Not the place that I was expecting. I love Panda Express but NOT this location. Stay away. Go to another one if youre able. The staff wasnt friendly and some collar shirt people were there. Maybe managemen? And even they were not friendly. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Thats what helps with chain restaurants but maybe theyre not enjoying what they do. The food was not good either. Rice was meh. Orange Chicken was not fresh and if this would have been my first time trying Orange Chicken, I would say its not good at all. No working A/C at this location. Felt so hot and all we wanted to do was just leave!This location: BAD BAD BAD!

I dont give reviews, but, this time, I need to in order for this branch to train further their server. I just came from Kaiser, having my bloodwork done, so Im famished having fasted for 10 hours. The server was doing her job like its the end of the world. There was only one person eating in the corner and my husband and I are the only ones in line at 10:30 am. She seems in a hurry and Im really tired and wanted to take my time choosing. Her demeanor, as a service personnel was not pleasing at all and not up to the job she is in for. I asked for a spoon and her reply was, We dont have spoon!, just like that! This is the only Panda Express, Ive been to that doesnt have a spoon. But thats not the main issue. The main thing is, this particular girl, does not live up to Panda Express excellence for service!

I urge you to go elsewhere. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to order food that is already made, but they seem to be more interested in their drive through orders.The staff didn’t even look up for about 14 minutes. Then someone walks up to me and mumbles something. I thought she was going to take my order, so I asked.She rudely told me to wait. I left.Avoid this place.

I ordered a small a la cart entree for $6 and was shocked on how how small it was. Literally three pieces of broccoli and a few pieces of meat. Definitely over priced! Not to mention I also ordered the the new orange chicken sandwich just to be shocked on how little of orange flavored sauce it had. Not even enough to taste the orange flavor like mentioned on their adds. Chicken looked pale. Not worth the hype at all! Just very disappointed with the quality of service here

Over priced and over rated for no reason !! You pay more for vegetables then the actually protein !! The employee have attitudes when you ask for easy veggies or can you portion more onto the plate or its extra money for extra of the item etc its just horrible how the customer service is . Always check your food before you leave ! Sometime the food looks old like its been sitting there for awhile . Just bad food prep habits etc never will I go to panda again !!

Not the first Time I come here but sure will be my last. Each time come here my orders get messed up. Something is missing,or it’s completely wrong. I order chicken teriyaki on most of my orders and didn’t get sauce for it. When I asked for it sweat & sour and Sriracha sauce. It’s the smallest thing that make your food complete no point of getting it then. Very disappointed as I work in the same field.

My daughters that is 13 years old, eats at this Panda only. They always have food fresh and ready to serve you fast. They have the best water in any water Ive tasted here in California. I mean the best. Orange teriyaki, Chow Mein and Super greens. For a 3rd. Entree can pick any thing on menu and only cost $1.25 more. So I get the honey walnut Shrimp. So delicious.

This is a mixed review.Went to Baldwin Parks Panda Express Saturday night Oct 22nd about 9pm. I started to place my order. However, as I started to order the bowls. Some of the items I requested. Which was walnut shrimp, chow mein, and the ragoons. The associate said were out of that, were out of those too. So I said really you ran out? She said yes. So I order the fried rice in the bowls. As I got to the window to pay I saw some walnut shrimp an employee was placing in a box. I ask the young lady her name was Ashley wait you have walnut shrimp and she said yes it just came out. I said the lady that took my order said you were out. I then asked if they had chow mein and ragoons. She said yes, but theyre cooking them and will be ready in about 5 mins. I said why didnt the lady that took my order just say that they were cooking and itd be a little bit? I wouldve said yes Ill waited. Ashley apologized several times saying yes the other associate should of told you they cooking again my apologies. Ashley was very kind and remedied the problem. However, I feel the lady that took my order should of been the one to apologize. Anyways, like I said mixed review here. Im writing this review to praise and thank Ashley for going above and beyond to make sure the customer (me) left happy.

I don’t know if they do this on purpose, but whenever food is ordered through an app, any food service app, and it includes a party platter, it’s like they’re too lazy to make it. every single time they cancel the order like two hours later. i’ve never had this problem going to the actual restaurant. it NEVER takes this long. why accept an order if you’re not even gonna bother fulfilling it. it’s frustrating and annoying.

Excellent service. Nice and helpful. Food tasted great and lots of options to choose from. Their orange chicken is the best. Walnut shrimp is great (extra charge). Great place to celebrate Chinese New Year. Only bad thing is the portion sizes are definitely quite small, so keep that in mind.

