The most kind, efficient, helpful and aim to please staff Ive ever encountered. The food.is excellent! The best good food around and no excessive prices. Definitely try it!

Not a bad one to go to.HOWEVER, apparently they have discontinued Black Pepper Chicken..Only thing I actually get gotta find a good Chinese spot...One that actually has Sweet Sour Pork,Sweet Sour Chicken...Their menu is getting Thin..As far as service here, Always On point when Ive gone to this location

This place is terrible. I got fried rice and chicken. The rice was basically half cooked, it was hard and crunchy and raw inside . I am an asian who grew up eating rice twice a day and the lady there tried to convince me otherwise by saying its crunchy because its fried which is laughable at best. Avoid this place if you want good food. I returned my food and dint even get full refund!!

Went in 40 min before closing, everything was cleaned up and only a few old entrees, thay had been sitting for a long time... not everything on the menu was available. There was soap all over the kitchen as they had clearly been cleaning and shutting down the kitchen for at least 20-30 min (an hour before posted closing time).Asked the lady at the counter why all the entrees werent available. She said we are closing at 8:30 today.If you post youre open until 9 pm ... Serve food til 9pm.If you want to close at 8:30pm, post you are closing at 8:30pm.We pulled off the freeway and wasted our time stopping to be greeted inhospitably as if we were troubling them.

Walked in Saturday 6:30 as usual to get dinner just very little my favorite food in the buffet asked very respectfully if they can make more for two order to go, she said there is enough for two order, food looks old again asked she said no suddenly the manager comes out of the room I mentioned to him that I requested the lady for fresh cooked food and he supported her and talked to me in very unprofessional way and walked away, it was very surprising to me his action, I am a dedicated customer every week 3 to 4 times go there now I have to change and go to different one near by

I work night shift as a driver. It was my lunch time so I stopped at this Panda cause its close to my job. Walked into the restaurant at 9:30pm. Selected my food and just before paying I asked the girl at the counter if I could stay and eat my food. She said they were closed and were going to clean the place. I asked 3 times than she said if I didnt take long it was ok. By then I was upset. Just left the place and her holding the bag with my unpaid food. On my way out I reminded her that no matter how many bosses she had none of them would pay her salary if customers did not come to eat. It was the last time at this location. From now on Ill be eating only at the Lindero Canyon restaurant. Their night crew is nicer and understands late night customers.

The location was clean, a good size, and they had a lot of variety of choices. They have signs on the door and tapes outside to direct people for social distancing. They only allow 5 customers in the store at a time. The food was hot and looked delicious. The parking lot is not great and the spots are kind of tight, but definitely worth it!

The food is excellent. The workers try to be professional but at the same time they are showing how prejudice they are. I refuse to spend my money with a business that look at the color of your skin. It’s not the first time I notice they serve very dry, old food, it’s incredible what manager and owner do to save a few cents these days ! Quality poroduct it’s more important than anything else for me ! And also portions seem smaller every time as prices increases ! If slow, cook as needed but don’t sacrifice your customer to save cents 😒😒😒

Worst customer experience ever!!! Went in last night, 15 minutes BEFORE closing. Everything was gone, but a few items, NO orange chicken, really? The food area was ready for close. I asked if they were open, and the girl said yes. I asked if they could make the menu items, she said no! only what we have left. She said it would take 8 minutes, with a disapproving attitude, as if she was doing me a favor, but obviously did not want to take time for me. The guy in the back was busy cleaning. I personally dont like the taste of food and cleaning products. I asked one more time, are you open. she said yes I walked out.It is not right to post hours of operation, and not serve everything within those hours.Owner - if this is how you run this business - it wont last. Hire people that care about customers, not the clock. fyi - HABIT next door was awesome. They stay open 5 minutes after close to make sure they can serve their cutovers.

Great place to go for a quick lunch or dinner with many choices of very fresh food. Reasonable prices, too, with many healthy dishes to choose from (low calorie options). One of the better choices for fast food.
