favorites like pad thai but the pad see ew is superior here) and the panang curry.Dont worry, this review isnt just based off of drunken experiences. Ive gotten takeout for dinner and it tastes good sober, too.

Tried the pad kee mau (Im not entirely sure about how its spelled), but it was soooo good! Also ordered the volcanic beef with egg fried rice. This dish looked super pretty and is perfect for Instagram lol. The fried rice was good and the beef was pretty flavorful too! The beef was stacked with onion rings which was probably used to make the dish resemble a volcano, but it had no purpose apart from that. Overall a pretty nice eating experience and definitely recommend the pad kee mau!
