Went here to celebrate Chinese new years eve with my Asian coworkers/friends. In the middle of Baldwin Park, who knew a great Chinese food restaurant was ever there. The foot was fantastic. We ordered family style honey walnut shrimp, fried pepper fish, sweet&sour pork, bok choy w mushrooms, fried pumpkin sticks, and ended it with Hong Kong style egg waffle which is like a fortune cookie cake of sorts. Today is Wednesday and we are going back on Friday to repeat the celebration. The food is very good, service outstanding, its clean and reasonably priced. This is a great find if you want Chinese food in this area.

This is a mixed review.Went to Baldwin Parks Panda Express Saturday night Oct 22nd about 9pm. I started to place my order. However, as I started to order the bowls. Some of the items I requested. Which was walnut shrimp, chow mein, and the ragoons. The associate said were out of that, were out of those too. So I said really you ran out? She said yes. So I order the fried rice in the bowls. As I got to the window to pay I saw some walnut shrimp an employee was placing in a box. I ask the young lady her name was Ashley wait you have walnut shrimp and she said yes it just came out. I said the lady that took my order said you were out. I then asked if they had chow mein and ragoons. She said yes, but theyre cooking them and will be ready in about 5 mins. I said why didnt the lady that took my order just say that they were cooking and itd be a little bit? I wouldve said yes Ill waited. Ashley apologized several times saying yes the other associate should of told you they cooking again my apologies. Ashley was very kind and remedied the problem. However, I feel the lady that took my order should of been the one to apologize. Anyways, like I said mixed review here. Im writing this review to praise and thank Ashley for going above and beyond to make sure the customer (me) left happy.

Tbh i love food and tried alot of Chinese restaurant but idk what happen this time ive heard it was good so i order it but the chicken wings and spicy chicken was off tbh but the beef and broc was good and the rice and chow main as while ill give it another try hopefully it gets better

This place is one of the best chinese/sichuan restaurant in the area. Their Bang Bang chicken is one of the best version Ive had from any Chinese restaurant. The food here is always authentic and the price is competitive.

I was hungry Guys!!! Food was good!When we walked in my son had our dog,And the one of the employees said we couldnt have our dog inside.. which is ok.But We love Pet Friendly restaurants & this one wasnt! Not many tables to dine in.You can barely tell this place exists... if you are not really looking or parked near there you will never know it is there... I mean I barely noticed it after 4 years of living and going to this shopping center for 4 years...Atmosphere needs a little work for sure. Something a little more inviting... I was about to walk out but I really wanted to Chinese food and wanted to try it.Honestly... I would have walked out the moment they said my puppy wasnt welcome and the Atmosphere but... I said.. I wouldnt let it bother me and still ordered.

I always order from them when I’m feeling authentic Chinese food. For the portion size they serve, they charge much less than Chinese restaurants.My go to order is their braised pork with preserved vegetable rice and beef chow fun.

Okay to be fair their food is good. Portion is average on the smaller side. I was really excited about their opening because there aren't that many authentic Chinese restaurant in this neighborhood. My first take out experience was pretty good, so The second time I order intestines and an order of cha shu.That's when I saw three hairs in my take out…I might be okay with one hair but three is pretty gross.I hope this review will get their attention so others don't have the same experience. If they improve their hygiene, it'll be a restaurant worth visiting!

Cashier girl had a really bad attitude when we ordered food. Very impatient as we were asking questions about the menu. We asked if they had small orders, and she just raised her voice and said no, that it was only side orders for combo meals. We then said that we may order the vegetable chowmein but we werent sure, but then we finally decided that we wanted one beef chowmein order for my little brother. She rolled my eyes at my mom and said that she already put the order in the kitchen and screamed at the kitchen to cancel the order and make a beef one instead. This made my mom feel awful and uncomfortable, but the man in the kitchen came out with a big smile and reassured my mom that hell make the chowmein nice and fresh. This was the only reason why my mom even considered waiting and paying for the meal. When it was done, the same man came out with a big smile and gave us the order and was very detailed on the condiments he was giving us. The service was overall bad, and I dont know if the girl was just impatient because English isnt my moms first language, but its good enough to make a small order. The service and experience Is a one star, as my mom didnt need to be screamed at or given an attitude for making an order and asking questions. The man from the kitchen was kind and the food is good so I would give him 4 or 5 star. But sadly, the bad experience outweighed the good in this situation. As this visit made us lose our appetites and never want to come again.
