WaBa Grill
1290 Foothill Blvd, Rialto, CA 92376, United States
From a previous visit we remembered Wa-Ba Grill as a health-food restaurant. Since it was very close to our accommodation, we went there for dinner. The only little problem was that we arrived only one minute before closing time. It happened mostly because our inner clock showed a time 7 hour earlier, still, on Sydney time and because the grill closes on Sundays in unusually early hours, 9 oclock in the evening. We were expecting to be turned away, but no, not in this restaurant. Everyone was working on our order - a steak for him, and a grilled prawn's salad for me. They were ready to sacrifice their free time, and wait till we finish our dinner. It was too much to ask for, so we told them, to pack it together and we took it away. The food was delicious, and the service was EXTRAORDINARY!!!. Thank you Wa-Ba grill, well always remember your courtesy.

The place is a great option for lunch, but Im not sure about this specific location. Theres one older lady there who was fairly rude to us for making a mistake ordering, directly after she blatantly ignored my lady who asked for a wabba bowl aand waited for me to speak for her. It threw me off, aand When my lady made a common mistake, as told to us by the manager who was fixing the issue, she muttered rudely that we said you wabba bowl. Ive never gotten sick eating here the 3 times Ive gone, and Ive always gotten the tacos. The tacos are beyond delicious and wabbas always a healthy choice, but this location, all three times, smelt like a fart, something dead/rotting, or a flat out sewage leak. The last two times I didnt pay and the smell made me wait outside and question the food. Sadly I dont think Im going back, specifically because of how the smell makes me feel about the food and the experience as a whole. Why havent they fixed that, its a big issue? If my aunt or girlfriend would have just decided for anything else, I wouldnt of been back. The areas full of a bunch of great smelling, well maintained facilities with other healthy food options that wont make you question your experience.

Went to the drive thru tonight for a three entree plate, was told to hold on a minute and i politely replied take your time, ...... that apparently was my first mistake. After about 3-4 minutes, girl asks what id like to order, as i proceed to tell her id like a three entree plate with all chowmein, her response was would you like chowmein or rice i repeated my order of chowmein, and then as i ordered two of the three items, i was told to hold on mid order. I then waited aboit 2-3 minutes, and a different girl then asked me what i wanted again. I repeated my order, again and finished with that will be all. Girl replied well if thats all, pull up. Irritated at this point but not yet mad, i finally got to the window, and asked what my total was, the girl responded...what did you order again, so for the third time i reapeated my order in clear detail. The girl then rolled her eyes at me and walked away and another female worker approached the window, and asked me for a fourth time what i ordered....i now asked to speak with the manager clearly being quite upset. Now here Liz the manager enters the story, when she came to the window i explained what had happened, and she responded ill see what i can do what did you order so i told her with a bit of irritation stating this would be my fifth time repeating my order, and i still have not been told my total, she then rolled her eyes at me and got an attitude and asked if the shrimp i ordered was honey walnut or spicy, with quite a smirk on her face as if she was intentionally trying to irritate me further. She then walked away and i waited for 5-6 maybe 7 minutes i then just drove off not even wanting the food anymore. This establishment has never been uphill so i cant say it went downhill, ever since Liz has been manager of this place, its nothing but constant attitude and horribly trained employees. Sad to say with the new wage increase, the owner will lose business more and more until this is resolved, either retrain Liz or find someone wholl treat the consumer with respect and appreciation. Tonight was my last visit to that location.

My first impression was good but a bit pricey for fast food. Yet Ive come back three more times in the past year. Everything is prepared well, the portions are highly satisfying, and the staff is very attentive to customers. My only critique might be that the sound level at the registers is a bit high. A few times the person who took my order has misheard and had to correct it afterward. This, however, was done without hesitation and they were very quick to fix the order. The sauce bar has a wide variety of choices to customize your meal, among which I particularly enjoy the house remoulade. There are plenty of menu choices - even some great alternatives for the one person in your party who hates fish. I dont drink alcohol, but the six choices of craft soda at the drink fountain are excellent. But going back to the main attraction - this place has the most seafood choices of any restaurant where you dont order at your table, and so far all the ones Ive tried have tasted better than the nicer places and cost less. Definitely worth a try if youre fond of fish, and I wager youll most likely come back for more.

Very friendly people here. The food was great and hot. I would recommend this place to anyone. A step above the other Asian restaurants in this area. Will be going there again soon.

Where do i begin. Horrible food and service. I have been coming here for 4 years and the food had been amazing and the service great. But there are new ppl running it and you can tell. I called in my order and got there like 7 min later and paid but the kid who took my money failed to get my food ready or tell other kids that i paid. After 20 minutes of waiting and seeing other ppl get their food and leave who came after me i asked about order and the guy kinda smirked and was like your the phone order oh we didnt know that was you as this girl with red hair said her food is ready well not packed and ready but sitting under heat lamp 20 min.. So the girl gets food and i ask these are the 25 piece right and she doesnt even look at me and mumbles ya. I ask for ketchup and she puts something in bag i get bag and start to leave and notice no ketchup she has attitude and says well u grabbed bag . at no point do they apologize. I ask if under same ownership they said yes which i believe is a lie. All hipanic kids even the cook. The batter taste different and omg the shrimp are so small these are not shrimp to fry but for salads. I spent $27 and the piece of catfish was ok and fries but the shrimp are a joke. I was so mad. You only taste batter the shrimp are so small they are over fried you dont even taste the shrimp they are too small. I did not eat but instead ate my left over Hawaiian Ono from previous day. I will never return. I rather fry my own catfish and shrimp. Better yet Ralphs in N.Fontana if you buy catfish they fry for free and its great. I will never waste my money here again. They are gonna loose all the established customers the Asian ppl aquired with their amazing food. Its really sad. They will prob phase out the current menu and have to add more mexican food so they stick to what they know. They are selling liitle crappy shrimp that are not for frying like that. Horrible horrible the regulars who know the kind of food this establishment use to sale will see the difference and of they order those shrimp well they will see.
Septembers Taproom & Eatery - Rialto
1285 W Renaissance Pkwy, Rialto, CA 92376, United States
I like it here. The atmosphere is relaxed but not too boring. Its not loud annoying like Texas Roadhouse and spacious for larger parties. The bar can accommodate 16 guest in wooden, faux leather upholstered bar stools. The staff is friendly. Their servers are on the younger side and they seem to be all women (go figure). There are T.V.s all around the entire establishment all playing different sports. From bull riding, womens basketball, and sometimes soccer. Overall, its good spot to just hang out. With many food outlets around and a decent amount of shopping stores, its great! The bartenders are good people also. Theres a spunky woman who wont let you waste her time with nonsense and very friendly easy going gentlemen. Aside from the bar, it is a family friendly restaurant. Kids are welcomed as well any member of your family.Their food menu is Ok. Not top of the line but enough to fill you up.Customer service is as expected from any other sports bar. They get your order, your drinks, and thats it. Attentiveness and great customer skills could be worked on but not necessary if all you want is to just drink your beer.I would love to see a better ratio between the women servers and some men servers but this is my favorite spot so far. Good for a lazy Sunday or a girls night out.
Yang Noodle House Pho
1374 Foothill Blvd C, Rialto, CA 92376, United States
I never would of thought that Rialto had some fake PHO like that. Beware off fake restaurants! Make sure you ask them about their ingredients and the food you want to eat before buying.. Most asian businesses (mostly Chinese) are ridden with liars and low quality products. So please... consumers beware and report these poisonous businesses. They dont care about you. They just want you to waste your money on their low quality unhealthy food.
