I ordered food it said it would be ready at 5:25 I get a text at 5:15 it’s ready so it was way earlier than it was supposed to be. I get there can’t find any parking so I parked far away and walked in. There was a large line of people ordering food. I stand there and see my order ready at the to go order (not heated) and politely asked if I can just grab my order. The cashier rudely says “NO YOU CANNOT” so I wait. Then instead of helping me she starts packing up food so I politely asked again if I can get the order I already paid for. She again gave me attitude and said no. She finally got to me and wanted to see my order. I am pulling up my order and say it’s the one that’s ready. She rudely says I need to see your order and name. I show her again. She then starts opening the bag I told her that isn’t necessary and she then asked me to show her the order again and I said no and grabbed my food out of her hands and left. She was so rude and was acting like I was stealing food I had PAID for. All the food was cold and gross will never go back here.

My son is a huge fan of Panda Express, and we were thrilled when one opened in El Dorado Hills. However, since its opening, weve found the portions to be smaller compared to the Folsom location. Even with online orders for pickup, they only fill the containers about three-quarters full. I observed an employee handling another online order and noticed they were skimping on scoops, especially with double orders. For my sons birthday, we ordered orange chicken, but most pieces seemed to be more hard flour than chicken, which was quite disappointing. Because of how bad his orange chicken turned out, i still owe my son a Panda Express dinner, well be heading to the Folsom location for our next visit.

They have a queue and they dont order online at all. We waited almost 20 minutes. During this time, many people passed by us and we would also be able to order and receive our order. Do not order here online, you will not be noticed and you will be waiting for a long time!I noted in the order that I need forks and napkins, but they didn’t put them.

If you rise the price than try at least improve your service, not downgrade it. At 2:00 PM on Sunday there was almost no food on display. More than half bowls were empty and not offered at all. The other half bowls were half empty. The portions they serve are soooooo small. It’s a joke not a normal plate . When brought a plate home son asked why there was only half of the food in the plate . That’s how the portions looked. Will definitely not go to this location ever again.

They said 3 min for chicken, and never did bring it even after we stood waiting at the register half way through our meal. Once we finished eating, we asked for a refund, and they refused. Only offered the chicken then, and as an alternative a bowl for next time. We tossed the receipt for that because were not coming back here.Drinks are not as advertised on the machine. Horrible.

Most of the food was not fresh and dry, long waiting times for fresh food to come up and they did not end up giving it to us. Asked for a refund and they wouldnt give a refund. Also, they would not change the paper towels in the bathroom after telling them three times. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Folsom location instead.

Most of the menu has good flavor..Portions can range depending on the staff. (A bowl isnt worth the cost) Ive been in and out a few over the past month...Broccoli & Beef? Beef was way too salty, what there was, but broccoli was perfect. Teriyaki chicken great, rice was on point.

This is the third time in a row at three different Panda locations where there was no food when I walked in the door. What the hell! How do you sell food if you don’t have it! People don’t come into a fast food restaurant to have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for the food that should’ve been ready when we walked in the door. Used to be you come to a panda you could choose whatever you want and get your food in a reasonable amount of time. What the hell’s going on are you not staffing to save money at the expense of customer service! the time before this the employees were all just sitting around chitchatting, and there was no food in the bowls. We ended up walking out and getting food somewhere else as well as the person who followed us in! Get it together, panda you are no longer my favorite food place. Chipotle is now my favorite. Please get your act together so I can start eating at Panda again. I am not going to eat at a place that doesn’t seem interested in serving us at the level you used to serve us. And to add insult to injury the servers have gotten stingier on the serving sizes.

Was denied the balance of my gift card under $10 and was told to contact corporate for the refund. It is clearly stated on your website that I would get (upon request) my balance if it was below $10.Maybe educate your staff on company policy...Food was ok. Portions could be better.

The food is fine, but they are really stingy on the portions and definitely never give you much especially when you order through grubhub or pick up orders. They know its for pick up, so they dont put enough portions and many times give you the botton of the barrel because they know you wont check. Its terrible doing that to folks expecting to go home and share the food with family and ending up not having enough. I ordered the Angus steak, while paying extra there was 3 pieces of the steak. What a joke! Also, dont bother to put extra instructions because they definitely dont read it.

Don’t come into this restaurant if you want fresh food, fast food, or a pleasant experience. Minimum wait time is about 45 minutes to 80 minutes just to get through a small line, especially at or around dinner time. They only have 1 person cooking and 1 person making orders. The rest of team stands around watching or is on break. Very disappointing.

Very enjoyable for American-Chinese fast food. Obviously, its not fine dining. But its exactly what you think it is, and thats pretty darn satiating. The staff are friendly, the choices are consistent, and its a solid choice if youre in a hurry and in the mood for some tasty food.

Decent food for the price, my go to for lunch as my office is nearby. the Sprite dispenser has been broken for at least a month or so. The brown rice is always dry and inedible.. but the broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken are always spot on.

My visit here was nice and simple, I was able to get store front parking and be able to walk right in and order and be on my way with zero delay. The staff was very helpful and nice, the food was as always very delicious and perfect temperature. This Panda express is good. The reason it did not get 5 stars was the difficulty in parking. There is however a parking lot behind the establishment but I did not know that when I went to get food. Fast service that you expect and the food was the same quality that you expect.

