This is the worst managed panda express. The staff is rude and the teenage cashier will call you bro when you order instead of sir. They will run out of chow mein and fried rice at the same time and have a line of 30 people waiting regularly! You will wait in line forever here and the cooks in back do very sloppy work. You will get broccoli beef with no beef and still partially frozen OJ chicken. Avoid.

We arrived there last night (Friday). It looked closed! We called in, nobody answered. Found out it was open by walking up to door. Inside was the messiest looking restaurant I have ever seen! Broccoli on the floor, napkins noodles you name it everywhere! There was one clean table that an employee was eating at the rest had chairs up closing in an 1.5 hrs?) I asked if we could take a few chairs down and I couldnt get an answer, no leadership or authority. Food was cold. Panda Express can be good, but not this location!!

Ive been hitting this pana since they opened. I always get my food to go and head home. The food is exactly the same as every other panda Ive been to. The service for me has been good to excellent. People are people so it varies. I feel customers forget that real people with real lives are serving you. Ive never been treated bad there or received sub par food. Just the standard over sugared Americanized Chinese style food.Glad to see they are branching out to vegan or at least vegetarian options.

Never prepared. More often than not I have to wait for a dish to be made at this location. Today I went in and they were filling a couple of large orders but no eggplant tofu and none even being made with only one guy back there cooking when I asked. I also dont get why you tell them you want a lot of soy sauce, chili sauce, and sweet and sour then they give you two packets. Then you ask for more and theyre not annoyed but why dont they just put more in like I asked the first time. I also seem to get the last of the Angus Steak and Mushroom Chicken. I do not eat the mushroom chicken my girlfriend does and she has been unhappy with it. Obviously I would like my Angus steak to be fresh as much as possible.

There is nothing “express” about this place. You wait in line for 30 min and then when you make it to the front of the line they inform you that it’s a 7min wait on mushrooms, Beef broccoli, and a 15 min wait on angus steak. I have been to this Panda Express 4 times and they are always out of angus steak. I’m starting to think that this is intentional. How do you have 6 employees, only 13 core menu items and still can’t manage to get it together? This place and it’s current employees are a joke.

We ordered from Panda Express today and are so grateful for the wonderful service provided at this establishment. The young lady who served us suggested a better deal if we ordered the family menu, which was much less money. The service is warm and friendly. I wish I knew the name of the woman who served us because she was wonderful and I want to thank Panda Express for employing her. There was an belligerent customer in the building while we were there who berated the staff, yelled aggressively, and behaved horribly. No one deserves this kind of treatment. I want the employees at this restaurant to know how important they are to this community, how much we value them, and appreciate their hard work through the difficult times that we are enduring right now. You deserve to be honored, and we honor you! Thank you!!

This store could use a little brand protection. Only one other customer there but most of the tables were dirty, trash was overflowing, and the bathroom out of supplies. They were out of several dishes and what we got wasnt good. We are both experiencing nausea now.

Orders are consistently wrong whether in store or delivery, food often looks like it was left out too long...veggies shriveled, several staff have been very rude, talking openly about customers. Two of the crew weve encountered have been very sweet and professional, quite the opposite. Id wait for fresh entrees, or go to a different Panda if possible.

My girlfriend and I showed up for a late lunch. We don’t come to panda often but it sounded great. We were a little worse for wear after a hard day in the mountains. It was a HOT day and I had injured my ankle. We had a couple requests apart from food ordering and everyone there seemed to go out of their way to help us. Multiple employees went above and beyond and helped us with a great attitude and a smile. Also the food was fresh and delicious. Thank you panda Auburn

This is my very first review, I usually cant be bothered. Thats how bad this place has been.Summery:I really like panda and I gave this location 3 chances over a 1 and half year period (I went to other locations a bunch during that time though). Every experience I have had at this location has been very poor, potions are quite literally half of what other pandas give, and employees are pretty rude and always act tired like they barely have enough energy to stand. Sadly this has been my experience all 3 times with absolutely no deviation. I went over 6 months between my first and second experience because my first experience was so poor. Then with my second time being bad also I went almost a year before I went back again for my third and final time at this location. They obviously have an employee problem but Im guessing they also have a managerial problem since these issues are repeatedly happening over a long period of time.- so all in all I will never go back to this location. 3 times was all I could take.

