Fast service, horrible amounts of servings. I ordered a family feast plus a large entree. ALL containers were underfilled. The Brea location employees always pack the boxes. This was disappointing.

Came in about 45 minutes to closing. One associate was texting and not paying attention. Out of many items, a line had formed for people waiting for orange chicken. They had started closing already which was not good. Got fatty teriyaki chicken and wrong portions due to the associate wanting to get back to her phone. Will probably never go back to this location.

30 minutes our food sat there cooling off and getting soggy while they waited for 1 of the entrees to be cooked. It was an online order that was placed at 5:30, pick up was at 6:00, we arrived at 5:55 and order was already sitting there minus 1 item. Order was finally filled at 6:25. Not acceptable!

I have to agree with the one of the reviewers. For what they charge the portions are inadequate. For a few dollars more you can go to an actual Chinese restaurant. We will be going back to our regular place since it seems Panda Express employees must be taking the leftover food home at the end of the day. That maybe why they appear to be happy but you cant get a decent portion. I do have to admit though the food does taste good, there should be more of it though for what you pay.

First of all they dont even acknowledge you when you walk through the door. Therell be no line and youll just be standing there waiting to order and then the manager will be asking one of the employees what is he waiting for. Dont let the manager serve you she only gives you very little. and if you want sweet fire chicken youre always going to have to wait its the third time I came to this one and its never there. Also youll order more than one play and they only give you one thing of utensil common sense to add one per plate.

My 5-Star Recommendation: The customer service associates were friendly. The customer service is great. The speed of service was very efficient. I really did enjoy the freshly-made orange chicken with the orange chicken sauce! Overall, a great customer experience!

This location is very frustrating. The (kids) working here seem to have no direction at all, they lack training it seems. The food portions are insufficient, compared to the above average prices paid. The food preparation seems as if it is a task needed to be learned on a daily basis. The servers dont seem to be communicating with the cooks that the food bins are close to empty, or indeed empty, causing a line of customers to wait for the food to come out. The manager (if any) seems detached of any employee training liabilities . The parent company apparently pledged $9 million for childrens hospital, and thats fine, but we all know that the customers whom they ask every single day for donations wont receive any credit while the CEO basks in the limelight. I have donated my changw at this location a dozen times already, and they still keep asking, I said no more my last visit. You would think they would serve larger portions because of the charity-they dont !Its a simple concept...keep the food bins full, keep the facility clean, serve the customer, charge the customer, then move on to the next. Thats how restaurants (not) lose customers.

We were served by a young lady and it was an overall negative experience. she offered a sample and made a face after making my selection. i thanked her anyways and continued to order 2 plates, which both plates were extremely underserved. she charged us no problem and frowned when we handed a coupon. i can deal with the bad attitude but under filling the to-go box is the worst thing

The food taste like any other Panda but they pile your plate with rice or chow mein and skimp on the scoops of protein. I ordered a bowl and literally received 5 pieces of Orange chicken in my bowl. This is the 3rd time happening so I will not be returning.

Ooo, my my! Delicious, quality Oriental food at reasonable prices. Every time I go to The Whittwood Mall, I pay the folks at Panda Express a visit and have a delicious lunch. There is a very large selection, so there is something for every taste. And, its all good!!!

No DINE IN. FEB.2022.Since Dec 3rd i have been a patron there i work very close by its very conviniebt and allways fresh. But since Feb there has been no dine in at this lication. It maked it i conviniebt for me on my lunch break from a adjacent biz niz to be able to enjoy my lunch instead of having to eat in my car or i. A stuffy break room at work. Thanks for asking

Something changed about PE. I am not sure what, but I have a thought: I think the reduced the amount of food they put on each dish. And for a place that I always considered to be one that offer generous portions, it is a minus. Love the Teriyaki chicken, Prefer when they are not so busy. I read the reviews n still went i shouldve listened and couldnt agree more. They are over staffed and most of the food trays/bins are empty. They are rude. And i really dont plan on returning. Portions are small and the food doesnt taste the same as other pandas express

Today was the first day have I ever got bad service here the workers are always very happy and helpful but this girl was soo rude I asked for a Teriyaki chicken but she didnt put teriyaki chicken on top or ask if I wanted it on top like they Usually do. She told me that I did not ask her too so she didnt!! So then when I asked for another teriyaki sauce she give me a hafe full contour Compare to the filled one that she gave me before that!! After that I was so surprised that this happened here I did not say anything more to her and walked out!!

Employees are helpful and friendly and place is kept clean. Food is hot and seems to be fresh whenever I come in. We like the kung pao chicken and also the orange chicken. The wontons are also pretty delicious and getting enough to eat and have leftovers is always nice... I recommend this location over many in the area.

They dont answer phone so after 5 tries i ordered online. Still has to wait and was told it wasnt ready finally get it and it was wrong. Answer your GD phone and get your orders right. 2 of the orders were thrown away

This is the best Panda Express Ive been to! The place is immaculate, the service is great, wall mounted TVs giving the histoy behind Panda Express, they actually have Asian employees preparing and serving the food in uniforms! I was soooooo impressed with this place....the food was great and nice big portions. The store Managers happened to be at the store when I visited and had to shake their hands on a spectacular store! I live in LA...the Panda Express on Figueroa is HORRID, tiny store, unfriendly staff w/tudes, very limitied parking.....Ill visit the store in Whittier when Im the area. I highly recommend it!
