This location gets packed but what I like is that they take digital gift cards and the staff knows how to process payment. Weve been to many locations that supposedly accept gift cards but staff were not properly trained to process digital gift cards. So to me, thats a big plus

Stingy and mean spirited.Thats my overall experience of this restaurant. Panda Express food is pretty yummy. Thats a given. But the people here are not friendly and generally stingy with their servings. Even stingy with the chowmein! Really? Im used to Chinese fast food crammed into the box so its hard to close the lid. Not here. Once they forgot to give us our egg rolls. I was never able to get them. They always had an excuse for why I couldnt have them. They didnt believe me. They said my receipt was too old. (Less than a month.) They dont care if Im annoyed or insulted.It was only a 2$ item, but I paid for it.Anyway, stingy is not a good look.Were going to another Chinese place now.

I placed an online order when I got there and asked if my order was ready they told me that they were barely making it,so I waited an extra 10 min (the reason I placed an online order was to not wait) I was understanding and patiently waited since they were really busy on a Sunday.When I got home they had my order completely wrong. They gave me rice(contains eggs) which I am allergic to instead of chow main.When I went to complain about my order the “manager” said they could only replace my order didn’t even apologized.I could of had an allergic reaction!!! PLEASE check your order before leaving Panda Express it’s their responsibility to check the costumers order whenever they have a “online order”.I take fault as well for not double checking but they have the Audacity to say that it’s not their fault they got the order wrong because “it was busy” VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Terrible service. I called in my order to be ready at 745Pm, as i work graveyard shift. I arrived at just after 745 pm, and they had yet to start my order. AND BECAUSE OF THIS, I did not get to have what I ordered, what I always order from any Panda Express. I had pre ordered, so I would not have to wait. WELL, I had to wait, AND as I said, NOT get what I ordered. I could have waited LONGER... to get my dish of choice!!! OMG!!! This particular location is always less than stellar. It was convenient since i was working in Oxnard that night, but NEVER AGAIN.

On Sunday night, January 9, this location served me burned food, it was smelling so bad that I could not eat it. It was too crowded and took 15 minutes to get to counter and I could not eat the food. Either the rice or the chow main was burned and rather producing a new batch, they served it and shoveled it down the throat of the customer. If it was not a pandemic time, I would return the box but I decided to threw it in the trash and left quietly, hungry and disgusted.

I feel very comfortable ordering food here. It was just my family and two other people in there. One in front of me and one behind. They had one entrance and one exit. The only thing I didnt really like is that the employee on lunch was eating at a table near the exit. They need to give their employees a place to safely eat away from others. Its only fair for them.

Worst Panda location! Please, if you order from them through the website for pick up, dont forget to check your food before you leave! They forgot some of my items twice ! I do have to say that is my fault too for trusting lazy staff that dont take that extra minute to make sure everything is in your order! I should have checked myself... Also, I did not get anything in return, only wasted my time, gas and energy without getting an apology from the so called manager.

Food was delicious and well cooked. It was our first time there and it was a bit overwhelming. To our understanding we were able to chose our meat and maybe get to try if of them to see if we liked them. The staff was friendly but we felt like we were rushed through the entire ordering process. The employees serving demanded our chooses of entree and side before we got to see what there was available. The employees just pointed to the options on the menu and told us to choose. We went with what we knew (from other places) rice,orange chicken and teriyaki. They made us feel too scared to ask for sample or for their opinion on what was good. As we were making our way to the registered we took a look at what we could order next time. At another location of course. We don’t plan on coming back to this location.

It was busy when I went in for a to go family meal. The line of 6 people before me moved pretty quickly. The first employee to help me seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there.. she seemed bored out of her mind. Very little communication with customers and fellow workers. The rest of the staff friendly. Food was fresh and hot, many choices.

My favorite thing about this location is that even though its always super busy for the lunch rush, they get through the line very quickly so you dont have to wait forever for your food. Also they change out the food a lot so you dont often get stale food. Great for a quick tasty bite!

This is literally the worst Panda Express experience Ive ever had. 15 employees for customers and they still couldnt keep up got our food with no sauce. Charge for egg roll didnt get it. Couldnt even pay for the order before they were done figuring out how to fill it cuz they couldnt figure out how to keep words together as it went down the line.. I normally dont do this but this really was the worst Panda Express experience ever

Nice, small craft menu. The staff was great. We started off with the Bacon and Blue Cheese Hushpuppies and the Shrimp and Grit cake. Both were tasty appetizers. For the main course I had the Pot Roast. The food was awesome with generous portions.

