Just ordered a bigger plate and the food was so stinking fresh!!!! Geez! My stomach is very happy!!! The greens and green beans were fresh and crunchy and flavorful! The orange Chicken was saucy and the honey walnut skrimp, yes I said skrimp was on point!! I’ll be back the next V time we are in the area😉

On 10/7/2023Came here for lunch! And there was a line ahead of me. The line went by fast! I had a plate (half fried rice and half chew mein/ Beijing beef and honey walnut coconut)The staff was fast and accommodating.The hight seating was not comfortable but we got used to it. Although this place was packed, the food was still excellent along with the fact that the place was clean.Thank you for the great experience.

Large size interior that can seat about 50 inside and 20 outside.Drive through available, too.You can tell that items are made fresh. Be prepared to wait about 7 minutes at times, it’s worth it.Wheelchair accessible.Great fast food stop on long drives.Excellent, friendly service. Exactly as a Panda Express should be!If you’re being healthy, you can choose vegetables instead of chow mein or fried rice.Big portions!

Panda Express is a reliable choice for fast and tasty Chinese food. The Lebec location is no exception. The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful, and the portions were generous. I enjoyed the orange chicken, the chow mein, and the egg rolls. The only downside was that they did not have any chopsticks, which I prefer to use. Other than that, everything was great. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Panda Express.

Really good quality food with extremely fast service. I have been completely put off by the Panda express in south bay where I live. I was expecting something similar here but I was really impressed by the freshness of the entrees, the quickness of the cooks and service members. And the food was delicious!!! Highly recommend visiting- and best of all late hours are well supported and a blessing for people traveling between south bay and LA.

Theres ALWAYS a line, a long one; besides that, the service is very good. The food is good as expected. Its clean; including the restrooms which is a plus, thinking its a pass through venue.When I travel to San Diego, this is my lunch spot before hitting traffic in LA.Its definitely a safe bet.

This location always closes the drive trough when they get even a little busy and tell you to come inside to order removes the convenience of drive trough. They have done this two times this week. I Just end up going to chipotle next door.

Decent panda. Food doesnt taste as good as other pandas (not sure why), usually there is a long line to eat here and the table spacing is quite tight, feels a bit awkward sitting so close to another party. There are some outdoor tables, but there arent always shaded. All in all, one of the better eateries off the Laval exit.

Food is good. However, this restaurant is at the foot of the grapevine on the north side (south of Bakersfield). It was kind of lonely, it was bitter cold and only a handful of customers, so the food sat and it was not hot and fresh.

Nice hot tasty food! Long line, but worth it. Not a lot of shade outside and you can’t move the tables under the umbrellas because the tables are mounted on poles. Better seating and shade nextdoor at Chipotle, which is where we took our food to join my niece - much larger fenced-in outside eating area - better if you have your dog with you

Vanessa, with black hair, made my experience dreadful. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of the food but after dealing with her, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a “large” order of rangoons (12 ct) and I watched her give me 10, then argue with me over the count and still proceeded to charge me for the full 12 and never verified her miscount. I’m not a Karen in person, but I am online. I genuinely don’t want to come back after her giving such terrible customer service. I will make sure every time I am in the area to avoid this establishment and I encourage anyone who likes to keep their sanity to avoid people like Vanessa.

They couldnt make a 2nd order in the drive through. Sorry, only 1 order per vehicle. That didnt make sense, but I figured theyd be able to break a $20 so my coworker and I could split it. They wouldnt break a $20 because people try to bring in counterfeit bills and get change for them but yet they took my cash without checking whether it was real or not. Not convenient. I was here a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday. I was waiting for a friend to go in. The hours say they close at 11pm, but I went in to ask just in case. Sure enough, they told me they close at 10pm. I asked why it says 11, the manager said Friday and Sunday only. Sure, fine.So my friend shows up around 9:40pm and we walk in…the manager says they closed at 9:30pm. Same person too. I said, “I even came in and asked you”… and she just said, sorry we are closed.Would’ve been nice to know when they were actually closing. Also, they really should accurately state their hours. Generally Panda Express is the same except for the customer service. At this location, THEY BUST THEIR BUTTS. Quick with customer service and cooking. I am impressed how they work with the rush of customers. Probably this is why I always come here for lunch and dinner when I pass the Grape Vine. Definite recommendation for those who want a sit down meal during your travel.

