Very disappointing this time. Its been a while since last visited, much smaller portions, little chicken crumbs in kungpow, hardly any beef with the 98 % broccoli, much higher price for everything, will not be back 😡

Its still good, but the chowmein is mostly lettuce now. It used to be so good I would order extra. Now you can tell they are trying hard to save money on their chow mein. They stopped making the teriyaki sauce in store now just give packets =/ going down hill just to save money.

I ordered through Uber eats for (pick up) from here and they ended up giving my order to someone else. The person they gave it to went to his car opened my food then returned the food while I was there. The worker wanted to give me the returned food? I declined it and asked for new plates. Turns out they ran out of everything I ordered by this time and made me wait like 45 minutes. I ended up just leaving. Also this specific panda has had a bad rep. They always give you so little portions and most of the time it isn’t fresh. I prefer to go to the ones on 10th st west for quality and quantity. It’s a shame since this one is near my home. Also the servers always try rushing you through and not very customer service orientated.

Review for March 6th 2022. This particular Panda Express is located in east Palmdale California. Good spot to have lunch and I especially like the Kung Pao chicken. The staff is fairly nice and the food is okay. Honestly not bad for a quick take out when youre in the mood for some Americanized Chinese food. I honestly dont come here often but when I do, I can expect the same service and quality food has always. Im not guilty, to say that I do appreciate customer service and good food. Thank you very much for todays visit.

Not at there fault it was close to closing time so they were out of some there items . Broccoli was a little over cooked . But service was fantastic, super polite and very professional.

Ordered 3 entrées very SUPER small portions I asked for a little more rice ended up paying more ridiculous... Not all but a few people In the line are RUDE. NO customer service what so ever 8/25/23Not going there again!!

Very rude service. I will not be going to this place again. The food was cold I ordered 6 4 of them with chow main and orange chicken it’s like I just got chow main and 5 little pieces of orange chicken. This is awful. Respectfully the food is not that bad but they need to get rid of does workers and get new ones. Specially that fat girl taking the orders

Arrived and the line was around the corner. Our turn to place order and told the lady in black shirt what we wanted and she got order wrong. Didnt notice til we got home to see wrong order for wifes food.. People always check your order before you leave. Also got a small portion of food not full trays as.other places..

As usual, lousy service at this location. Todays order was wrong/incomplete. Two item combo was short and the bowl literally had a thin layer of kung pao over the rice.
