I went in and got myself a plate with chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. I opened up my plate to find a chunk of uncut onion i just think my chow mien wasn’t up to standard at all !

There was a piece of a glove on my broccoli. My kids were eating this and now have to be more careful when we order from here. The workers at here were very disrespectful and disregarded my concern. It is not the first time I have had terrible customer service from this place.

I have countless times asked for condiments and the results so far from most PANDAS ARE THE SAME. Condiments like SOY/CHILLI SAUCE SHOULD BE GIVEN. These condiments enhance food flavor and there’s a reason why they exist. PLEASE STOP BEING CHEAP WHEN YOUR FOOD IS NOT!

I love our local Panda. Sure its not perfect but its Panda. One thing yall should consider is making it easier to get sauce. All I want is hot mustard sauce and your cashiers act like its liquid gold and Im trying to steal it.

Dirty asss worker Sam was handling money with gloves and touching the food I asked him ur company lets u handle money n touch at Sam time. He said I don’t touch it but I clearly seen him touch it . That’s cross contimantion, and the short mangager allows him to do it in front of her . This is why they got gloves in thier food

This location is horrible. The tables are usually dirty. Want a clean one, do it yourself. Open until 9:30, but stop cooking at 8:45 at the latest. After that, theyll just give you what they have left of something and try to pass it off as a full portion. I just left with my 2 item combo that is practically empty.... including to be super greens which were a half portion at most. I should have just walked out, but Im tired. Going to be a fun phone call to corporate tomorrow.

I want to say thank you to the Manager working on NYE day evening on 2021. My order was incorrect and he went above and beyond. I wouldnt recommend coming here, the service is terrible and the workers give attitude as if youre nobody. The short manager there is so rude, I told her that the employees are a bit rude and maybe she should train them again, and she gave me the meanest look and said to get out of the store if I dont like the service, like what the heck? Definitely not coming back here.

Super cheap Chinese food that is super lacking in flavor. This newish outlet of the locally-founded Chinese Food behemoth opened here just over a year ago next door to the original Yum Yum donuts. This was my first time eating Panda Express in 24 years, and I now understand why. The year is 2022 and none of the entrees are vegetarian, just the side dishes of rice. The prices surprised me, but it’s just not worth it, especially with chinatown and the San Gabriel Valley so near.

Costumer service here is horrible! Not one employee is friendly! Very hostile! I came in yesterday evening with my 3 kids, my toddler forgot her mask but my 3 kids proceeded to sit down & were no where near 6ft close to any other person, I believe the manager for the evening shift was the one who asked She doesnt have a mask & I said She forgot it & she rudely responded Well shes going to need one so I asked You dont provide courtesy masks to your costumers & she rudely responds No talking to me as if I was a child. Its odd that shed make a big deal over a 4 year old not having a mask when their hand sanitizer stations werent even filled. After she has a very abrupt & bad attitude with me & in front of my kids, she has the audacity to pick up her phone & answer a call while she has a plate in her hand ready to serve another costumer. I saw how the other costumers were unhappy & eager to get out. After I paid & received my fountain drinks from Stephanie L & she didnt offer no straws, I went back to the register to ask her for straws but she seemed too busy to acknowledge I was standing right in front of her, so I pulled 2 straws from the box so she can tell me in front of the whole restaurant, Next time just ask how about next time you ask the paying costumer ordering multiple fountain drinks if theyd like straws! I will not visit this place again!

Management needs to get their stuff together and learn how to speak to customers. I order my food 45 minutes ahead and it was 30 minutes delayed. The worst panda I’ve ever been to and the worst customer service experience. Never coming back here. Zero people skills, they rude and they don’t know how to treat their customers.

I came for dinner the 31 of December about 7:00 pm I show my vaccination cards to eat inside. I was in the midle of my dinner. When this tall guy asking me to leave the store because the new law no more eating inside I told him that i was full vac he ruddy sad you have to leave. Five minutes later. A woman came to me whit a rude mode sr Somebody told you. To leave People do not understand. So. I leave. Personally never come back to this restaurant

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The manager “Dalia” is extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered a family feast and were planning on dining inside the restaurant. So of course I was expecting plates since it is a family feast. I was rudely told by Dalia that they do not give out plates! I told her we are planning to eat here, so could you us something so our family could eat! She than rudely replied “I guess I can give you 2 styrofoam plates and you need to split them in half! I didn’t have a problem using the styrofoam plates, it was her very unprofessional attitude and response that bothered me!

This place is super cheap. The employees are hella rude and they always under serve you food. You have to let them know that the amount is inadequate or else they will purposefully put a small amount in your plate, sometimes even half the amount a regular panda does.

NO OPTIONS FOR VEGETARIANS/VEGANS!! Any REAL Chinese restaurant has tons of meatless choices, but not this place! They had at least a couple of options in the past, (mixed veggies, eggplant tofu) but theyre not available any more! Supposedly, theres a supergreens entree, but that was just a sign next to a clean, empty container. It hadnt even been cooked for the day! Why do I need to wait for my food because you failed to do your job and have that prepared?? Basically, the only things without meat were fried rice, chow mein, and egg rolls. Thats like a burger joint saying they have vegetarian food because theres French fries! This is clear evidence that this company has zero interest in the fast growing vegetarian/vegan/meatless population! Or if a vegetarian wanted to eat here every day, theres only one choice? When I asked what other choices they had for vegetarians, the manager gave me an apathetic blank stare for a moment, then proceeded to help the next person in line. Ill never go there again! 👎👎👎

An employee here made the biggest deal about me getting a little side cup of sauce. I just spent $30.00 there, and was made to speak to a manager over it. The manager was rude about it as well. I got my sauce, but the whole ordeal was annoying and unnecessary. Terrible customer service.

Fast americanized Chinese food. Over the year the chain has got rid of thier more authentic Chinese dishes like Char Siu and Sweet and Sour Pork. They replace them with their own creations like Crispy Almond Chicken Breast, or Beijing Beef. So, dont expect to find a lot of dishes here in an authentic Chinese restaurant and vice versa.
