Editing this review to add that we got food poisoning from the shrimp. Came to this location passing through on our way to L.A. We ordered the steak and shrimp bowl. Parked to eat and noticed there was no shrimp in the bowl. We pulled back around the drive through to ask for the shrimp. The worker at the drive thru said for us to park in front and they would bring it out to us as a side. So we park in the front and wait about 12 minutes before getting out of the car and going inside to see what happened. We went inside and judging by the look of the worker we dealt with, we can tell we were forgotten about. We requested our money back but instead they offered to give us a plate of food. They would not budge on giving us our money back. So they gave us a carton of Steak & shrimp (which isnt what we wanted. We wanted the side of shrimp), a plate of black pepper chicken and more of the steak and shrimp item. This has definitely been the worst customer service weve received from any panda express weve been to. Will definitely not be returning to this location. To anyone reading this, youre better off going to in and out.

What happened? I don't need the red carpet rolled out when I come here but seriously what has happened to customer service? No hello, no eye contact, no thank you. Not Even when you tip them.How am I supposed to know we have completed our transaction when the person doesn't look up doesn't say thank you or even ok. . . then asks“Oh did you need your receipt ?”I said“No I was waiting for a thank you or some sort of acknowledgement”He winced and gave me a really weird “thumbs up” as if he was blowing me off.“I gave you a tip and not trying to be rude, but it would be nice to say thank you “At that point, I kid, you not… No more words were exchanged. He look to the left and right as if he was talking to a crazy person. So I just walked away.Wish I could say this was the first time this particular person and this place had done this but I can tell you it's the last time I'll stop here.All I wanted was to have a complete and clear transaction and receive my coffee. No trouble. No awkward feelings. No communication about it any of this, and I didn't want to write a bad review. In fact, I think this might be the first time I've ever written a bad review. I'm not huge on this reviewing stuff.I was made to feel like a Karen for being polite and communicating. Now here I am actually being a Karen writing a bad review and feeling bad about it. But it needs to be addressed.McDonald's coffee sucks but as far I know their customer services and friendliness is much better than here.I'm just tired of paying $7 for a coffee and then being treated like cattle, expected to tip and not even get Clear communication or much less curtesy.Oh well. I join the ranks of Karen's nation wide… where's my badge?

I know writing this review isn’t gonna do me any favors. Uhm anyways, the steamed rice there is like Uncle Ben’s rice. You should go there on Halloween. I guess glaciers are disappointing. A blonde with blue eyes owns it the core but it’s in Chinese though. Chinese men think she’s an animal and she thinks she’s a HEtARD. But she doesn’t cook like one. Otherwise I’d give it a 5 star review. The resurrected Christ probably made that rice. She is obviously married to the owner. That Chinese man of an owner is obviously orphaned so he’s materialistic and sexual as all hell. Being her customer is better than being mine. I should feel sorry for anyone who sees the look on my face when I don’t receive a tip. The business will never close down because of my mean face. He stopped making love to her and that’s why the rice is bad. I’ll make love to her for good rice. I’m really happy for his old happy to know that he’s rich thanks to her. With that said, all I have to say is that that restaurant is not for Asians.

Is it possible to give negative stars. Worst Jack I have ever been too. Complete and utter incompetence behind the counter. The so called manager shouldnt have a job in food services. First off there was a line of 6 people and nobody behind the counter taking orders for over 5 minutes. A customer was yelling to the staff asking if they should go elsewhere because nobody seemed to want to take an order. The mens and ladies bathrooms looked like they have never been cleaned. My wife who just got out of the hospital told me she looked in all the stalls for a clean one and all were a mess. Toilet paper and debris all over the place. She actually slipped in water in one of the stalls and torqued her back which pulled on her incision area. There were no floor is wet signs anywhere. The mens wasnt any better. She asked to speak to the manager but she seemed too busy to acknowledge there was an issue. No apology or anything.Our order took forever took get and other reviews which state cold food is correct. They make the food but when done do not yell out the order number that is ready and just throw it on the counter. If you arent standing right next to that counter you wont hear anything. A lady in front of us went and seated her kids she came back after hearing a number 4 past hers and asked where her food was? Well it was sitting cold on the counter.If you are travelling south I suggest waiting for food, about 5 minutes south is a McDonalds, gas stations and other food places.
