Food was good. Fried rice was hard in some places like it had been sitting for some time. Everything elese was hot and tasted good. I have noticed recently the portion amount of meat in the side dish has gotten alot smaller. This seems to be more with take-out.

Food is really tasty, BUTTTT the portions seem to get smaller n smaller every time we go. Before, they used to pack ur plate, n now its almost like were in school, and they are making sure to stay within the small cubbies on the container. Service is a hit and miss, but one thing I can say is that NEVER EVER have weve been greeted with a smile or friendliness. its always straight faces. The atmosphere is good. its in a great location. Parking lot can be somewhat of a hassle, and seating inside can be difficult when busy due to very limited seating.

Pleasantly surprised, menu has expanded to include a larger variety. The food was actually tasteful and not too greasy. The location is tucked away however very busy and not a very large dining room. This is a good location for carryout. Location was clean and kept up, food was constantly coming so the wait was not tremondous despite being busy.

Great customer service and the food was fresh and hot 👌 some family favorites are the orange chicken, chow mein, mushroom chicken and Beijing beef 😋

Panda Express cooks their foods fresh. Its not the best Chinese food you have ever had, but it can get a good fast food alternative if you choose your items wisely.

As a veterinarian, it would be nice to wash my hands before my food. Your mens facility is locked up for customers only, so I had to I had to order and pay, then bring my food into the facility with me in order to wash upI quit asking to use the facility when I was 5. I will never be back to this 🐼

Food is good, but thats expected from a large chain like Panda Express. The reason I rated it so low is because they have the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I had placed an order for pickup and when I got home I noticed one item was missing. Its about $9-$10, so I called the restaurant to find out if I could get that item refunded. They never answered the phone. I called several times over 3 days and nothing. I even filled out their survey stating what I had experienced and received an email that I would receive a follow up call/message regarding my complaint. Im still waiting.

When ordering my food I was given a wrong side size and at check out they wanted to charge me for a bigger side. The Manager Leslie was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She was extremely upset and did not apologize for her workers mistake and instead yelled at me. She was not understanding of the situation and instead took it out in me. She did not try to compromise for the mistake they made with my order. This place has terrible costumer service!
