Everything out of stock waited 10 minutes came back and still out. Chef was washing back splash behind woks versus making more food. After watching for a while more I see the issue was more the fact that they had one chef making food and 5 people scooping food. Really not fair to the chef who had no chance of keeping up with all the call in uber take out orders as well as walk-in orders clearly ownership or management is truely at fault. Got to Panda at 8:20pm left with my 2 item plate at 8:55pm. Update...went back today and was very crowded but 2 chefs were working and all items were in stock.

Panda has gotten extremely expensive for food that was once inexpensive and a great value. Preparations are basic and well prepared and you do get a lot of food for the prices. A four item combo is 12$+ but enough for two meals.Staff was friendly and courteous and the restroom was very clean. Overall a recommendation.

I use to get great service and good portions. Lately it has gotten worse. No eye contact and no hello’s or thank you’s. And to top it all off the chow main was half the size as normal. Totally disappointed and still hungry. Bummer.

Today is August 22 Monday, came in to this store at 9:08 I ordered 2 plates with total of 4 sides of kung Pao chicken, they said I’ll take 8 minutes.I pick the plate I sit out side because they want to closeI opened my plate it was only vegetable of kung pao no chicken in it at all. I hope they understand they close by 9:30 if they close earlier I wouldn’t come at allPlease please I understand your situation you guys wants to close but it’s not nice to not doing your job.By the way I went back to them they said they will tell the Cheff.

This place was crowded tonight and did not handle it very smoothly. Service was slow and erratic. The food was hastily prepared and not as good as the usual quality of Panda Express. Thinking we caught them on a bad night, cause most of the time they are pretty good.

A little above moderately priced, but a large selection of entrees and sides. Food a bit bland compared to many non-chain Chinese restaurants. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking not an issue here as its located in Trolley Square shopping center. Dine-in and Take-out available.

4.5 stars. The place is kept clean. The people who work there are always polite. It can get pretty busy. They almost always seem short staffed. The food is always good and fresh. Often though certain items can be temporarily out. I have never had a problem getting what ordered. The order website can be very confusing. The orange chicken is always very tasty. I often eat here.

Went on a Sunday evening. The lines were long and online orders kept coming in as well. It seems like they were more worry about packing the online orders first than the walk-in waiting customers. Waited more than 30 minutes until my turn. Also the fried rice were under cooked. The noodles were mostly vegetables because they were getting low. Definitely not going back to this location.

Ordered on-line tonight from the app. Super easy and was able to skip the line. 20 min time frame. Arrive right at the pickup time and the crew was slammed with a large crowd and line out the door. Props to the crew for kicking but and assisting everyone as fast as possible. Had to wait additional 15 minutes but it was well worth the wait. Food was great. Well done crew.

This Panda Express location can be easily located because it is near other popular establishments like Starbucks, Target and Cold Stone Creamery. They are pretty quick to take your order and very efficient when it comes to preparing your food and after paying.I would suggest trying their new entrees because they tend to release good entrees that would elevate your experience. I would normally get Honey Walnut Shrimp. It is pretty good. Then, I would also get the ever so good, Orange Chicken and their Chow Mein.Parking wont be a problem since they are located at an establishment circle, so there would be more likely have a space of your car, whether it is big or not. I also like the fact that they are very happy to assist you and would greet all the customers whenever they come here.

Horrible customer service. I will not go to this one again. I ordered $92 worth of food and they shorted me my order of 6 chicken egg rolls by only giving me one. I tried to call them twice and they refused to answer so I had to drive there. When I got there they told me I would have to wait for them to be cooked so I had to settle for spring rolls and when I asked to have a small to compensate me for my troubles and gas and they refused after I spent $92 on the food. So rude.

My local Panda staff is awesome and super friendly!! I had to pick up orders for my daughters sleepover so I was overwhelmed! They made ordering so easy and fast! I am a delivery driver been delivering for you guys for 4 months the first 3.5 years I deliver for you the food is always ready but the last 6 months it’s been awful, never ready and always having to wait, they don’t value our time . I have been professional but enough is enough . We don’t get paid to wait and the order should be done when we arrive, I understand if your very buisy or an occasional wait but not every single time and not when the store is empty . It doesn’t matter what time I fine it’s always a wait and it’s very unproffesional and rude . Ive been working at panda express for 5 years I see reviews about customers waiting, or they pay while theyre waiting, the reason for that is we prefer to serve fresh not dried up food. Especially just before closing time we dont waste I dont want to throw away good food, would rather serve it fresh for the customers. I also see a lot of customers complain about waiting time, that has to do with the with the customers deciding what they want to changing your mind or asking for lots of samples. All in all our food is delicious I personally eat here every working day, we have great cooks and great serviceI enjoy working here With my Panda family.

Ive been here often and i can say that only 3 ladies working there truly deserve a compliment. I dont know the name of two just one: her name is Mini. A couple of times of many Ive been there she has really gone out of her way to make sure all is good with our meals. Great job Mini keep up the great work!

We went there yesterday. Im not a panda express person I tried it ten plus years ago didnt like it then. My father n law picked it so we went. I knew there was a reason I didnt like it. We ordered food 3 sides they filled the box with two and gave us these tiny boxes with the other side fyi I paid extra for the bigger portions. My mother n law order hers 2 side she order two of them. They told qe needed to stand back as they prepared our meals. When it was ready my mother n law went to grab them as the employee said okay heres your order she responded I should have more she then continued to argue with her finally another employee said she should jave another bag the girl say oh here you go 🙄. We werent impressed and will not be returning.

We decided to pick up some food here today before my daughters and I headed home. We love Panda Express and couldn’t wait to get something tasty to eat for lunch. But I don’t know what it was but the food did not agree with my stomach and I’ve had to rush to the bathroom a couple of times. Afraid we will NOT be going back to this location. Something was wrong with the food we bought. Thankfully it hasn’t affected my oldest daughter. She only had the chow mein so I know it wasn’t that. So it had to either be the cheese Rangoon’s, fire breast chicken, or the walnut shrimp. Really bummed.

Panda Express needs to train employees and mainly their management to LISTEN and not interrupt a guest when there is an issue, I spent more than 65 bucks to be short a portion that I paid for, the manager kept interrupting, I was trying to tell her I was short a portion of orange chicken and she kept interrupting and interrupting I got very frustrated.Never, ever again. We got home and yes we were short.

One manager in there that pisses me off. Spanish to talk about me to the cooks and she has no reason to be talking about anybody I used to going there every other week because there arent that many choices around where I work however she made me. Decide to quit going there for a while because of her snide comments Im horrible customer service. I always order the same exact thing then I go there I always order half rice half Chow Mein and one day I ordered and I got to work and didnt see didnt see the rice only chow mein so I called her back and told her and she made it seem like it was my fault even though I get the same thing all the time everyone at my work knows that and then she told me to come back and then she would give me extra rice but if Im already ordering half rice and have to remain why the hell would I need extra rice so I took it but it definitely made me rethink going there so they lost a customer for a few months I went back for the first time today

Food is always good. This is about staff and mgmt at town center. Last time I was here I asked to split a rice bowl with orange chicken and Beijing beef and was told no. Today right in front of me they split a rice bowl with two items. I asked and they wouldnt split my order. Also, a question arises about price on a order and the manager and cashier spoke in Spanish so we couldnt hear or understand their conversation. Assuming BC the people in line including myself were white. Then continued to ring up in English. Rude. Too bad I know Spanish. I wont be going back to this location.
