The front staff were rude and short with my wife. The food sucked. I had fried rice that was so hard it hurt my tooth. Like seriously hard as a rock. The lady walked away when we asked for a receipt. The orange chicken was so spicy my wife and kids couldn’t eat it. I like spicy and almost didn’t like it. I won’t be back.

Always problems at this location. Tried to go in and order at 740pm when they close at 8pm and the door was locked. A crazy homeless lady opened the door for me because she wanted to get her stuff from the outside table. As I was coming in the door the employee at the counter told me the lobby was closed but I could use the drive-thru? Then he has the audacity to ask me to close the door all the way so the crazy lady couldnt get back in. Jokes on him. You want to tell me to go through the drive-thru when Im already inside? I held the door open for the crazy lady and then took my business elsewhere. They are always closing the lobby here for no reason. The times I have been able to get food its always poor quality. Read the other reviews. Everything is true.

My daughter found this worm in her meal, ordered from the drive thru. I have been attempting to follow up with Panda Express for a refund, there is no response to calls/emails. Dont go unless you like bugs in your food and no accountability!

Online said items were available but not available when I arrived to pick up item(out of stock cashier said for days). Bowls were half empty because no more left and cashier didnt tell me until Iaskedwhy box was so light. Almost forgot to give me 2nd bowl(waited at window for him to return to inform him it was missing from bag). When I got home the noodles were not even up to correct line...but guessing cuz they were out. 😡😡😡 DESERVE A REFUND BECAUSE I DIDNT GET MY MONEYS WORTH WITH HALF EMPTY BOWLS AND SOLD-OUT ITEMS.

Worst plate of Panda express Ive ever had. Drive thru only/ no dine in. I dont know if you can tell from the picture, but the broccoli is in bad shape. The food was cold after a 3 min drive. The noodles were not very recently prepared. The beef was dry. And I dont really know what was wrong with the Orange chicken, but my son wouldnt even eat it.

What definitely not recommend night crew is disgusting they are licking their fingers while cooking. They are whipping each other with towels end kissing in the kitchen. They have Customers inside their building and lock the door on me and another customer they are literally laughing at us and being really rude. They don’t close until 8pm And had their doors locked at 7:20 then we come in the morning when it says they are open and the guy said they won’t be open for 10 more minutes when they are supposed to be open literally so rude here like I can order and wait since I’m waiting anyways

Very bland. Got the string bean chicken and it had no sauce on it. It was just string beans with chicken that’s it. I dont know if they forgot the sauce or what but it was horrible. You can see how dry it is.

Most of the time I go they are out of what I want.Every time I use the drive thru they make me park and wait 10 to 20 minutes with no explanation as to why, they just expect you to do it. This kinda defeats the purpose of going through a drive thru at a fast food place.Have gotten my order wrong multiple times and instead of fixing it they argue about it

06/25/2023 Update: They had everything I wanted, but did have to wait for the Sizzling Shrimp. The staff was mostly friendly, even if they looked like the did not really want to be thereWas there on 09/02/2022. Little disappointed that the drive thru was closed and that they had a limited menu. Not sure why they were understaffed, but that was the stated reason for the problems. The staff that was there did appear to be doing the best that they could.

Had the mixed veggie, which was mainly broccoly. The Broccoli was yellow, veggies old, had string bean chicken, chicken was dry and tough, and string beans were small and wrinkled, over cooked. Fried rice, rice was dry to the point if shrinking, orange chicken was dry. Waste of money.

The drive thru lady was very rude and impatient. The restaurant wasn’t open and I’d never been there before so I didn’t know what to order. Its a decent Panda Express. They have seemed understaffed in the last couple of months but I still see the same few workers absolutely toughing it out and doing a great job, even in the face of grouchy people at times. Theres been a few occasions my food took a lot longer than expected but they have always offered to throw a bonus on for the inconvenience. Staff is 10/10, food is higher quality than most pandas Ive been to even.

Best fast food available. Healthier choices than burger and taco joints. Tasty items. Price isnt bad for take out considering todays inflation. I get a regular plate, 2 entrees and a side for just under $10 that will last me for 2 meals. I love their teriyaki chicken, string bean chicken, sesame walnut shrimp, sesame chicken. Several items are too spicy for me but I have a senior digestive system so there are many things too spicy for me now. Often I will just get a large chow mein, bring it home and add brussel sprouts, cabbage and green onions to make a yummy meal out of it. Worth the price for me and Im on a senior budget.

