Good food, can be very busy and take a long time to get food at peak hours usually dinner time between 5-8pm. Be ready to wait in a long line. Staff is efficient and gets through the line at a decent pace. They usually will try and keep all the options stocked and ready to order but sometimes have to make a new batch during peak hours. Overall good food, quality service. Dont expect much room to eat in during peak hours as there are not that many tables to sit down at.

This spot WAS the casual and quick go to. Now they have hired a group of raging idiots that couldn’t pour water out a cup with instructions on the bottom. I had to wait for 45 minutes for Beijing beef to finish cooking, but while I was waiting they were serving a mountain of fresh Beijing beef to everyone in line behind me. I was waiting for almost an hour for absolutely no reason to the point I had to step in and remind them my food and I have just been sitting waiting for them to do their jobs. The worst service I have ever had in any establishment. I don’t usually care about wait times but this was a whole other level of disrespect and customer neglect. I won’t be going here for a long while until the dumb lazy worthless employees working here are long gone.

I used to LOVE Panda Express, but the quality and consistency of their food is lacking. This is the 3rd time in a row that I was disappointed with their food. This was not at 1 location. They were all different places.3rd strike. Youre Out! I wont be back.

Usually have good experiences here. Today we placed an online order. I know they’re busy so we showed up 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and it still wasn’t ready. When we checked the order they left out half of one of the entrees, and gave us 3 rangoons when we ordered 12. We went back in to tell them that the order was wrong and the girl working the register asked us if we need 7 rangoons. We told her we needed 9, because we paid for 12 and got 3. The girl hesitated and looked towards her manager. He said asked us what we needed and we repeated what we had paid for. He looked at the girl and just nodded as if she was allowed to give us what we had already paid for. When we got home we noticed they still shorted us 3 rangoons. There was no silverware or sauces either. All the stickers on the food showed exactly what we had ordered and they are the ones who royally messed up, yet were acting like we were trying to scam them or something. Terrible customer service. Food was subpar. Rice wasn’t even cooked all the way.

I’m a little disappointed in Paso Robles Panda. It’s always been good food as far as I can remember but last few times I’ve been in it’s really old looking food. I’m not sure if they are trying to save money but I don’t want to see almost empty or old food in the entire line up. Hopefully they get it together.

Food selection was much more scare then I would like it to have been. Customer service was mediocre, they kinda leave you hanging and the meals should have name written on the. So there isnt so much confusion. Employees need to be trained to communicate better from start of serving buffet line to cash register if they want it to run smoother and look more professional. Food was good nonetheless.

The food was hot and fresh, but the restaurant was filthy. Every trash can inside and out overflowing. Floors were nasty. Employee walked out, got a drink from the machine, and stood there drinking it and getting refills while there was a line of customers. While I may return to a Panda Express, I will never return to this one. The cook was on point!

Unprompted by me, they tried to save me money by switching around my order. I ordered a bigger plate plus extra of a side. They thought if they changed it to a plate with a medium container of the doubled side, it would be less. Sadly it didnt save any money, so they changed it back, but I appreciated that they would take the time and try. I have been here many times. Every time I come here, they always have an abundance of good vibes and teriyaki chicken.

Good food, the only complaint I have is that there website isnt the greatest. Sometimes I go to order something and instead of just saying its temporarily unavailable and giving me a time frame of when it will be back, it just gets completely removed from the site and doesnt come back for hours and you have to just hope it will be available. I understand that sometimes there are shortages of certain items but thats not the same as when the bowl is empty and they are cooking more of the item and it will be available again in a few minutes. Why are you going to completely remove an item from the site and prevent it from being ordered when it will be available in 10 or less minutes?

Check your order before you leave. They shorted our order and when we called about it they were dismissive. No apology and they just said next time when we come we can get it...REALLY we were having a family get together and wanted our full order. We told the girl our orders that were missing and that we were coming back down. She didnt even put the order in so when we got there we had to wait in line. It would have been fine if they just said, hey were sorry about your order, lets get it fixed for you. Instead we got the rude attitude of we dont care and screw your order. Glad we have other businesses that feel differently about their customers we will be going there instead.

