Ordered the strong bean and chicken got home and counted no joke... 30 string beans and not one piece of chicken. Im not one to complain (look at my reviews as a local guide I almost exclusively give 5 stars and promote local businesses) BUT when I called to ask how someone felt like this was right, the lady answering the phone was laughing like it was funny. This location is the worst. Theyve forgotten food before (and I never complained) served straight soda water because they didnt put syrup in it, they literally cannot function. And instead of handling these mishaps professionally, they think its funny. Im sure corporate will find it funny, and tiktok because this establishment is run like a joke.

Utterly Disappointing Experience and Im usually not one to leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to Panda Express left me no choice.Right from the start, communication was non-existent.It felt as though the staff was deliberately avoiding any interaction or questions about my order.I was instructed to pull aside and wait for my order, which I did patiently.However, after nearly 20 minutes of waiting, my order was nowhere in sight.As I waited, I observed staff members making unprofessional gestures, which seemed to mock the urgency of completing orders, mine included.To my disbelief, one employee even had the audacity to walk right past my car and head to their vehicle for a vape break.It was clear that customer service was not on their list of priorities.In the end, I left without ever receiving my food. It pains me to say that I’ll never set foot in this Panda Express again.It was not only my first negative experience with this brand but also the worst dining experience Ive had to date.One star feels generous for the frustration and disappointment endured.

It was disappointing dining here tonight. Right from the start it was bad. A good 5 people behind the counter were cooking and serving the drive thru window, one was out in the lobby trying to lock the door 30 minutes early. None of them greeted us and we waited a good 3-4 minutes before anyone said a thing. Once being served about half of the food was missing. Veggies were as dry as could be. We skipped those on our order of course. The girl helping us was short in stature and in service edict. We could see they we cleaning part of the lobby, had it blocked with chairs and everything. She made it a point to say dont go over there. When we asked for a few extra plates so we could share the bigger plate we got an eye roll and huff. Fortune cookies had to be asked for. My family loves panda express. I have even been recognized by staff working other locations in my home town. Typically panda express does a great job, this location is lacking in service and quality. Avoid this location if possible.

The fried rice seemed slightly uncooked ...... Like they did not add enough water before cooking, or they took it out of the cooked 3 minutes too soon. Staff is very helpful, and will accommodate any reasonable request. Tables are dirty.

Josh is one of the absolute greatest food employees Ive seen in years. He helped me today through the drive through with exceptional service, made me and my woman laugh, and had a great demeanor and a smile the entire time. Thank you Josh! Garbage. Overpriced for the quality. Constantly mixing up orders at drive through. Ive been to a lot of airport and mall asian food places, panda takes the cake as the worst IMO. Its like Russian roulette if your order is right or they remember to put forks and condiments in your take out bag. I honestly have been screwed so many times by this place I hate Panda Express now. Heres is my beef and broccoli dinner (image attached) with two small pieces of beef - thats it, literally had a friend insist on eating here and drove up North to open this. The food is rarely like what they show. If you insist on getting their food NEVER USE THE DRIVE THROUGH. You need to watch them prep your plate otherwise its thrown together. $7 for 50¢ of rice and broccoli .... Id seriously rather have McDonalds at this point.

We were in a hurry to get to our date. We decided to order online on our way to panda to try to save time. The order said it would be ready at 6:55pm. We got there at 6:52. It wasnt ready. It wasnt ready for a bit longer. We watched people who came in after us go through the entire line (at least 12 to 15 people) before ours was ready, then they gave us the wrong order. That took a few more minutes. At 7:04 I got a text saying our order was ready, but that was the incorrect order that we had to go back up to the counter to get corrected.I dont think we will try the online ordering again. It didnt save us time, and actually took longer than if we had just gone through the line in the first place.To be fair... When we finally got the correct order, it was hot, which I appreciate.We will go there again because we like the food, just not when were told several times it will be ready in 3 minutes, and its another almost 10 minutes before it was finally ready for us.

There is a drive through and it’s usually pretty fast. The employees are nice and the food is great. I love this place for Chinese food. Their orange chicken, honey sesame chicken, honey walnut shrimp, fried rice, chowmein are All GREAT delicious options. The inside is pretty clean. Overall good affordable Chinese food.

Panda Express is a very good place to grab a quick bite. The orange chicken is my favorite. I usually parrot with fried rice and teriyaki chicken. this particular location also has fresh brewed sweet tea. Being from the south its really nice since most places dont serve sweet tea here.

My husband came home with 2 plates for dinner. I ate the fried rice, kung pow chicken, beef and broccoli, and veggie rolls. My husband ate fried rice, teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and chicken egg rolls. He asked for honey sesame seed chicken and they gave him the wrong side. Then we didnt get any fortune cookies. The food tasted good but immediately we both started feeling painful stomach cramps... Turns out we got food poisoning. Im 9 months pregnant. I had to go to the emergency room to make sure this panda Express didnt cause any harm to my pregnancy. Beware of this location, everyone. The employees must not be very hygienic if theyre giving customers food poisoning.

