Panda Express in Chula Vista

I gave 4 stars for cleanliness and the other star is for other improvement. I think their food was delicious but the portion was less than before and the price went up. We never had any bad experience except for the lady on the counter forgot to put chopsticks and fortune cookies in the bag. And when I asked, she quickly gave what I needed. To the staff, just practice food safety all the time.

Portion sizes have noticeably decreased. I used to feel full when I ate here, now their being cheap with portions.Parking is a disaster here. If you park in front, your blocked when to get out because of the lane formed for those who are ordering drive-thru. I attached photos.When I was sitting down eating my food, an employee started sweeping right under me. Five minutes later another employee was spraying chemicals in my direction. Disgusting!This place is managed terribly.

The food was cold and dry and to top it off there is no changing table in the restroom for the little ones. Later that night my husband got an upset stomach and soon after I did. How do we spend 2 weeks in mexico complete fine, no stomach issues and come back home to get sick.

Been coming here consistently for a year. Used to be a 4 star location, now we only have bad experiences. Three times now the string beans in the string bean chicken still tasted raw. No manager was available when I tried to tell them. Really stinks since this used to be a very reliable location.

This place disappoints me. I tried it as a walk in and the servers were being rude like they didn’t want to be there. The food wasn’t cooked good and they only had limited items so we didn’t have many choices. My bf and I decided to do the drive thru. The line for this place is ALWAYS long it’s like an In n out (coming soon next door) So we orders and they literally gave us no food 😆 I got a bowl and I ordered kung pow and noodles and it was empty !!! My bfs plate was one scoop of each item I was so upset we asked for sauces forks and spoons and they said they put some already so we took their word and when we checked there was nothing. I won’t be going here anymore I’ll drive the extra mile for better food and service.

I went yesterday three the drive thru ordered a plate with teriyaki and kung pao chicken … I mostly go to panda because of the kung pao to my surprise it had three pieces of chicken and all zucchini 😭 and it barley had oyster sauce too it was just a side of dry zucchini … the chicken you see in the picture is mostly from the Teriyaki chicken on the other side 😤 PLS DO BETTER PANDA 🥹

DONT EAT HERE! food was super undercooked. Everyone was leaving do to poor quality food and many people had refunds while we were there. Not only that but a nearby customer found hair in there food. Just horrible. Customer service was worse then the food. They told us to throw our food away and they charged us for our drinks even though we didnt touch our food. It felt like they did that out of spite.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDA LOCATION! NOT ONLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! This time our food was super bad! I almost think they did this on purpose because I had a discussion with the cashier! Food was burnt & look at that “bowl”! They told us to park & they would take our food to our car. We waited more than 10 minutes so they could’ve change my bowl that i kindly asked for! The only good thing about this panda is the drive thru! Other than that you don’t get what you pay for!

The food is OK but after like 30 minutes hurt my stomach really bad and I started throwing up. There was some girl I don’t know her name I was on my phone and she was eating chips in the back and she was just completely rude. And I found hair in my food. I’m never going back.

My wife went around 7 pm and ordered a chiken tyraky and when she got home the rice turned to stone, very bad service, we will not return to that place.
