This is my best restaurant so far. The Angus steak and broccoli beef are my best 😋. The price is really affordable and I dont have to give tips 😊; sorry Im cheap.

Worst place ever I order a two item saw another. Customer. Order same thing they got more portion than me I ask ? Added. Same amount these Filipina. Got in into argument. With me ? Not sure she know how to count. ?I ask if an another staff help me ? Being as I am being dispute with the lady these young kid didn’t help either being as the Filipina told the young man don’t added any more portion honestly look like mother telling her child what to do ? I ask for a manger was told there no manger ..No wonder these staff members doing whatever they want so I decide it to walk alway 🚶🏻‍♂️If I am gonna be treat it bad. Being as I am paying customer I won’t let myself be mistreat it by a high school drop out …Sad there no number I can contact corporation and report these issue higher ups people beware of the customer service that goes on here !!!One and done won’t ever come back here again they need to train there staff

Bad Customer service!! Customer is always right! Food was not okay stail I ask fresh orange chicken I always get cold they didnt honor it gave me nasty orange chicken!! We didn’t get one of the entrées in a bigger plate my daughters sprite barely had any syrup in it, and mostly tasted like water The eggrolls have changed and seem like they are frozen the chicken tasted weird, and does not have a grill marks on it anymore. The fried rice was bland, and they gave us know soy sauce.

Used to like this Panda Express.. after today I had changed my preference! Customer service is BAD by the “manager” . Was ordering good and the “manager “ just had bad attitude and was not polite or at least know how to give an order. asked for her name as she had no name tag she didn’t want to give her name… she looks like she was on a rush.. definitely NOT coming back and I’m sure lots of customers will not come back either because of the bad service and atmosphere

Very small portions. Ordered double orange chicken and asked them to add a little more when I saw how little they had served. They told me that that’s how their servings were and refused to put more. +$10 for small portions isn’t worth it.

The food is great but the server (vietnamese older lady) is stingy with the portions. I understand when the cashier frankie explained how the sweet fire come in long pieces now so they only serve them in 3 pieces but my plate has only 2 strips of sweet fire. I payed almost 9 dollars for this plate and for them to serve me 2 pieces of sweet fire chicken pieces is insane.

Order made on the online app. I will never, ever, ever order online here again. All of the vegetables were so over cooked that I actually did not know the skinny tooth pick size stick in the dish was supposed to be broccoli. The onion was just skin. Food in the trays out in the line of food looked fresh and great. I am just appalled that the server would think that was acceptable to give a customer. People, be wise and make them show you your food before you leave the store. This food is not cheap 😒 and disappointment is even more expensive.

This restaurant doesnt even deserve the one star that I have given. I ordered 5 plates. 3 plates were shrimp with orange chicken. 1 of the plates of orange chicken came with a penny inside the plate. I drove back to the restaurant didnt want to scare the customers away so I spoke with an employee of panda Express that was outside the restaurant and told her nicely of my situation. 1 of the 2 managers came to me and I explained to her that 1 of my plates had a penny inside the orange chicken. I told her that I just came to return the 3 plates that had orange chicken and wanted my money back. A different manager came and gave me a full refund for all 5 plates but, she then noticed that I had only brought 3..... so she tells me (I gave you a refund for all 5 plates and you only brought 3? Basically telling me a need money back from you (from me), that got me upset and I told her that I deserved the full refund for what had happened. I will never eat at this place again, disgusted.

Just went to this establishment on Riverside avenue in Rialto for the first time. Ask many questions to the girl that was servicing myself and a friend. The girl quite patiently answered all my questions. What the different plate options were, and what the items were that I was not familiar with. Restaurant was very clean and all the girls were very helpful and pleasant the food was quite tasty. Overall a pleasant experience. Thought it was a little on the pricey side though.

They have a sign posted on the wall next to where you start ordering promoting a meal bundle saying $13 something for a 2 entree + dessert + medium drink. When I asked the cashier about the sign she refused to acknowledge the sign and kept saying dessert was 1.50. I’m like “But your sign says $13 for everything” she kept repeating “dessert is 1.50. Freaking lady with attitude. Ended up costing more than what the sign says.

I typically order online to pick up for my family and they have been disappointing recently. Orders are often mixed up and the portions are ridiculous. I got double black pepper chicken and it was barely enough for one serving! Not only that but it wasn’t the same as other places. Too much sauce and barely any chicken in it. It tasted so bad I threw it out, and I never do that, especially when it costs so much. Find a different Panda.

I dont like leaving bad reviews unless its necessary. This place does the LEAST. I was honestly a bit surprised because my family and I frequent Panda Express pretty much everywhere. Our kids love it. Im pretty fond myself but this location...Terrible portions, I wish I wouldve taken a picture portions. In addition, my niece had to go pee and they had chairs in front of the restrooms. One of the gents told my wife the bathroom was closed because it had been cleaned for the day. My wife went in anyway. Mind you, we arrived at 7:50pm, they close at 10pm. Its apparent these kids hate their jobs.Only come if your itching but youll be disappointed. 😕Riverside location is awesome if you want a good Panda experience.