Ordered Uber for delivery. Ordered 3 item Panda plate, did not pack silverware none given, ordered Teriyaki Chicken no Teriyaki sauce. Called restaurant, was told you CA State law requires sauces only on request.. Say What??? Its Terriiyaki Chicken not Chicken. And its a State law now you only get the sauce if ask. The food here is surprisingly good for being fast food. The veggies are always fresh and they shake things up with new offerings all the time. In addition, its super easy to place an order online and either have them deliver it, or pick it up yourself at the drive through window. Make you wait for chicken for 20 minutes while your food since in a tray with no heat lamp after you pay.***UPDATE***My girlfriend wanted teriyaki chicken bowl with chow mein so I went to get it for her. Same thing they were out of chow mein so had to wait 15 minutes while getting dirty looks from some girl that has racoon eyeliner. Finally some guy came up and asked me after people after me were getting the same thing I ordered and leaving. Got my food but worst thing was my girlfriend is currently dizzy shaking and throwing up after getting food poisoning from them. The chicken smelt off but she was hungry. Ate it around 8pm. Currently 130am and shes showing symptoms. Dont bother complaining corporate doesnt care they just document and do nothing like usual.

So... for the past two years this has been the familys go to place for Chinese food. Very good food and above average service.Thats over. The past three times Ive been there theyve screwed up our orders. When I finally broke down and spoke to a manager about the mistakes... he basically told me it was my fault (Manager working at 9 PM on .09/04/2021). This must be the new Panda Express motto, We get it right by the third try.TLDR: Service is now terrible and the random food they put in your order is okay... just not what you wanted.

As a customer it is my favorite locación. Food is fast. The only issue that Ive had would be rice undercooked, and the super greens having gigante pieces of raw cabage. Butter food is delicious and their different option great. Im also a dasher and for the most part they are quick with orders however there is a girl desirae who is completely unprofessional and does not like helping dashers with their pick up. I was very sad and dissapointed that they let someone like her be a cashier.

I havent been to a Panda Express in probably about a year I love their noodles the downside to this location is they have a drive-thru and sometimes it can get a little bit crazy better person in front of us that was in the store that ordered eight boxes or eight so when it was just a little bit crazy and the cashier had forgotten a couple things when it came time for our order but all in all it was good food lots of big portions. A little bit of a bummer that the only gluten-free things are 1.25 more but hey my husband enjoyed his premium items

Food is always good. They always had little plastic dipping cups for the sweet and sour which really works because you can add hot mustard and dip your veggie rolls in both. Well now they give you packets for both which just makes a big mess! This is the one in the Mt Shasta Mall parking lot. The one on churn creek still gives the dipping containers.

Panda Express has yet to disappoint. Service quick and pleasant. Food fresh, yet kept ready to go. And the staff is always ready to give you a sample of you cant decide. There is a drive thru for convenience. Restaurant clean. Parking a bit tight for large pickups, and there is mall parking for overflow if its full.

Panda Express is definitely a five-star experience that I think youll love.cheap Asian food and the best part is you wont wait too long.They serve many many different dishes and the food is fresh!you can see it being cooked in the background on Giant walks.the people are always friendlyI go there quite often and I have never had a bad experience.The restaurant is always clean and the people are friendly and the food is very very fresh so for your money I think this is a good experience and if you enjoy good Asian Cuisine.You could pay a lot more at a sit-down restaurant(more expensive traditional Asian) for the same thing so why not save a couple bucks and go here instead.you cant go wrong because they have a great selection and like I said the food is fresh .which is very important to meand I assumed very important to you....♡

Please be aware that if you are allergic to shellfish there can be some cross-contamination. The only way I can see to get around this is to wait for a fresh batch to come up and get your food out of it before they mix it with the batch thats been in the display case. Please be prepared to wait several minutes if this is the case.It is not uncommon to get a piece or two of something you didnt order in your dinner.. I wish they could keep the seafood in a separate section away from everything else.I just cringe when I watch them doing the drive-thru orders and theyre doing the rice and the chow mein and someone changes their mind and they have to scoop out part of what theyve already put in the dish back into the bowl. They try to be very careful not to get anything else thats not the item back into the bowl but Im sure Things fall in. But most of the cross-contamination probably happens when the spoons are going back and forth over the other bowls. Unfortunately those of us with a life-threatening shellfish allergy eat at our own risk any time a restaurant serves any shellfish because you never know where the cross-contamination can happen. Be it on gloves or the dishware itself. We can only hope that the corporations train their employees to take great care in these matters.

This Panda store ignores its own covid mask requirements. There are signs on the entry door and at the order here line that clearly state masks are required. It is also a state wide mandate that masks be worn indoors. Yet while sitting in the dining area we saw nine people in a row walk in without masks, didnt even have masks on their chins or around their necks. They ordered food, waited for their food and then dined in. The staff said nothing. Clearly management at this Panda does not care, so we left. Dont recommend you dine here if safety for you and your family are a primary concern.

