Food here is always amazing and so fresh! The service can vary depending on how busy it is, when its busy (lunch rush) theyve misheard my order a few times due to too much going on around them, but Ill still go back !

If I could give 0 stars I would, there is plenty of parking, customer service is a hit and the place is okay. I bought 2 meals and 2 kids meals and found flies on the food. Please check your food before you go out the door.

Have to wait around 25 minutes for them to serve me and charge me and there was a lot people waiting. It seems like they want to save up money to their boss; probably by doing so, will end up being the owner (s) of this place, anyways, know your portions because what you are doing is rob. I know that many customers had complained that what you served to them seemed a joke.

I come to Panda because the food is already made and I can get in and out. Every time Ive been to this one, the item I come in for is out, and then they lie about how long its going to take. Stay on top of your prep and be straight with people. I wont be back, but it might help your reviews in the future.

I usually come here to pick up my lunch. I dont have issues with the food, its always good. Lately they dont have a way to order online. It seems like its always off. A day or so I could understand, but its been 2 weeks where every time I try to order ahead I simply cant. That needs to get fixed. Id like to know if they have what I want before heading to the restaurant. Ive gone a couple of times and when I get there they dont have what I want. I tried calling, but I get their answering machine.

There is always a couple of entrees that look good. They are happy to give you samples and I appreciate that I can get half rice and half Chow mein rather than one or the other. Its not going to win any awards for Chinese cuisine but for fast food, it really is good and satisfying.

They literally will never update their hours online, or through their answering machine. theyre supposed to close at 9:30 and somehow never happen to stay open past 7 or 8 on some days. simply putting up a paper sign on the door saying you close early on certain days is not ENOUGH. their online ordering is literally ACTIVE and the store is closed when you show up??? like what???? do better panda express. how hard is it to do all of these things to make things convenient for your own customers??? this location is a waste of time. dont come here go to the downtown location theyre open until 10 even tho it says 9:30 online.

Food was standard for Panda which is on the higher end of fast food. Most of the staff was nice but the lady doing the greeting up front a 12:25 on 26 Oct was a jerk.

Panda Express Goleta used to have good flavorful food and friendly staff; sadly no more. My beef was ‘peeking’ out from excessive batter, my kung pao had no ‘pow’ (bland) and micro chicken pieces. Really felt like I was being hustled with even higher prices. Never again.

Our company has ordered GrubHub from here a few times. Each time, quality has degraded. They send the bottom of the barrel, worst pieces of meat possible. The chicken was as hard as a rock. PLEASE do not spend your money here. This place needs to get shut down.

Just purchased a bowl of chow main and mushroom chicken to go. Removed the lid to discover I received 2 1/2 pieces of chicken. The smallest piece is the size of a nickle.I watched the server put some back as though she had over served me! So either she is stingy by nature, or corporate has gone off the deep end.This location is really erratic that way. Tight little portions more often than not though. She couldnt even fill the bowl with chow main. Noodles and cabbage folks, not expensive!Well see what they say tomorrow. 😳🙄

Only taking online orders yet they dont even bother to put up a sign. Ordered online and was told it was an hour wait. What a joke can only order online and takes an hour. The manager needs to be fired they are a complete joke and clearly cant run a business. No other panda is like that

LOVE this panda :))I always get the honey walnut shrimp and it tastes like its fresh from the pacific, and the vegetables I get on the side always taste delectable with the garlic-y ginger sauce theyre doused in. In comparison to other locations, they give you good size portions, and the employees are always super kind. Check this place out!

The Fairview location in Goleta is always closed before their posted hours online and their team often puts up their own printed signs that they are closing early. I dont know if it is a lack of staffing issue or what, but it is very disappointing. Most people like to eat Chinese take out food later in the evening around 8pm or 9pm.

The employees need more communication. We have to remind them about our order once they told us they will make more because they run out. After 10mins still didnt have the food ready. My family and I heard that they forgot to made the food. So, we waited more than we wanted to spend in there.

Service was good but the portions were very poor!!! I hot half and half and there was way more rice than chomein but the worse part was my other sides, orange chicken and angus beef.. Orange chicken was pretty small buy the the angus beef was definitely very wrong that they only served me like 5 small pieces with like to 2 mushrooms and a slice of onions. For $10????!!! Its a ripoff!!! I wish I had the option to upload the pictures I took on here..

I really enjoy the food at Panda Express but the portions are abitrary and inconsistent. This is irritating. A tall man orders the same thing as me and gets a much larger portion. Whats up with that?? Another problem is that they are so focused on getting people through the line that they dont fully attend to the person in front of them. Be present fpr each customer. The next one will understand as they, in turn, receive the best in customer service. Please, Panda Express Goleta (and elsewhere, and other service organizations) dont be in a rush to attend to the next person. We will all feel slighted and no one is well served by this approach. Havent you ever been customers yourselves?

People inside walking around on their phones with no mask on, employees not enforcing mask requirement at all. I have also witnessed employees behind counter and standing over food to say hello and talk to friends who came in the store.The staff only cares about the optics of appearing like they are trying to be pandemic safe, but no one actually cares.If you are a person like me with medical issues that affect your immune system, stay away from this store because its just not safe.

The cashier was probably mad or something but he was sooo rude. I asked for my food since I knew I had to wait for the broccoli to be made so i could start feeding my kids and he just used a terrible tone. The asian lady that works there tried to rush me so much. I was trying to oorder two plates and she just kept saying and what else and what else. People if u are mad or dislike where you work. Please do us a favor and just quit. I wont be coming back to this panda. Ill drive a ways if i ever go to panda again.

Girl named Steph was super rude. I️ pour Pepsi instead of water in my cup and she was running for me and yelling that I’m not allowed to do that. I️ said that I’m sorry but she gave me fake smile like she is the boss in here. I️ don’t like people acting like that to a foreigners. She should work on her manners!!!Food was ok but chow main was little over fried and instead of 7 walnut shrimps I️ got only 5, but for some reason Steph was not care about that when she was yelling about wrong drink in my cup.

Panda is in my Top 10 places to dine...its a no brainer for me if im hungry ..even more so when in a hurry but want a healthier meal but not fast food but i learned this evening that ALL THATS LEFT OVER FOOD GETS DUMPED/WASTED AT TGE END OF EVERY NIGHT ..And well... thats just terrible news there is ENDLESS ORGANIZATIONS THREW OUT OUR CITY AND IN ALL CITYS that im sure would benefit from such delicious food for our people in need i myself donated as i do often today to the children w my change... i thing change is whats needed in that department...great staff and food ...lets just not waste what can be effortlessly enjoyed by those less fortunate
