Panda Express in Sausalito

Not sure what’s going on with the portions but this bowl wasn’t even full. Food was decent but why not fill up the bowl?

The manager and all the staffs here are the best. Always smile and super friendly. And they keep this place always clean which makes me want to get my food here from time to time. Food was hot and delicious at all time.

Always love stopping by a Panda Express.... Food is delicious and customer service is always outstanding.Was going to take pictures of my food..... But you know its good when you forget to take pictures. At least I took one of the fortune cookie :)Facility was nice and clean, restrooms where spotless.

Well start with the best part. The restaurant was very clean. I interacted with three employees, all three were far from pleasant. Everything was cold. The rice, the noodles, the mushrooms and chicken, The Kung pao chicken. I ate the food at the restaurant, so it didnt have a chance to get cold from a long trip home. I left feeling like I just escaped from an abusive relationship. I probably wont be back.

Today I had the pleasure to eat here.Here is my review:Today my family and I went to eat here, It was a party of 10, food was good that wasnt the problem. The problem was the people who was working there today. It is nice when you walk to any business and you get greeted, in here the workers were having a bad day I think cause honestly Im the one that had to say hello to them, they had an attitude and when I asked the person that rang me up WHY THEY HAD THAT SERIOUS AND UPSET FACE, HIS ANSWER WAS.. TODAY IS A BORING DAY! AS A CUSTOMER YOU WANT PEOPLE (Workers)TO HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE. I understand that we all have our bad and boring days but it shouldnt affect your customer service !

This is the cleanest Panda Express Ive ever seen. Its tucked into the corner of the newly upgraded Gateway Retail Center. The employees were very friendly and the food was great. Its obvious this owner takes pride in cleanliness and quality.

The food wasn’t good. Chow mein was plain in taste and was very mushy.The cashier didn’t give us the cups and when I asked for it she said I can take it myself from near the cash drawer.The tables were dirty, we had to ask people to get it clean.

I order plate Noodles, veggies and kungfau chiken. Noodles is like nothing taste then other panda restaurant i eat often . Kunfau chiken they fill half of the portion with whole red chilly . I asked one lady staff why she giving me more chillies then she replied me that it will come like this way and its edible. She wants me to eat like 10-12 pices of whole red chillies. Staffs are so rude.

Even though theyre busy, they still are friendly (thanks Doris!). Its been a year or two since Ive had panda express and it still tastes great!

We arrived just before closing time on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was clean, the food was very good with almost all options still available. The servers were very friendly and quick. I wish that all locations were run this well.
