Almost all of the servers here think they own the restaurant that they need to serve customers with limited servings and or portions so they dont lose money. Go to some other locally owned Chinese restaurants instead who are very generous in their servings. Dont go here if you care about the value of your money versus the food you are getting. Thank me later.

Ordered online using Panda Express app @5:09pm for 6:00 PM pick up.I got there at @6:05 PM, and the order was still not ready.I waited until 6:48 PM for them to prepare my food at the restaurant, but it was still not ready, so I gave up and asked them to cancel my order.I waited 40 minutes and checked with them 3 times during thay 40 minutes if my order was ready but it was not, so I finally asked to cancel my order.However, when I asked for the cancelation, they said my order was just ready, really??Also, the canceling process also took about 20 minutes.During all this time, the manager never apologized.It was a very bad, unpleasant experience.

Ive been about 20 years since Ive changed the Panda Express and hell probably be another 20 or 30 ever back again $6 for a bowl of rice the honey shrimp was okay I mean a dollar 25 extra but $6 for a polarized thats ridiculous you could go to any Vietnamese restaurant get the rice cheaper than that ten cents for the righteous $5 for the phone ridiculous Valley View heres what it looks like for a whopping $11.37 out the door

I always order through the app and pick them up. Today, they didnt even put any fortune cookies; my husband ordered broccoli and beef, orange chicken and chow main. There was barely any beef in it. Mine was Angus steak and chow mein bowl. Usually, they give more chow mein, but this time, not the noodle filled, not even half of the bowl, and the steak was a minimal amount. This branch was one of my go-to places, but I was very disappointed today. 😞

When a courier comes to pick up food and shows you the app with the customers name and information on it, TRY not insinuate that theyre still trying to steal it. I know that can be hard for you people, but it comes off a bit racist. Im sure it wasnt an uncomfortable thing to spectate for your dining area full of people as well. Be better.

Went here last nite and my daughter got food poisoning. This is the 2nd time I have ate at a Panda and someone with me got sick !!! I knew better. I had been to this location before and the quality seems to have stayed the same. its a good dish just like most other panda locations. the real issue was the line being out the door and them not moving people through quickly and efficiently. it took a long time for everyone to order and get their food. it looked as if they had enough staff as well but they were just really slow although the food tasted great.

I had the occasion to stop at this location while in town on business.Frankly I had always thought their serving concept to be rather... interesting... in that what one would expect to be main servings are served as sides and items like chow mien and rice make up the larger portion.It always struck me as a rip off. Which I why Id visited the location in my own town only once.As it so happened, the other night I found myself in line behind a gent for whom they were preparing multiple dishes, heaped with very generous helpings of the sides they otherwise dole out to others in carefully measured amounts. They were so busy getting his stuff together that they didnt even realize my order hadnt been taken.I can only assume the orders they were preparing for him were likely for well deserving people who work in the service of the community. A quite commendable notion. Clearly they cant do that for everyone.But I do find (and have always found) the portions theyve served to me as sides to be... disappointing.

Worst customer service I ever experienced, I been an active client of this location for a long time until today. This employee name Gabriela she was very rude and mean. I was going to redeem some coupons that I had for a long time so me and my friend went there and had two separate orders because the coupon said one coupon per person, so we had two separate orders and when we were about to redeem them Gabriela started question and saying that we were together and that we couldn’t use the coupons like she was an FBI agent, so I try to explain her that we were two different people and that we had two separate orders, and that they were two different transactions that we were following the directions the coupon gaved and while I was telling her this she ignored me and started talking rude to me, when I ask for her name she very rude answer “You can see my name, is in my tag!”. I told her to refer me with her manager but they look like they were best friends because the manager didn’t tell her anything and I don’t think she will. And this was the worst customer service I ever experienced.

So today I asked to have my boyfriend to buy me Panda Express while I was at work but he told me to order online and he would pick it up for me. So I ordered it on Uber Eats for pickup. When he got there, they refused to give it him. He showed my name and number like how many times but still refused to give it to him and he got really upset. He called me about the situation so I called them to settle it and finally gave him my food. He argued with the manager or employee or both and sweared at them of how poor customer service is. And guess what the manager did? Banned him from coming back there.Seriously is it his fault for swearing just because they refused to give to him my order? Honestly the staff is the problem. There are different varieties of dishes. My best Charmin with Orange Chicken,Broccoli then escort it with a medium cup of mixed Sprite/Lemonade thats it. I was full to my capacity. Really friendly staff. Ciari is one of the most welcoming people there. She has great customer service and doesnt skimp you on your food so you actually feel like youre getting your moneys worth. Their food is fresh most of the time. and of its not, a simple please with your request and the staff happily supply the order. I come here once or twice a week.

On a random Wednesday, went in about 20 mins before closing. The front end/Cashiers were properly masked, organized, and offered a perfectly timed, unexpected, upbeat, but appropriate greeting. Everyone appeared busy. I was most impressed and appreciative of the attention given to the extra requirements asked of establishments towards Covid. I saw total respect for public health, plus food handlers safety precautions being practiced. From soaping and scrubing the lobby floor to rinsing and draining the grill. The whole store worked with a smile as a team. Kudos for the workers at this location for really going the extra mile making me feel very safe.

First of all, can I just say 5 stars. I was greeted by the entire staff when I walked in the door. The tables were all clean and no trash on the floor. They were all working so hard to get everyones order filled. Even with the online orders and doordash everybody got served quickly. The food was so perfect. Very friendly staff. I have go e there many times and food has always been consistant as well as the staff. Went there last night and ordered Beef and Brocoli and Pepper Chicken combo. Sat down and opened the box to find cold Brocoli and little to no beef. The same was true for the Chicken. Took it back and they gave me a new to go box of each one. This time it was hot but the Pepper Chicken had way too much PEPPER. The Beef and Brocoli was hot but again u can tell the amount of beef has been reduced. I go in and make 2 takeout orders with two sides… both got honey/walnut shrimp at an additional price. As I stand there the girl [twit would be more descriptive] takes the shrimp from mostly empty shrimp tray. Prices go up, portion sizes go down. I have been going to this location for quite some time now and I have watched as my portions of food go down to the point they can even put the full scoop of orange chicken in my plate. They will scoop a full spoon and only drop a few pieces of food on your place and put the rest of the food in the spoon back into the serving bowl. And the addition cost for premium items like the Angus Steak or the Shrimp is rediculous. They charge more for it and give you less than what the regular size portion should be. The staff has definitely improved as they welcome you with a smile everytime you enter the restaurant and that is why I gave 2 stars. They just need to stop being so stingy or Im going to start giving all my business to China King down the street on Lincoln and Knott where they give super size portions and its cheaper than Panda Express. Take a look at your tray next time you go to Panda Express, you will notice that they are really shallow, they are not deep trays, which means your are getting fooled and ripped off every time you go to Panda. This place is going to lose a lot of business for their stingy way of doing things. Makes me wonder if the donations for Childrens Hospital are really going to the hospital. They just might be pocketing that too. Greedy people will do some outrageous things. Dont put it past Panda Express.