Terrible location. Employees look like they hate their job. Don’t come on the last hour because they will just give you the leftovers. If they’re out of rice or chow mein or any entree they will not make more and just tell you that’s all they have. How is this customer service ? After being told they were out of fried rice and 3 different entrees I asked for I left. Not worth my time. Went to a mom and pop Chinese place and was served with a smile. If you don’t want to work then stay home. Simple.

This is for management and corporate who will be reading this review about Chris (Manager) who’s on duty right now 7/10.I was a customer just 25 minutes ago and you and your team who’s working the front are completely unprofessional and (RUDE)With the exception of the girl who initially took the order. (Management) you need to re-train, reprimand and reiterate the importance of professionalism to (Chris) if he will be representing your restaurant moving forward. He was talking over me with a lack of care while informing him about my concern, he was completely passive about it and didn’t care to listen. Get some re-training act like a manager and stop being RUDE to customers! And next time if someone asks what your name is, don’t say (it’s on my shirt) highly unprofessional type of behavior.I live near by and dine/take out here all the time, not anymore! Asked for all chow mien and got half rice half chow mien on both plates. Ordered teriyaki chicken with sauce on the side and got no sauce. Asked for soy and hot mustard and didnt get any. My husband and I love the chow mien and were so very disappointed. Rice had hard pieces in it. To far to take it back and have them do it right. Paid $25 for two meals and drinks and didnt even enjoy it.

This place is alright. Ive been to a better panda express. Their serving is too small. I asked the lady who was taking order from the line if I can get a sample os the new almond chicken so I have an idea how it tastes like but I got a not so nice reply of WE ARE NOT GIVING SAMPLES . So I ended up getting my usual Beijing Beef and Orange Chicken. I guess I have to wait for panda express to give out samples.Food is spot on .I really like panda express. Just not this place.

It is disgusting the way the manager allows her employees to treat customers. I witnessed it first hand and when I chimed in and told the manager that her employee acted inappropriately and rudely. we were greeted by a rude manager who never once listened to what the customer was saying and because I spoke up and defended the customer when I asked for condiments another employee practically threw them at me to the point where they all landed all over the counter. By far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever had! Even the one that gave me food poisoning was better than this! Mushroom Chicken? How about just mushrooms… there was no chicken in it!Honey Walnut Shrimp? How about barely breaded shrimp and some walnuts?! The Chow Mein? For the price this place charges their pretty stingy with how they serve their plates. Like they literally measure what they give you all the way to the last shrimp. The steak with veggies is xtra charge but now its veggies with tiny chunks of steak. Its turned shady over the years. Used to be super great! Nothing like other Pandas.

I was an employee here. WAS. The job overall is not hard but it took 3 weeks for me to get hired. The managers are friendly but boy do they forget about of things. There was a mix up about my background check and transfers to different stores. I had to call most of the time to even hear a word about the whole situation. The Pay was 14.00 an hour but you worked like 3 days a week and the shifts are 5 hours. The food though was bomb as hell, and as apart of the staff the service was excellent I should say so myself. Always kept clean and overall a very nice fast food restaurant.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. Jocelyn was the shift manager and she was very rude and has no customer service skills. After paying for my food I went to fill my drink and there was no ice. I ask if they had any ice and was told no. I then ask for a refund on the drink. Jocelyn told me to just get the drink because it still comes out cold. I explained to her had I known there was no ice I would never had ordered the drink. My dad and I are here from Ohio for work. Went here at 10:15, 15 minutes before they were closed. The manager welcomed us, they were out of orange chicken and immediately asked by Myron the manager if we minded to wait to have them cook us some. The girl behind the counter was apologetic for being out at the moment and advised me it would be about 5 minutes for my order to be completed and then she asked if that was ok?? The Beijing beef and broccoli beef were fairly ok. However the rice which was supposedly fresh had multiple clumps of hard rice that were inedible. I posted a photo of this disgrace. This has occurred before at another Panda Express in Fontana on Cherry. Really Panda Express? One of the cheapest and simplest food to make and you decided to sell your customers sub-standard food because you can. Very disappointing. No more Panda Express for me. One day, my grandma died... I decided to grab some Panda to relieve the sadness just a little. To my delight, I was happily greeted by some dude name Cao, or Bao, I think it mightve been Jao or somewhere along that name. Nonetheless, this employee was one of the best, if not the best employees I have ever met ever. He did not just have a consistently happy attitude but also treated me with respect and kindness. I would never come back to this location ever again, terrible service, extremely small portions of food, when entering this location there were only three ontrays prepared. I had to wait 15 minutes for the basics, teriyaki chicken and mandoran chicken, orange chicken, and steak, none of that was prepared and there was three cooks. The girl packaging i believe her name is liliana, started to package our go plates then left to her break without telling another worker, we were still waiting for five entries. She was unpleasant and had no sense of urgency, with a huge line behind me. Overall this is the closest panda to my home and would perfer to drive to another location because of the whole experience.