The first time I tried Panda Express, I went through the drive-thru. While waiting to pay for my order, I saw a sign that stated if a receipt wasnt offered or if an item was missing that a free meal would be offered. I didnt realize it until after I returned that I wasnt given a receipt.It wasnt really a big deal, and I wasnt planning on visiting again anytime soon.Two nights ago, I was in a rush, and Panda Express was conveniently close. At the drive-thru, I asked the cashier how one might prove that a receipt was not given. Her response was there is no way to prove if a receipt was given, and the only issue that can be proven is if an order was completed incorrectly by comparing a receipt to the order.I reiterated my question and stated their advertisement specified there would be a free meal if they failed to provide a receipt. The response I was given was camera footage would have to be reviewed if I knew the approximate date and time. When I began to provide this information, I was simply told they wouldnt be able to review it suggesting someone at a higher level would have to review some kind of allegation.The food was enjoyable and is what you would expect from a fast food Chinese.Im just not sure how I feel about their business if their advertisement clearly states they would offer a free meal if one was not given a receipt, but their response to any allegation is that there is no real way to prove this.

Panda Express needs to update the hours of operation. Checked online and saw it says open until 10pm Sunday. Doors were locked at 9:40pm tonight(5-6-2018) I drove across town passing several other options to enjoy Panda Express and now have to go to McDonalds for dinner. I really enjoy this place but I will NEVER drive that far again to eat here. Most likely will not ever return here for this reason.

Man, I used to love going here for some really good, quick Chinese food, but the last 2 times I went, pretty sure, o ended up getting a touch of food poisoning? Cant be sure, of it, but I do know that shortly after I was done eating, I was having cold sweats, and major cramping in my abdominal area. Nobody else I was eating with seemed to get It, And the only thing I had different from them was honey walnut shrimp. Took me a long time to eat there again, but when I did, same thing happened. Other than those problems, the food is great! Just be careful of you have a craving for honey walnut shrimp.

Great food, decent personalities. The orange chicken is superb and the teriyaki chicken isnt far behind it! Chow mein can occasionally be a bit in the dry/rubbery side, and I would recommend waiting for fresh batches of food to be made rather than scraping the bottom as these portion tend to be not so great.

Got orange chicken and it was really spicy and gross . There noodles are so dry and small, there walnut shrimp is so good that’s the only thing keeping it from being a 1 star, I ordered a 3 entree plate and she only gave me like 3 shrimps !!! Like what the hell ?!?! The shrimp is actually the only reason why I even go to panda . Wanted to order a box of shrimp but was told there was not enough . we also ordered crab puffs and paid for them and never got them !!! And we can’t notify them because now they are closed, so I guess they just pocket like 2$ . Over all experience was just anoyying.

Late afternoon on Friday May 11, 2018, my boyfriend and I stopped by to grab a quick bite. I am 8 months pregnant and was really craving some chinese. When we arrived, there was a good amount of people there. I had ordered a 2 entree plate with a bottle of sparkling juice. When we finally reached the register, my boyfriend pulls out a $100 bill to pay. The gentleman whom was helping us, said unless it was a new bill with a blue strip, he couldnt take it. We were shocked. Asked if we had any other form of payment. Then he ask his superior if he could just take our money since everything was ordered. His superior said no. I asked if he had a pen to mark the bill or look it up on the light. They both said no and apologize that there was fraud bills going around town. We are from Portland and we had just moved here. We did not know. I guess, what I want to convey is my embarassment, humility and disappointment. Our money is good. We are good people. Panda express should of provided the tools to check fraudulent bills. I left everything on the counter and quietly walked out. We did not make a scene. All the customers just stared and watched us. We looked and felt like criminals. No one should have to feel like that way when they are hungry and have money to pay.

I ordered 2 teriyaki bowls and was told they were cooking it and it would be 7 minutes. I went and sat at the table close to the cash register. When I saw the oriental worker go get it, I went and stood right in front of her at the counter waiting for her to cut it up. My bowls were sitting next to the teriyaki with rice in it. She starting going to other guests that were AFTER me and taking them their teriyaki at their tables. A co-worker walked up to her and told her I was first, before the other two she just served, but she said others were waiting for the teriyaki and she took another guest their teriyaki and came back and started to serve another guest when the same co-worker told her AGAIN that I was next. So she served me that time. She was lucky because I wouldnt of been patient any longer if shed served one more guest again. This was Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 4:09pm. I noticed no one put more teriyaki back on at that time and the other teriyaki was almost gone. Why would they not have teriyaki at this time of the day at dinner time? We were going to the movies after eating and was late for our movie because of this. But we only missed part of the previews. And it was more than 7 minutes that we had to wait. More like 15 minutes. Usually your service is great and the food is great. The oriental lady also chopped the teriyaki TERRIBLY. Big pieces and you dont have knives to cut it up out in the lobby. I didnt ask if you had any at all because I was trying to eat fast so I could get to my movie and didnt have time.