When I ordered the guy wasn’t paying attention and couldn’t hear me when I was asking for something different. Didn’t like most part of my whole meal. My fried rice was tasteless and overcooked. My beef and broccoli also lacked flavor and my egg rolls tasted old and when I asked for a different one they brought me one that tased way better, and made me think they gave me an old one from a day before or something. And the orange chicken was alright it didn’t taste great but didn’t taste as bad as the other food items. Overall my favorite part was the water and the fortune cookie, because they were the most satisfied items I had. Never coming to this location again. ( reminder for me)

I had a good experience with their online order. This Panda Express usually has everything ready when I arrive to pick my order. The online order is much better theres no waiting inline or waiting in the Drive-Thru. I recommend ordering your food online youll have a better experience.

Very bad service! Im in a rush so I went for drive through. She gave my order and it was missing one item. I informed her, left, and came back that I have to wait but I could replace with other items, but told me later than they dont have it also. She interrupted me to choose another item and told that i have to move my car as she have to work. Apparently my order is no longer part of her work. So I moved and waited for the promised 3 minutes, its been 10 minutes and Im still waiting. Thats when I really lost it and just got a refund. I didnt even get an apology from the manager. My sister and I bought 4 bowls with only chowmein and orange chicken last night to feed the family. I did notice the chicken was pretty tough to chew. An hour after eating my bowl I started to having bad cramping in my stomach followed by you know what. I still feel sick and want to vomit. I know this is food poisoning and unlike most fast food places the people are careless on handling the food and to lazy to cook up a fresh batch. All I know is I will never eat Panda Express again!

Omg...went here today August 8th 2019, ordered my food went wickedly to the restroom on my way I saw a small roach. I really didnt know how to feel about it. Hoping maybe it was just one roach. So went back to my table and finish my food. A lady comes in to order her food when I heard her telling them that there was a roach in top of the counter where we order the food. WORST PANDA EXPRESS!!! We waited in the drive through area for 15 minutes for them to bring the wrong food out, okay... everyone makes mistakes. We then parked the car, went inside for them to say the orange chicken isnt ready and we had to wait another 10 minutes...okay it happens. THEY STILL FORGOT HALF OF OUR FOOD AFTER TELLING THEM THREE TIMES!! Its 9:30 at night and we just wanted to go home, assuming these incompetent employees managed to get it right the third time but no. $18 later we received half of our food. Today 6/23/2020 I had gone to this location after leaving Walmart. We had ordered through drive through a1 Bigger Plate with chow mein 1/2 fried rice 1/2Kung pap chicken, black pepper chicken, and super greens. Along with other items, note that I only put this specific plate because it was mine and instead of the black pepper chicken I received the Black pepper steak. Yet still was charged an additional fee of $1.25. I call the location to speak with their manager to get a replacement and as I am explaining she HUNG UP!!!!!NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE. POOR SERVICE AND VERY RUDE!!! I wouldn’t even rate it 1 STAR. Instead I will rate it one point of the star!

Today I was at the Panda Express in Baldwin Park and Jasmine was the cashier and person serving our food. Not good at all.Lack of empoyees maybe, but the customer suffers because of this.There also was no more mushroom chicken left so I had to pay for my food and wait 9mins for the mushroom chicken to be cooked. Excited to try out the drive thru but we were very disappointed in this panda. Soda was flat. We were only ones in drive thru and they still made us park and wait for our food. Then when we got home and one of our plates was completely the wrong order!! And it seemed like they had no chow mein cause our plates had very little chow mein and lots of rice. I dont know how to clarify their hours through Google but their hours are a little misleading. We tried to go in about 10 minutes before they closed and they said we have to go through the drive through. Obviously we couldnt sample what we wanted to order through the drive through. Also their choices are limited. They said their drive through is open until 10:30 pm but they close their doors to the place at 10pm.

Great experience; theres always ample staff to meet the needs of close by Walmart shoppers, theres always plenty of food portions that taste fresh, and plenty of parking. The price is higher than your typical express Chinese food restaurants, but its a good give and take for quality food, and a clean establishment. I gave 4 stars because I believe they should offer WI-FI.

These people dont know how to take your order.They told me to wait 10 min to get by food so I parked my car. 30 min passed by and they were starting to close . I still didnt get my food until when I had to get out of my car and knock on the close door. Located in the same plaza as a Walmart. Plenty of parking although be careful where you park. I see stray shopping carts quite often. And drivers in this area can be very inconsiderate. The food is typical Panda food, more or less freshly cooked but a bit too oily. Note that tofu eggplant is not available at this location. Restaurant is well-maintained. A drive-thru is available.

In my experience eating here is like playing Russian roulette sometimes they are really on top of it all but on two separate occasions I have gotten sick in the past few months my advice dont go within an hour before closing just my personal opinion though