We have gone twice in the last month and had the same experience both times. If you order ahead and go to pick up your order at the time indicated, plan on waiting a long time and continually reminding them that you were waiting for them to put your order together.It seems like order ahead orders are an after thought. You might even receive an email saying your order is ready two minutes ahead of the time you had expected. Do not believe this, it is untrue. They have not thought about beginning your order.Although the drive through may be moving along and people may be coming in to order and then leaving with food, it takes several requests to get them moving on your order ahead that was ready, according to email, 30 minutes ago. Each time you politely ask, its like you just jogged their memory, Oh yeah! Were making that up now. I would not leave a review like this for one off day. But 2/2 in the last month is pretty sad. They need to fix this. Previously we did not order ahead, we used drive through.

Staff at this location are generally friendly and the food is usually pretty fresh. I had been critical of Panda Express for many years as food court material, but I feel like its quality has greatly improved over the last several years. The drive through makes it awfully convenient when you want to pick something up on the go, but dont want a hamburger.

Terrible experience, common order for 2 Big Plates. I was asked to go around and park as the Terriaki Chicken would take 10 to 15 minutes. Watched 10 cars come and go, one parked this was after 13 minutes. Then a guy comes out and delivers the other cars 3 meals. I stop the guy delivering the other cars meal and inquire about my order, he says he can change it, I said No Id like my order, after another 15 minutes I finally got my order. I have grown up on Panda, and love their food. I made the mistake of ordering from the drive thru at dinner time. My two entree plate of orange chicken and broccoli beef turned out to be broccoli and rice. I got skimped on the Orange chicken and the broccoli beef was about 10-12 pieces of broccoli and 2 baby pieces of beef. I drove home and called as soon as I opened the package. I told the manager on duty, Nellie, what happened and that I had already thrown away the receipt and I was told to go dig through the trash. Awesome customer service. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! For a fifteen minute drive it isnt worth digging through my trash and returning. But I can assure you, that I will not be returning, EVER. I only posted this because of her lack of respect and customer service on the phone. You have been warned.

Im noticing every Panda has dried out chow mein noodles and overcooked walnut shrimp with hardly any walnuts and skimpy portions overall.... theyve really gone downhill over the years and used to be so much better. The crispy almond chicken had a yucky sauce that tasted like burnt teriyaki and Worsterchesire? Went to dinner with my daughter, I ordered the bigger plate, double teriyaki chicken and honey walnut shrimp. The chicken seemed old and not much of it, had to wait for sauce so food was warm by then. The lady put 6 shrimp in the little carton, filled it about 2/3s, I asked is that all and the black lady ( I didnt get her name, sorry) told me if I got 7 its right, I counted 6 so I went up with my little carton ( for $2.85 extra why not) and the same lady saw me come up and proceeded to stuff the two larger cartons she had in front if her ( and I mean stuff) with the shrimp so there wasnt a single one left for me, then turned around and walked away!The rice was under cooked and hard, but I sure got plenty of that!Never again will I go to this place for food! I visited this location for dinner with my husband it was 4:30 and they were out of almost everything we waited 15 minutes for them to fill it then it took another 15 minutes for them to help us. There was a very long line inside and one of their employees who was working in the drive thru decided it was ok to help her friend that walked in even though she was at the end of the line with at least 7 people in front of them. She went out into the dining room and took their order then rang it up in the drive thru also gave them a discount on their food, she then proceeded to make their food instead of helping the customers that had been waiting over 15 minutes there already. I brought this problem to the cashiers attention and was treated so rudely by the cashier she informed me i cant control my coworkers with total attitude i wanted to slap her. the situation never got addressed then as i paid she tossed the spring rolls i purchased at me and walked away. I did not get the fortune cookies or soda i paid for i was so pissed i left. This is defiantly not the location you want to go to if you are hungry they are rude and take forever.

The server Garrett makes the experience so fabulous! After his friendly greeting I wanted to wait for a couple fresh entrees. He politely offered me a cup of water. When they gave us our bag my father asked if there was extra sauce for the Teriyaki Chicken in the bag. The worker replied yes, then my father asked if there was also sauce on the chicken, the worker said yes. Me and my boyfriend got home and there was no sauce in the bag and hardly any on the Teriyaki Chicken.