My daughter went by to pick us up dinner, there was only on person working the counter and when the second person came up front, from the back, the service didnt get much better. Also when my daughter got home with the orders it looked like no care was taken when putting the food in the containers, and one of the items she ordered for her dinner was missing even though she paid for it. We live to far from the place to go back. Best advice I can give is check your order before you leave.a

My boyfriend and I go in there all the time. There was a time the orange chicken was really hard and I told the women working and she replaced it. We asked if they could make something else and they informed us that they werent making any more. But they are open for 20 more minutes...what gives? I feel bad for these employees. Pandas online ordering system needs better instructions or a way to signal that youre ready for pickup. Instead, people just show up and stand there. Its not the employees fault, nor probably the franchise, but corporate needs to improve the ordering logistics. Food is good otherwise.

Customer service is beyond sufferable. Last four times Ive come in portions and food is not consistent. When I asked the counter server to please give me some extra sauce on the orange chicken that it looks dry she responded it wasnt possible and then proceeded to bring the cook into it who you could tell clearly knew the woman helping us was having some kind of problem today. Last time I will come in and buy for my business. That is for sure.

I visited this location for lunch today, and I wont be going back. There was a homeless person laying down/sleeping in the dining area. Not sure who manages this location but whoever it is sucks at their job. Fire the crew, hire all new people, and clean the place from top to bottom. Oh and if someone is horizontal in the dining area, show them the door!

Today I went for lunch and ordered a bowl at their window setup. They did not ask if i wanted a recipe and thought nothing of it. After standing outside for 15 minutes watching everyone who came in after me get their order filled. I asked if my order was ready yet and they claimed to never had it and wanted my confirmation number or receipt. Obviously I couldnt provide it so I had to show them my banking transactions to show i made a purchase. Everytime I go to this panda express the employees are very kind. For example today I brought my daughter in this morning. There were a few things I ordered that were still being made because I showed up right when they opened. I waited patiently and they brought me my food, gave us a free drink for waiting even though they didnt have too, and they brought over some crayons and a picture to color for my 2 year old. Panda express is the fast food of chinese food. They have your traditional fried rice, chow main, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken and other staples. It gets busy around 4 or 5pm. The dining room is now open if you want to eat there or you can always get it to go. Enjoy!

The Auburn store is inconsistent with how the food is prepared therefore their food tastes different that other Panda Express. I order mushroom chicken when I go in to any Panda Express this time I got a spicy mushroom chicken. Also the chow mein has been stirred so much that all the pieces of noodles are broken up. One other thing that is different about this Panda Express is it the servers are so slow compared to other Panda ExpressI wont be going back to the Auburn Panda Express any time soon.

Ordered online at 12:04. It said it would be done at 12:20. I showed up at 12:17 and sat at the bench and waited till 12:20 to go to the online section. The place was empty and no one inline the whole time. They didnt even start it. So then I wait about 8min and then a lady comes up to me and says its going to be another 7min for my pot stickers. It shouldnt take 30min to make potstickers. This place needs better management. And there is no teriyaki on the teriyaki chicken. They gave us the bowl with rice and chicken but no sauce on top.

After stopping by and viewing the menu while in line, I was watching the kitchen staff as they were cooking the food that was to be placed in front of our eyes. One of the cooks looked at me and smiled while he put his hands into his giant wok and grabbed food and ate it while I and the other customers could view him. Not only are the cooks not wearing gloves whole handling the cooking of the food we eat at this restaurant, they are also eating on the job. I have lost my appetite and will likely not come to this location again.