Oh, where to start...A quick rundown instead of the term paper I could write about this place.Out of stock on several items including their new steak and shrimp even though other dishes had shrimp and steak as components in them.Two out of two orders prepared incorrectly.Both the fried rice and noodles were overly oily. Orange chicken nuggets hard as a rock due to over cooking. Sauce on items sparsely applied.Dirty tables left unattended.No Napkins!Dirty bathrooms with no paper towels.You might expect these conditions when you stop for a hot dog at a no name gas station but we spent over thirty dollars for two meals!Cmon Panda you can do better than this.

I know if you say I went to Panda Express you may say so what. Well it just happens that this is the most reliable Panda Express that we have ever been to. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is quick. a good reason would be that its right off the freeway at the base of the grapevine and they have no time to goof around. Lots of clientele traveling and finding good food here. It just so happens that this is one of the favorite Panda expresses for motorcycle enthusiasts, out for a day drive. Youve got to eat here to believe it and they do have outdoor seating but not just plentiful as one with wish for.

I was in the drive thru At 8:05 PM and and after I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-through line I was told the drive-through was closing for 10 minutes because someone had to go on break. I explained to them that I could not get out of the vehicle because I had a broken leg They told me that I should come inside an order. I told them I will wait that 10 minutes they proceeded to tell me they had to go on break and the drive-through was closed I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes. I went back through the drive thru and they proceeded to tell me I had to come inside that they would not serve me through the drive throw. :55 minutes later at at 8:58 they finally took my order through the drive-through and told me they did not have some of the food that I wanted. When I finally had my food and drink my sprite tasted almost like water.very bad management and bad customer service.

To be fair we came in a 9:30pm and they close at 10pm (and it was a Saturday). There were quite a few people ordering and eating inside. The food was not spectacular as it was what was remaining (they were already finishing cleaning the kitchen equipment when we arrived). The lead staff person was friendly but overwhelmed /understaffed. The trash cans were all so overflowing that the trash couldnt be piled up any higher on top and it was falling everywhere on the floor. Towards the end of our eating an employee asked us and another family to finish eating because they couldnt count the money with people inside. We were traveling so it isnt like we were eating slow. Not sure if this is policy, but somebody needs to look at it. This would have been a 1 star but the lead young lady was very nice and I believe tried to do her best.

So this is a deep analysis of the system used by this location. I stopped for a quick bite while on a long trip. I happened to stop while a bus full of kids also stopped. I dont mind when an establishment is busy but I do mind when they are unprepared and unwilling to optimize their workflow. Things like presentation of samples while others wait, a soft spoken cashier in a loud dining room, and the manager stopping the flow of dinners to expedite the drive thru were issues at large. I hope Panda addresses these issues.

Resting stop. I have to say. There are certain Panda chains that are a hit or miss but this one in particular was good except the side chowmein and veggies were a bit undercooked but thats ok. The entrees made up for it. Honey walnut shrimp, Angus steak, Beijing beef (my fav), and orange chicken. All was tasty and delicious. Surprisingly, the bathroom was very clean considering how much traffic there was. Keep it up. Friendly workers as well.

Editing this review to add that we got food poisoning from the shrimp. Came to this location passing through on our way to L.A. We ordered the steak and shrimp bowl. Parked to eat and noticed there was no shrimp in the bowl. We pulled back around the drive through to ask for the shrimp. The worker at the drive thru said for us to park in front and they would bring it out to us as a side. So we park in the front and wait about 12 minutes before getting out of the car and going inside to see what happened. We went inside and judging by the look of the worker we dealt with, we can tell we were forgotten about. We requested our money back but instead they offered to give us a plate of food. They would not budge on giving us our money back. So they gave us a carton of Steak & shrimp (which isnt what we wanted. We wanted the side of shrimp), a plate of black pepper chicken and more of the steak and shrimp item. This has definitely been the worst customer service weve received from any panda express weve been to. Will definitely not be returning to this location. To anyone reading this, youre better off going to in and out.

He didnt bother to check it and overall, he seemed lost and extremely confused. However Ester the supervisor sent out a employee to take order and was knowledgeable with reasons why the request to wear it regardless of the ADA. When food was brought outside Ester herself came out to explain and apologize for the inconvenience. I told her thank you and also appreciated her willingness to help regardless of California rules. Got the Honey Walnut Shrimp, it was awful. I love this dish and they did nothing even close to it. The coating on the shrimp was completely soggy and disgusting. It had obviously been sitting for a while under the heat lamp. Other than that, it had no flavor I could discern. I will go hungry next time.