Hands down worst Panda Express Ive ever been to. The food was overcooked and tough, crispy items were soggy. Service was terrible and they didnt fully attach one of the sweet and sour sauce lids and it spilt all over everything in the bag.

Nice food, clean place. The only thing I have to say is that I went in 10 mins before closing and the young lady taking my order (Ajanai I believe) was clearly not happy about it. There were about 6 customers ahead of me. After I sat down and started eating she started cleaning and moving chairs right beside me sometimes hitting my table and shaking my food. Maybe she was having a bad day but shouldnt make it so obvious.

Usually great but this last time as I was eating my meal at home I came across a long black hair. So Gross! Trashed it! Also as a whole company issue I HATE the large drink cups. My drink can last hours of Im out doing errands with it. I cant tell you how many times while in my car I have gone to grab a sip and the cup fails on me one way or an other. I stopped buying drinks with my meal. Their bottled selection is limited for my tastes.

Consistent and quick lunch or dinner, convenient when I was an MBA student at ULV down the block. Most of the time they were nice about giving half noodles, half vegetables as the side. My fave entrees were orange chicken and mushroom chicken. Great memories!

How hard is it to not make delicious Panda Express food? I guess this place has mastered it. I echo others reviews. The rice and chow mein and the shrimp tasted old and stale. Sad to say this is probably the worst Panda Express Ive eaten at. My co-worker was looking forward to the tea but it was out. She asked an employee if they could make some more. She said that the employee looked at her as if she was asking for her first born. This Panda needs serious training on food handling and better management.

During this pandemic many businesses lack organization, panda is a buffet style type of business, today I called first thinking it would be faster for pick up.. Lady on the phone who answered stated either or it didnt matter, instead I decided to walk in.. Well it was a 15 min wait outside.. safe Distance practice.. Then as I walked in order paid; I was told to again wait outside until my order was ready 😲😠😫 I asked I have to wait again? Did you ran out of the items I order? ( thinking they have to be cooked..fresh) no intead as I looked thru the window they did 3 orders at a time then called the number given! 🤦 so my order sat there until they had other orders ready?! 😠 Not ok with how this franchise is holding on to orders, my food was not hot! I went into this place with a focused mentality. I trained my whole life for the moment when i would eat Panda. i was hitting the gym and focusing on my enemy, THE HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP. The day finally came and i went in there, i told them to give me a plate of chow mein, and while the noodles were wiggling down to my plate, there it was..THE HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP. I trained for this though, i was ready. i got them to give me some on the plate along with orange chicken because come on now, we all need that orange chicken,keep it real. i devoured the whole thing in a delicious fast manner that i almost died(All that training did help me), wow i could not be more impressed. Theres one worker there and i believe her name is Nalleli and she was very nice and helpful honestly. The only con i would say there is, is that i was 1 or 2 walnuts short but other than that, perfect... Im Fat again :)

The lines were very long and they are not following the rules for covid-19 the limit says 5 people at a time but the let in more people then they should and some customers dont wear a mask. Panda in Oxnard on Rose had a weird way of having customers exit. Back door or side door leading to point A. Trashcan. Or point B. Narrow street under construction where you might be hit by a car. The food was whatever, because I didnt like having to walk through the street to get to my car. I know it sounds petty but I did not appreciate the exit. Cordon off one side of the entrance for people who are exiting! Who ever planned that exit is looking for a lawsuit. Visit another Panda. Its not safe.

The kung pao chicken is offensive to my uncle, because he served for Kim Jong Un and he was forced to eat kung pao chicken at the prison camp. He also claims to have never seen a panda moving so fast that it would be called express. The employees called me a chink and asked me if I wanted to try the dog. I said, No. I want the cat. The bathrooms are cleaner than the restaurant itself, and the chefs are all not pandas. And I waited in line longer than the Battle at the Alamo. I have been to China (in VR) and this restaurant does not depict the communism, nor does it depict the pollution caused by the sweatshops, which use child labor. Overall, the food was excellent and I would definitely come here again and again. Five stars. I just wasted your time.

I always buy at this restaurant but this time it left me with a bad experience. The rice was very dry and somewhat hard and the showmein had almost no flavor.