Weve ordered from this location a lot of times. The food quality is really consistent. Fresh, plentiful, and a helpful staff. I love their Honey Sesame Chicken with yellow peppers, the Kung Pao Chicken, and the fried rice meal. Perfect balance of sweet, sour, and filling. If you havent tried this Panda Express, endulge yourself and order a plate, a bowl is not enough food.

Review1 19/9: I have been to a handful of Panda Express locations over the years, with this newly opened location being a first.While it was clean/new, good service, copious seating options, and hip, the point is to come for the consistent-chain food. The dead choice of many low quantity dishes underwhelmed three of the five in our party upon 4:25p arrival--several signature dishes (honey walnut prawn and a spicy one we had looked forward to since planning the get together a week ago) were so low that we were served the last dry crust on display. A request to make more of the spicy dish was denied.At some future point, I will give this upstart franchise one more chance to redeem themselves.

Poorly run PE. Thought id give it a second try after going there once a few months ago. But same experience. 6:00pm my family stopped by for a bite and 1/2 of all the pots were empty and the items in the pots were overcooked and stale and the lady with the glasses said they were not making more. This location wants to time it so they end up with empty pots at closing. The result is you get reheated food thats sitting there all day or nothing. Add to that the anti-social employees they hire and forget it.

Definitely the best fast food place in the area, better than Rubios, Chipotle, McDonalds, etc.Good prices, only issue are the calories, where in that case if I was going to eat out it would have to be a Chipotle bowl. But in terms of taste and quality; Panda Express is the way to go

We ordered delivery through the Panda Express app from this location tonight. Very disappointing. We were missing an item from out order and after speaking with our Doordasher, it was clear the item was completely forgotten. Tried calling the location 4 times to get this issue corrected...no answer. Cant even bother to answer thr phone...lazy customer service.. Thankfully Doordash refunded me my money. But then to top it off the rice has an odd taste to it, my husband described it as cigarette like. Disgusting. Oh and lastly no sauce was provided for my kids Teriyaki Chicken. Needless to say we wont be ordering from this location again. I understand mistakes happen but zero customer service and then cigarette tasting food. Well drive to Folsom next time.

If you are of the lighter skin color, you will be served with no issues with your mask off. Anything darker you will not be served without a mask. This happened to a customer I saw last night. Everyone was served in front of them with no masks, including a family. But once this individual made it to the counter, they ask them to mask up right away or no service would be provided. Please avoid this location due to the poor quality of customer service towards people of color.

Great to have Panda Express in Town Center. Needs some improvements on their services.1. The food needs to be kept to holding temperature. Twice now Ive gotten an entree that isnt hot within the last two days.2. The workers need to be streamlined. Edit: Knocked off two stars. First one was because they changed up the order pickup and created a great deal of confusion with people thinking they had to wait in line to get their online orders when in fact they call your name. No masks on anyone waiting. Second star dropped is they actually doubled many of the prices once the county reopened. Theyre now the most expensive chinese restaurant in town. Back to Fortunat Garden!Well, I saw some bad reviews here and on yelp, but wanting some chinese and not many places offering take out in my area, I figured Id give them a shot, especially for their $20 family meal deal, which is a spectacular bargain. Other reviewers said the food was bland or dried out or they received very little. When I went in to get my online order (love touchless transactions during the CV!) their steam trays were full of fresh looking food. My order was 100% correct (while every other fast food place Ive been to lately screwed my order up...looking at you mcdonalds, taco bell and jack in the box), it was ready ahead of time, and while Ive only eaten a few of the items (dynamite shrimp and the greens side dish), I found them fresh, delicious and Im looking forward to a few more easy meals in the next few days. My guess is the bad reviews came from getting to the restaurant in between lunch and dinner hours or not long before closing. No, no outfit like this is going to make $300 worth of food at 8:00 at night or 3 in the afternoon. Its not cooked to order.I havent eaten at Panda in a while, as there werent any nearby. This one is new and close by. In case anyone is wondering about the sizes, I got 5 large and one small. The small is very small, about the size of a baseball. The large is enough to fill a normal person. A small and a little side like rice or noodles would also make a good meal.Ill definitely go back, especially while I can buy about an 8lb sack of food for $20. Theyre next to mechanics bank and have an entry both in front on the main road and also around behind. They dont show up yet on google street view (restaurant was an empty storefront in the one as of this writing), so if you want to avoid the nutty parking/drivers on town center drive, you can take a right at mechanics bank, a left into the parking lot behind and there is plenty of unused parking back there. Theyre very conservative in the time your order will be ready when ordered online, probably havent adjusted their traffic calculations to the covid lack of customers yet. The order said itd be ready at 2:18, I got there early so I could make sure which entrance to use at 2:05 and my order was hot and ready.

Don’t waste your time, go to McDonald’s instead. They forgot part of the order placed the egg roll orders inside of the entree plates and provided the entrees in the smallest containers. Did not provide me my receipt and told me the only way I’d be refunded is if I came back with my receipt. Food was dry, there was no sauce on the honey walnut shrimp. Total waste.

The help seemed overwhelmed and having problems getting orders put together. They could NOT locate our order by number or name. How long have you been in EDH? We have gone to other Pandas but didn’t know you were in EDH, our daughter who lives in Hawaii, told us!!!!! She heard it from a friend, that is how we heard about it. I looked you up on the computer and there you were!!! Have you advertised? I’m sure a lot of people would like to know you are in EDH. It looks like you are in an excellent location for being able to park and not have to walk far. Maybe, place signage out so residents and travelers know where your business is. Just a suggestion!
