I bought Panda Express food for several days in a row and ate it myself and never used the toilet when I went home and I wanted to use it today but they refused me they say I need to buy something I say but I don’t need anything now I bought you yesterday the day before yesterday every day and didn’t use it you can go to the toilet, you need to buy something And I will never go back there again in my life, this means I’m customer oriented, I’m not like that But if you can’t feel me, the toilet is once every 3 months, then I’ll never buy anything anywhere in my life again

This is a joke, a robbery. I ordered a PLATE OF BLK PEPPER STEAK AND HNY WLT SHRIMP, they charged me an extra $1.25 FOR EACH ONE, because they say its special but they put only 6 pieces of shrimp and 7 small pieces of meat with a burnt flavor. I dont want to imagine what the portions would be like if they didnt charge extra. Its way better Yoshinoya or Waba Grill then this place. Never coming back to order this again.

Service and atmosphere are horrible. Between three servers they wrote NOTHING DOWN, they had asked me not joking- at least 20 times what I wanted in each bowl, couldnt even move down the line, yet, somehow they were taking even more order behind me still not writing things down?!?! I then ordered on the side four egg rolls and because they wanted me to leave an employee by the name of Giselle just whispered to the male server just give her rangoons just give her rangoons. If you order here get ready to pay attention real hard to get what you want, seems like they want to charge you anything. I then spoke to the manager Adolpho who does not seem to care, I mean the food isnt for free? Why is the service awful? Hire people that value their job please.

Reason for 3 stars was because my wife asked for a sample of the steak and the lady told us No we dont give samples nomore!! With an attitude which we are like oook... Also the portions she was giving us was like if she own the Panda restaurant.. Been there many times even ordered catering food several times and this is the 1st time I had to run I to this issue. I have never seen the employee or manager since she had the black shirt on.. Might stop by if no other place near by to eat...

Terrible service . The employees should have training on god customer service . Acknowledge when a customer comes in for online pickup . I literally stood there for a couple of minutes until I asked an employee .-Absolutely ridiculous!!! Ordered pick up from here on Sunday around 2 pm I got a plate with orange chicken honey walnut shrimp with chowmein and a side of mushroom chicken also got my partner a plate with chowmein and double teriyaki chicken which they made wrong because when I go home and opened it hers had teriyaki and orange chicken but we were like whatever’s after eating maybe 30/40 mins later it hit …. Food poisoning Constantine vomiting and going to the bathroom the next 6/7 hours were the worst and painful no matter what I tried I couldn’t keep anything down had to call out of work the next day … never eating any Panda Express ever again

They charge you for an empty plate for sure! The mushroom chicken side was only 2 pieces of chicken and and the beef broccoli side had only a little amount of shredded beef and big pieces of broccoli that filled the whole plate! And this wasn’t my first bad experience here, I just went to this location again bc it’s close to my house but this was my last time for sure. This location should go out of business.

Worker prepared my plate and it accidentally touched the shrimp. When I mentioned I had an allergy and to please make a new plate they instead refuted my claim and said it didn’t. As to why I am not sure but the customer is not always right here, even when it’s their own life-threatening allergies

At this panda you always have to make along line and they make you wait to make more food. There portion sizes are on the light side. There are other pandas that have hefty portion sizes. Staff seems slow. The last time I was here I waited 25 min from the time I got in line to the time I got my food.

I was the first In line but had to wait on Kung pao to be made....coo whatever well after waiting 20 mins they bring out my order and the order is wrong and the portions were smaller than normal...now I’m waiting another 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken to be made...I ask for some extra sauce for the wait and complain about the portion sizes and was told they are very busy and have to make supplies last all night but can give me an extra fortune cookie! I started to hate this place. First l wanted to order with the app. At 9:20 pm. It didnt let me place the order. And coz l know they close until 10pm. I went there. What a surprise. At 9:30. 1 1/2 minute read:I like Panda Express. Their menu is varied (enough) that you can enjoy one or two Entrees in a combo. Their Shrimp is delicious, as is the Beef Broccoli, Chicken Kung Pau etc.All the Servers follow Panda Instructions on Courtesy, Smiles, Patience and CDC Guidlines for the Covid invasion. They have a Cafeteria Line system: You begin at one end, and end up at the Cashier.Some Pandas have been known to charge 50 cents for a Fortune Cookie, and some give it free. Parking is uasually not a problem at this location at Laurel Canyon and Rosco Blvd.When in Sun Valley and you want fast Chinese food, stop by.Thanks

This Panda is terrible!! Out of noodles, had to wait over 10 minutes. Finally got home and missing 3rd item (Sesame Chicken) and no teriyaki sauce for teriyaki chicken!!! Noodles were hard, oily and just plain bad. Sesame chicken tasted horrible, oily and could tell it sat under the heat lamps for a long time because string beans were soft and soggy.

No good! Note to self: never get Panda Express before they are closing. My worst Panda experience yet! Granted I walked in 10 minutes before closing but the food was really bad. Mongolian beefs beef was like rotten chewing gum, and the Kung paos chicken was the same. (Much like the Chinese you dont trust and dont know if you are eating rat instead of chicken!)The food was overly greasy and the meats tasted disgustingly bad (not eatable). The mountain dew was pretty good! The store looked pretty clean but the staff attitude for the most part was like Im overworked, extremely tired, underpaid, and cant wait to get the heck outa here. I have gotten food here before and was normal but this time I whish theyd told me theyre closed and not serve me that food!
