Im noticing that the food tastes different each time I go. I guess it depends on which cooks cook on different days of the week. Also the Panda Express in Vallejo charges more for their food than the Panda Express in American Canyon. Wonder why that is 🤔

Our go to lunch whenever we dont have any idea to eat. They did mess up my order once, ordered through UberEATS. Orange Chicken, Honey walnut shrimp, crab Rangoons (highly recommended)

I stopped by and grabbed a bowl. When I got to the car I noticed I didnt have a fork so I went back in. The guy in front of me got a fork in his bag, but I still thought it might have been a mistake. Then when I asked the lady for a fork she instead had me walk around to the side and get it myself although there was a box of forks behind her and she just gave one to the gentleman in front of me. Super weird experience.

I was really sad today...I love their food, but it made me sick today. I had broccoli beef, orange chicken, and chow mean. It was likely the chow mein. It did not seem fresh. I tried calling Panda Express to see what to do after not running to the bathroom constantly. No one answered the phone, and there was no way to leave a message. So, I drove down there. I asked the lady at the counter if I could speak with the manager, and she spoke briefly with me about my problem. She did not seem to care. I had to reiterate that the food made me sick because she didnt act like she was going to do anything. She hesitated and then offered to remake the food. I said I wasnt interested, since I already had been in the bathroom all night. What if they just gave me more bad food??? Anyways, she unsympathetically offered me a coupon to remake me a plate of food and I had no choice but to take it and walk away.

Food is awesome as usual. Panda is my 2nd favorite place to dine out. Lots of menu choices. Vegetarian options. Reasonably priced. Polite staff. I highly recommend for take-out or dine-in.

We come here very often and continually having the same issues. The last couple times online order food isn’t ready until 1520 minutes after and then when we do get the food it’s not fresh I’ve asked for it to be remade today and they said they were too busy. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve, but I ended up having to go home with some thing that was not delicious and fresh the way it should be.

Food and portions are good.Ive been there quite a few times and the a/c is always blowing cold air on you and makes your food cold, too.So we just eat in the car.

Good place for some food. Its just like any other panda express. The in door seating is nice and they kept the store very clean. Very nice atmosphere and great employees helping with orders to make sure everything is right. Food tasted just fine as other panda express Ive been to before.

Absolute terrible customer service. They constantly forget things like forks, the sauces you ask for and mostly get orders wrong (even of you ask them directy). When I asked for a refund for an order they got wrong, the manager told me no. I highly advise not going here.

I personally like Panda though many people renounce it as Not Chinese. The vegs in the dishes are cooked correctly though if sitting around awhile not so much. I usually enjoy a Bowl and it gives me plenty to eat.

Came in after a long day at work, a customer was being very rude to the cashier, who was angie. She remained patient and respectful towards them and after that customer instead of being irritated she greeted me and conversed with me making my day so much better! Always a pleasure walking in and seeing someone not letting a rude customer ruin their day. She was very kind. great personality for the environment!

We live in American Canyon what the Panda Express. The food was terrible very badd. Will never eat there again. Fried rice Tasted like steamed rice. Broccoli and beef no beef no sauce. Our Bill was over $30 terrible. Food was terrible

Had family dinner with orange chicken. Alwsys seems like I have to wait as that dish is usually always almost gone. Wish they had potstickers, but dont. Crab puffs and egg rolls over cooked but food solid and they do remember your order. Dont care for the chow mein, but reasonable price and service is good

Its 10:00 am on a Sunday, opening time; they are still cooking ALL the food, asked me to wait 10-15 mins. for what I wanted, waited almost 30 mins. and still my order is not ready and not even signs that it was gonna be ready any soon, just left.

I was dissatisfied with the portions. They load you up on rice and noodle skimp on the main courses. Im a commercial mover. Dont skimp on the portions if you want return business from me. Im a hungry man and you give more in the pint size than the plates .

Horrible experience with manager. Staff member gave me mushrooms instead of chicken and I am allergic to mushrooms. The manager was rude and will not give me a refund. I do not live in the area so luckily will never have to go back. STAY AWAY.
