One of the few fast food options with real vegetables available and all at a reasonable price. The new app brings some much appreciated discounts for repeat customers. This particular location can be fairly generous with portions but once in a while you will get one of the smaller servers who also thinks smaller portions of food is acceptable but I would disagree. Service is fast and almost never out of any of the main dishes or available mostly fresh in a few minutes of ordering. Thank you to all staff for providing good service at one of the few options for health concerned people.

Chicken and beef had no flavor tasted old and like sweet mush. Fried rice very bland and over cooked ... like it was reheated. Egg rolls were bland and mushy. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Convenient location with beautiful decor…. But….The mushrooms in the beef was barely cooked, the music was too loud, one bathroom is “reserved” with a handmade sign for “employees only”, so there’s a long line of patrons creating a longer line due to employees reserving a toilet for themselves. So annoying.

Panda always hits the spot but the team leader here, she is stingy with portions. One chicken breast for a teriyaki chicken bowl??? I would avoid this Panda location and go elsewhere.

I guess we are expected to use forks that are just laying all out On the counter by the soda machine.I’m all for not wearing masks if not sick….. but this is a little ridiculous. Kids n adults coughing etc. I’m not trying to put that in my mouth.If you don’t know how to use chopsticks, I suggest either bringing your own fork or going elsewhere.Luckily I do know how & enjoy using chopsticks, else I would be returning this meal & getting refunded.

I went first time there, and had Chowmain, tofu Eggplant 🍆 mix and spring vegetable rolls.I love that ❤️. And staff is so nice and caring. Love to visit again 💘

When this location opened it started off real strong. They were clean, friendly, gave good portions, and the food was cooked properly. Today will probably be my last time here. The lady had attitude and barely gave a actually scoop of each item. Not only was the chicken COLD but everything was COLD. I was waiting for chow mein and she still gave me the scrapings of the old one. I even said something and she just looked at me. I dont know what happened lately but this location is now a no go

Panda Express is always good. The portions are pretty good and you always get a free entree with a survey receipt code. Not very many places offer that. The staff are courteous, friendly, and very respectful. The food selection is pretty good, they have a variety of chicken dishes, meat dishes, seafood dishes, and vegan dishes. You can pick and choose as you please. You can buy a la carte or you can get different items as a plate. The choice is yours.

Its a pretty normal Panda Express but is in a fabulous ovation close to the water and with plenty of seating. It is great for takeout or eating in and is very convenient for visits to and returns from the beach. It is also in the same shopping center as a Safeway which adds further to the positivity of the location.

Im local I live up the street I just went in order to abowl with one side and the server was named Shirley and she put not even a scoop of my side also then I asked for some of the glaze and she sitting there playing with it saying she couldnt get any of it And I said theres plenty there and so to cut to the Chase lol dont waste your money here 🤬

Ate there twice and both times the service was not friendly. The last time I was served clumps of fried fry rice and the special beef had big peaces of cartilage. Management please retrain staff or stay on top of things. I welcome Panda in the area since I have my favorite in Serramonte Mall but it’s a little far from here. Hope thing had improved when I go back for the 3rd time if not strike 3 you’re out!

The food was good and this time they actually had mostly everything I wanted prepared. The only problem was the two front counter staff was handling in person and online orders so we stood there at the front counter for a good 3 minutes before we were even acknowledged, then close to 7 minutes before they started serving us.

This panda express is usually not that busy when I come through but today.. it was quite busy. The staff did well to cope but the chow mein cook must have been on break cause it was out, they kept asking.. 10 mins later he comes out and makes it.

Its okay for a car food place. Nothing exceptional, but its decent food. Three stars instead of four, because even though meat cost extra, the portions are very disproportionate to the veggies. IOW, they are stingy with the beef.

We were given 1 order and told the second order would be a 9 minute wait. 25 minutes later, right about the time we were considering a refund on the first order and leaving, the second dish was found sitting on the shelf for orders that were ready. Very disapointed. 2 stars because they didnt skimp on the Teriyaki sauce that goes with the teriyaki chicken. ( most other Panda Express restaurants seem to have a problem giving extra sauce when asked.)

Okay food, bad service. The only server that really works is Alejandro (name tag) all the other were just starring at me as I waited for 10 minutes. When Alejandro finished helping customer before me, they all asked if I needed help As I sat and eat there, Alejandro clean tables, and served all customers. One hard worker makes all the difference. Good job Alejandro

I came in and bought 3 plates. I was told that I had to wait 10 min for the fried rice and chow mein. Once the fried rice came out, it looked so nasty and moist, I brought it up to employee and he said they put too much water in it but continues serving other customers the same rice. Then he puts me 3 peices of orange chicken as my side, I also told him that a side holds a lot more chicken, he then goes puts tape over the box and you can see the tape in the pic. And all the other food was cold and seemed to be old and should’ve been thrown away and remade NOT SERVED TO CUSTOMERS. I come to panda at least 3-4 times a week in San Jose, and I never thought I would experience this at another location.

Lots of parking. Their menu is really good. No. Tasty. Just looking at it makes you hungrier. Servers are friendly and helpful about getting yr selection to you. You can have it to go or eat there! Nice and clean. You might get lucky n get a window table n see the beatiful beach.
