Panda Express is always tasty. It is good and quick. I like the choices offered and the fact that I dont have to cook. I am used to this type of place offering slightly larger portions (especially on the specific dishes), but otherwise, a great place for a meal. Check it out.

I love Panda Express from East coast to West coast. This is one of the worst location I had after hundreds of Panda Express locations. Food is not the same as other location. Employees here are not happy at all. I thought it was just one time or two times. NOOOO. I was wrong. It was every time for past 5 times I went there. Recommend go to other Panda locations 5 mins down the road. You will spend your $$$ and be happy with food and service somewhere else.

There are some workers who are so skippy that when you ask for them to add a few pieces of super greens they scoop out rice for it. The one star was because of the icing on the cake. I asked for honey walnut shrimp and literally got a half scoop whereas the guy who got shrimp before me got a different amount. Then the work mistook me saying that wasn’t right for another order of shrimp when I wanted orange chicken. By that point I did not want to continue with correcting my order. The next person on the assembly line was kind enough to offer the correction but I didn’t want to trouble her. It’s just hit or miss on what service you’ll get. I’d rate three stars but I’m going with one on the chance that maybe management or corp will read this. With these prices a few Pennie’s worth of rice would have made a difference on a happy customer.

I have been going to this location over the years, close to work and home. Seems like portion size keeps decreasing and prices keep increasing. Todays portion was honestly 1/3 less than normal. She cut up a small piece of teriyaki chicken, even skimped on the rice and chow mein. If I didnt have to get back to work, I would have taken it back. Ridiculous that you are charging me more and not even giving the amount that you are supposed to!!

I have been to this panda express so many times but today the attitude the employee showed me was just rude. She kicked me to the back of the line after she told me to stand to the side for the chow mein to be made. I stood at the back because I didnt want to escalate the situation or seem rude but after I paid for my chow mein she told me thats how its done at panda express here, you have to get at the back of line in a rude manner. Like come on Im just trynna be nice and buy sum chow mein.

This particular location seems to be a bit racist… they are rude and when you ask them if they can add a little more rice, etc. it’s a huge problem for them. I asked for the bigger peace of tofu, and the Latina lady with the blonde hair told me, “ Sorry noooo”. I’m like who are you saving the lager squares for, there were only shavings of tofu in my serving. Then the European lady came over and said it was a serving. I would go to the location near Dublin Blvd. they are much more mild mannered and more of the Asian culture in staff. This place shouldn’t be serving us crumbs for this premade hot table food. I asked her can you remove what you put in, and serve me what I’m asking for. She said, “Nooo”. 😳 I chose not to even patronize them and left. Do they not know who is paying their salary!

They hiked up the price of Ala carte, which is okay understanding true inflation but they literally decreased the quantity by 30%. Upon bringing that up at the checkout she completely ignored and did not acknowledge or respond to the less quantity. So basically pay more and still get less then before- poor quality and service

One of the few Panda Express locations that actually has eggplant tofu. However, it did not look particularly fresh and there was only enough for a medium sized serving. It still tasted good however. Lots of chow mein freshly made. Steamed stir fried vegetables were fresh & nicely seasoned - lots of broccoli! Restaurant appeared clean, disappointed that the sweet tea was empty. Cashier was friendly. would go to this location again even though it is somewhat out of our way.

I got denied service initially on 6-22-2022 10am due to no mask. I am vaccinated. I will not be back here to Panda Express unless required masks are lifted. Lucky another customer gave me A new mask if theirs to get service.

Most Friday’s I stop here for lunch. All I got to say is that the restaurant is always clean and the service is Fantastic. The girls who are serving always have a smile and the usual cashier “AN” he is always in the best mood. Overall Way better then many Pandas.

Always consistent. One of my favorite chain (fake) Chinese restaurant. This location rarely has a wait, is fairly busy (good though), and most always has fresh food. Seems like their management and employees dont mess around.

More of a 3.5 than a 3 but today I round down as the wait was a bit longer than what I deem acceptable for fast food. This location is rather constant in both food quality and staff friendliness. Parking for any business on this side on the shopping center isn’t ideal.

The quality of the food was really fresh. Very delicious. The service is really fast and the employees were really kind. The interior was well picked and goes well with the atmosphere. A very good place for a dinner or if youre in a pinch. I really hope to come here again!!

Every time i go here, they mess something up with my order. don’t order teriyaki chicken because they never have teriyaki sauce. i ordered 2 chicken egg rolls and only received 1 and it was burnt! please be careful with this place. or go to the other one by safeway.

Its a grand opening in that location. No drive-thru. Very small location with tight parking. Youd never know its there, because its on the back side of another building. Not the wisest choice of location. The food was decent. The staff seemed to think everything was a joke and took nothing serious. Honestly, Id go to another Panda location next time.

I love the food! The manager is very rude which is why the minus stars. When they had forgotten part of my order that was picked up by a roommate, she hung up on me & ignored my call back! It happened as the roommate was inside the restaurant & witnessed this incident of the phone ringing!!! Yes, she did that.

This should be your last resort for takeout fast food. Portion sizes are less than other Panda Express. Got the firecracker chicken (worth trying), Kungpao chicken (too salty) and chow mein (instant regret, noodles was not tossed and half of it was just bland boiled noodles)
