The line gets long sometimes but that is a good sign right? Came in for All Chow Mein and Double Orange Chicken, best plate combo in the world!

I ordered the super greens, black pepper chicken, white rice with sweet and sour sauce on it and 1 vegetable spring roll. Everything was cooked very well. Taste was outstanding. Definitely ordering this again! It was the first time I ordered the super greens. I loved the flavor but found the texture a little harder than expected in some of the green parts. The white was soft and melted in my mouth. Highly recommend for veggie lovers. I like the black pepper chicken because its hot but it doesnt have a kick to it. I can pick all if the big pieces of chicken out of it and eat it with my sweet and sour rice for a fun flavor balance.It is standard for them to sell 2 spring rolls at a time but I knew I was not going to eat it. They had a difficult time with this at first, until I finally said I would buy 2 but just give me 1 because I dont want it waisted. Then one of the ladies heard what was happening and showed the younger person how to ring me up with just 1 spring roll.The place is clean, bathroom is clean, and very easy to find parking. Hit this place up if you have a chance! I highly recommend.

They close at 9:30, but they close their kitchen way earlier so technically they don’t close at 9:30. More like 8:30, so you can’t buy the food you want because they run out and then don’t make more, even though they are still open. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Every time I order from here, the food smells like rotten eggs. The chow mein is the worst. Truly sad since I rather drive to the Ladera store since this store seems that they either dont wash the pans properly or just dont care about food safety. Stay away from food poisoning.

I ordered a plate with 2 sides and an entree..Amy placed two huge sides (fried rice and chow mein) a spoonful of a shrimp entree. I asked for a little more and she wouldnt comply. Amy should not be meeting the public. Amy is unfriendly, surly and unaccommodating. I left vowing to write this review and speak with the owner.

My brother and I went there because its always easy to order take out right I order chow-mein, orange chicken with beef and broccoli my brother order the same but he wanted kung-pao chicken instead of the orange chicken but the cashier said there was going to be an 8 minute wait so we skipped on the kung-pao now 10 minutes in we ask if they could change his orange chicken to the kung-pao they said ok so a total of 20 minutes waiting out side cuz no one said there was a line this is what we got, what a disappointment 😔

They enforce an arbitrary 7 piece limit on honey walnut shrimp, despite having to pay extra. This is the only Panda Express Ive been to that does this. And the manager is very rude and not customer friendly.

Its what you expect. But its good and compared to its competitors its extremely affordable. While everything else seems to be going up in price this place actually surprised me when I only ended up spending less than thirty bucks for my lady and I we got a lot of food.

Visited location 11/21/20There was no Black Pepper Chicken. The clerk seemed upset that I wanted to wait 6 minutes for then to make it. When i requested more napkins the clerk refused stating she put two napkin utensil packs in my bag although I told her there was three of us. She just turned and walked away. So no napkins for one of us. Staff seemed very short to almost rude. Paid $23 was not satisfied. Too bad the clerks seem like they dont like the job or the customers. She could have given me anther napkin when I asked. Would have made all the difference. 2 stars. Customer service and satisfaction is a must!

I normally like this restaurant but their customer service tonight was lacking. Low on veggies they asked if wanted to wait for fresh ones. Should have had them not dish anything up as by the time they were ready -the honey walnut shrimp were soggy in the container. Plus we had ordered fried shrimp and they were not ready until long after the veggies. I had to ask for them. I think they were forgotten. So food was tepid and soggy. I know they can do better. Also this location never offers a tofu option as most of the others do.

Normally, this location is on point however; tonight was different, They were stingy with napkins. I asked for extra napkins and was told, I was only allowed the single napkin; that came with my prepackaged fork. I went up again to get more napkins, I was given two, went up again and, was given two more. Finally, the other hostess gave me five napkins. If this is the level of service to be expected, we wont be back.

I dont feel like wasting my time typing out all my terrible experiences with this store (going on 10+ times now). Its right by my work and I love panda so Ive given them MANY chances to get it right, and they ALWAYS fail. Whether I do online pick up or order through the store it takes minimum 20 minutes just to get my food. Ive had times where I ordered online and they didnt start my order until I arrived. They completely ignore the special requests section of their online order process.. theyve forgotten the sauce for the egg roll I get 3+ times even though I specifically remind them in special requests. THEY DESPERATELY NEED A NEW MANAGER THAT WILL WHIP THEM INTO SHAPE. Sad Sad excuse for a facility. Oh and to top it all off their portions are smaller than a normal PE. I wont be back anytime soon.. pickup stix is not that far down Pico.

Someone hacked my panda account and ordered $60 worth of food from this location with my card. As soon as I received the email, I called the location immediately to tell them to cancel both orders. Called 5 times. Not once did they answer. It was during business hours. There is no excuse for such poor service. Would rate 0 stars if possible

The food we recieved tasted fine. I ordered 3 meals, one came without meat in when I got it home. This was the first meal I ordered, and they had plenty of Orange Chicken so it really blows my mind. I wouldnt have thought Id have to check something so simple, but I certainly wont make this mistake twice. Check your to go meals before you walk out.

The restaurant is Clean, nice lay out. I Ordered Firecracker Shrimp. They gave me three shrimp :) I am not sure what they are charging extra for ? the shrimp are not huge. Plenty of rice and noodles. The measured portions are not correct. I recommend a balanced meal from Pick up Stix. About the same price for a meal with more protein and less carbs.
