2023-07-03 21:56:30If I could give a 0 star I would because the app needs a full uninstall/reinstall 3x/yr that wipes out credit card data and doesnt work at all anymore to place a simple repeat order, gets server errors. and it forces you to make room for the app update by deleting other apps.its the only restaurant app on my Android that does this. every other app updates itself automatically with no user interaction needed. fix this for 4 stars.a week after reinstalling I try to order through the app from another store, but the app now fails with all stores with something went wrong transferring your order please try again.the next day I give it another shot but the app doesnt remember anything anymore, no longer has my credit card on file, needs me to reenter my credit card and to login to user account which other apps do automatically invisibly.so your faulty app is forcing me to stop using it cutting my weekly visits down to any panda restaurant to once/month. will eat more at the kebab shop instead.

2023-02-05 15:44:31Easy and fast for feeding a huge group. You don’t even need catering if you know that you’re feeding a large group you can literally just come here and get enough for 50 people. Or for our small family of 7 to 10 people that we feed every night, it’s easy to go here and get food super fast. It’s good food, you can see in preparing it fresh, and if you check your receipt, there’s always a coupon to do a survey for the next time.

2022-07-18 15:44:46Panda Express is Panda Express, always the best Chinese fast food to me. Somehow they don’t have no more hot and sour soup do they?

2017-09-13 04:05:26We love Panda Express for a quick meal. However, this location tends to run light on what they have available and it feels like they are shutting down around 8:30pm even though they are open until 9pm. Good news is youll probably get some of your dishes freshly made. Bad news is youll have to wait.

2022-11-04 02:10:54Always have to wait for them to cook something, one time sweetfire chicken, next time Orange chicken then egg rolls. Maybe next time they will have everything out when I get there including Honey walnut shrimp but otherwise good

2019-07-13 20:39:39Running low on everything. Had to wait for a side, but by the time that was ready the entree was empty. So, once again had to wait. When it was finally ready, several other customers were served first, and if course another wait, while more was prepared. Finally(20 minutes later)both were ready and then the manager did not believe us when she was told we had already paid. Better communication would be a plus, and keep in mind which customers are waiting for what. Customer service could definitely use some work.

2021-08-17 00:30:51Uncourteous inconsiderate staff. Asked for soy sauce with our Food which the person working there mistakenly thought we wanted chili sauce. Went up to the counter to get the soy sauce and nobody’s there to listen. Two people are working in the kitchen and the manager is working on packing the online orders. Employees walked by several times without bothering to ask what I wanted. This branch has always been below average in comparison to other branches

2021-06-06 01:10:05Worst Experience with Wesley Z. - Possible DiscriminationMy wife and I wanted to grab a quick lunch before our appointment, and this Panda Express was on the way, so we stopped by. The worst mistake we made this year- yes, it was that bad. When we went in (fully masked), there were two customers, one ordered to-go and the other finishing up eating inside. We got to the ordering line, and Wesley Z. was behind the counter. As soon as the interaction started, my wife and I looked at each other, because Wesley came across as extremely unpleasant and impatient, with his tone down right demeaning when repeating our orders. I was already pretty mad before finishing orders. While there were two small tables without blocked signs (social distancing, which we respect), I double checked to make sure it was okay to dine in and Wesley said that small table only in a very annoyed manner. What happened next completely infuriated us. Right when we sat down, a younger Caucasian gentleman came in (no one else in between the few minutes), and Wesley was a completely different person, in facial expression and tone. (It was night and day, and my wife agreed.) Now, the two interactions (us and the young gentleman) were just a few minutes apart, and the only difference was we are Asian and the young gentleman is Caucasian.Another employee identified Wesley, who he himself is Asian, as the manager later. It is a disgrace for a manager to behave / treat customers differently based on races. I wish he is on the receiving end of the discrimination himself so he knows how my wife and I felt. Panda Express needs to have him go through discrimination training!

2020-05-30 22:23:16I have never been a fan of Panda Express. After work one day I was starving. I tried to ask the man at the counter for something not chinese to eat but he called me a racist and asked me to leave. I got into a huge argument with him and he kept threatening to call the police. After a good 20 minutes of arguing I had to use the bathroom, but found a massive sewage build up from all the waste.
