Typical Panda Express, offering reasonable quality fresh food due to the amount of customer volume.. Still, I have found that ordering the dishes fresh when possible is the best way to go as they taste much much better when they come out of the wok hot n fresh.Chinese food loses its essence/flavor when sitting in the trays, even though the trays empty out with a good flow of customers.Cant hurt to ask.......so just ask if your favorite dish can be made fresh and sometimes youll get your wish, ...but not always depending. on how much they currently have in the holding trays.Also prepare to wait 15 min or more when ordering fresh!

By far the worst customer service Ive ever received from Panda Express. I have visited this location many times which more than half the time, Ive experienced the worst attitude and eye-rolls from their drive-thru employees. I enjoy the convenience of the drive-thru but their employees demeanor take that value away.

If I could write no stars I would first of all the workers here are super rude they close 1 hour ahead before anything so they dont want to cook anything for you or give you anything fresh. The restrooms are filthy. They literally close till 10 and theyll stop making food at 8:30 and close the restrooms are on 830. I would never recommend anyone to come here.

The food taste is expected for Panda Express like always everything is fresh the portions have gotten smaller the prices have gotten higher and employees are still racing and theyre in a rush to get you out of their line even if no one else is there behind you. I had the most horrible experience tonight at this location. I ordered online and paid online. I went to the location and waited 15 and my order was not ready. There was only one person doing take out for the customers who had already paid. I went and got in line and waited another 10 minutes then got up to the counter only to be told that pick up is over there as she points. I told the lady no I paid already for my order and while Im waiting for mine you already got about 30 people in and out of here. I said I need you to help me. She asked for the name on the order and said they do not have an order under my name. I showed her the email and magically they were able to find my order. I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to get my order together only for them to get my sons order wrong and they didnt even have my meal when they handed me the bags. I had to wait another couple minutes for them to fix those issues. This is rediculous and the manager should have gotten involved. I usually eat here at least 2 times per month and each visit usually costs me a minimum of $50. I dont know if I will come back. There was no apology and no compassion.

I came in tonight very excited to try the beyond orange chicken for the first time and they were fully stocked, to my delight. I had come in about a week ago about 10 minutes before closing and they politely informed me that they were out of the beyond chicken. They offered to make me more which was very kind of them but with it being so close to closing time I decided to have a soul and not ask them to make more just for me. Back to tonight, I walk in and there’s one man in front of me in line. The service from the staff was extremely polite and quick. I get my beyond orange chicken and spring rolls and head to the register where I watch the man in front of me have every single one of his cards declined. Not judging him for that, in fact I’ve been there and I feel you dude, but he proceeded to throw a tantrum and talk about how he “had $7,000 on that card” and kept repeatedly asking the poor cashier “why? why?” every time a new card got declined. I honestly felt so bad for the staff and thought they handled the situation with much poise. I was just laughing so hard behind this man in line it was too much. 5 stars you guys are awesome and I can’t wait to come back!!!

I have no teeth from cancer and I was willing to pay extra to have the vegetables steamed a little longer so that I could eat them without teeth. When I explain that to the nice lady I was told I was being rude for a sizing that I was willing to pay and be listened to. I had already informed her that three times previously my wishes had not been followed and I was unable to eat at the same time as my family. Value it for what its worth. Pull up to drive through, they ask cash or credit card, I say cash, they say no change exact cash only. How many months are they going to have a coin shortage? I see reviews from moths ago saying exact change only. They are just basically running a scam to rip people off.Okay next i choose orange chicken and sweet fire chicken breast. But this is unacceptable...Multiple times they wont give us sauces or utensils unless we ask like McDonalds but on top of that the Asian lady with the glasses at the drive thru window is RUDE every time!!! The food was good and the manager Madeline was super helpful when I complained on the customer service I received from the drive through window employee Flor. Customer service should be first always and when I was handed a car window flag with no explanation of pulling forward while I waited for my order. Then told to put the flag on my dash, when I inquired, on my dash?...to where she pointed and said, yeah, that thing in front of you... so rude and not even accurate. It goes on your driver window! None the less, if it werent for Madeline and the kind man that brought us our food, I probably would have not returned.

The cooks were pissed that because of our larger order they were going to have to make fresh food anyway. Closes before closing time. Not a good representative you have here Panda Express. Needs to stay open as it mentions. Sign said open and the hours say until 10:30pm. Cannot be letting your employees run a job site like this by closing early while food is still on the trays to be served. Where to begin... First off with their prices being higher than any other chineese food place, my expectations were that they would be above. Boy was I wrong. Their portion sizes are so small in comparison to thw peoce you are paying it really feels like a rip off. If the service was exceptional OR the food was out of this world, maybe the peoce point would be understandable. But when you fall below even the most basic standards and STILL charge $10 for a small plate of food and a drink, I am theoighly disappointed.