They have awesome workers and great food everytime I have gone in! I had sent my boyfriend to get some dinner well needless to say he got my order wrong and I was starving so I went back into panda to get it corrected right away a worker had asked if I was missing something when I told her what happened she instantly got me what I wanted and had it corrected within minutes I didnt even have to wait in the long line! Your employees don’t seem to be concerned with how long people are waiting. Priority should be given to the people that are in your restaurant not the computer. Worst panda Ive been to. Always runs out of food. Chao mein was all cabbage. Mushroom chicken literally had NO chicken just raw zucchini. Ive waited 30 mins on 4 separate occasions for online order. Edit: after I finished posting my review my wife informed me that her fried rice was hard and crunchy and the orange chicken was too spicy for her and my kids to eat. My experience recently in Panda Express was very bad.The food was great, but employee Abby had a very bad attitude. I was not able to clearly hear what she was asking because of the mask she was wearing and the plexiglass between us. When I asked her to repeat it again several times because I couldnt hear clearly, she rolled her eyes and just yelled it at me. She was then highly frustrated the rest of the time with me.All the other employees were great, but Abby definitely left a horrible taste in my mouth.This happened at store #1070

I love panda but i am tired of seeing them so understaffed lately. This place always have long lines and we dont get discounts so everyonenis paying good money, so I mean please staff more people on your line. No one should have to wait 40 minutes just to get to the food line to order and another 15-20 minutes to pay at the register. It is also affecting the online orders as they are never ready on time anymore. They used to have it ready before the estimated time but they are so popular and under staffed that its just not happening anymore. Sad because this was my go to place for dinner when I am working late which is always.

Dont expect to get your food very Express, if there is a line be prepared to wait for the staff to bubble along at a rate of a kindergarten bake sale. The food is as good as it can be for less then $10 a meal, and really isnt that bad when its cooked right. The quality of the service has really gone down hill since the old manager left, I think his name was Terry. I saw a manager disappear to the back when the line was amazingly long behind me. Not going back any time soon.

First place in Paso to enforce masks and deny service. Will never visit this place again. Not very good. Got there at 5:30 and the line was to the back door. I move up in line at a quick pace, but noticed it was not because people were being served, it because they were leaving.. they had 3 girls working the line and 1 guy cooking. The girls 1 being the manager were discussing there break schedule and then there were 2 girls working. One went on break. They were very slow and not very helpful with getting customers orders.

Love this Panda Express better than any other one Ive been to. There food is always fresh and delish. This time I ordered the Shanghai Angus beef for the first time and Loved it! Its quick,convenient and so good. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Line moves fast, but if u dont want to do the line just place your order on your phone and pick it up. Makes life easier. Plenty of seating inside and patio seating as well.

Panda Express has good fast not real Chinese food but it is really good. Be sure to get there after lunch or early enough before lunch because they do get very crowded and sometimes have a line out the door. They are very nice there and they will always offer you a free sample of something if you want to try it. Even for as busy as it gets the place always seems very clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly towards the customers.

All around good experience. Its Chinese fast food and its done pretty well. Although they take a healthy marketing approach, Im a little skeptical. I ordered the orange chicken with my plate. There was so much fried dough on it, we decided to call it donut chicken. My favorite was the walnut shrimp. I ordered a small side and was disappointed that there were only five small shrimp, but they were tasty. The selection of vegetables with the entrees is good.

The food is panda express.. its a fast food chain, you know what to expect. During the covid stuff, these people are working at triple speed, and after standing outside for 20ish minutes (which was pretty fast based on how many people were waiting), nobody even said thank you as the employee was running back and fourth grabbing sauces and giving people their orders. The door dashers and the impatient people apparently dont have any concept of manner, so to the staff working diligently during this crisis, even if it takes a little longer to get orders out, thanks for working hard still!

Sadly, I cant go to the Paso Panda anymore because today (Sat) they would not take my order unless i wore a mask. I explained that I have a medical condition and they turned me away. However, last Wednesday and the previous week, I did not wear a mask and it was not a problem.UPDATE today I decided to see if anything has changed. I tried to order online for pick up. We stopped going here for a while and decided to try it again today. I quickly remembered why we had not eaten there in months. They are understaffed, undertrained, and dreadfully slow from serving to accepting payment. 6:00 p.m.The iced tea was completely empty, and only 3 choices on the soda machine were working but down to 2 by the time we were leaving. There was at least 8 orders awaiting chow mein because they hadnt cooked enough for the lunch hour. By the way they were out of ice. If i wanted warm drinks i would go to starbucks. This represents very poor management. You might think a restaurant would have enough food to get through the lunch hour. If your out of ice go to Walmart across the way for 10 bags. Online order didnt go thru on their system, cashier was rude about it, showed her the confirmed order in the app, insisted on the email confirmation, so I showed her that, went back to a computer in the store for 3-5 mins, left all other customers unserved, made my order and handed it to me, no apology or nothing, she doesnt belong on the front lines, usually good service there, worst ever tonight.
