WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION Absolutely horrible experience. Ill just say that I have been going here for years never had an issue. But all of a sudden when I speak highly of panda express this happens. I place a pick up order and arrive after the scheduled time for pick up only to be met by side ways glances. They had not even started the food that I ordered online. After an employee notified me about this I thought they would make the food; but they didnt. They kept on serving people in line until I was the only one in the store that hadnt been served. Essentially putting me at the end of the line. What horrible service! I already was delayed!!! Why delay me further??? Then they skimped on one of the entrees and instead of complaining I just asked for an additional entree of that meat. The employee told me to get back into line! Behind another costumer that came behind me!! What the heck?!?? Just serve me my entree please? After he took his sweet time he decided to again skimp the additional entree in the separate box! He didnt fill the extra box! I asked if he could at least fill the box and he shook his head! Worst customer service ever!!!!The employee Luke needs a demotion,re-education of Panda Express core values or permanent termination!!!! Will NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I’ve been here several times before..the two positives of this place is the food is fresh when we go or if we want a fresh made dish they don’t hassle us. The negative was today. The rice and noodles were barely filled up initially, I had to ask for the lady to fill it how they usually do. She said “oh they get mad at me”. I let her know I have no issue speaking to the manager. What she did instead was pour out some rice and add some noodles. What!? Lol. I made sure to sit in front of the cashier watching the subsequent 20 people have their bowls and plates filled to the top. I’ve never interacted with this lady before, I was kind upon approach, I’m not sure what justifies this type of behavior. $12.43 for a 3 item plate.

The food we ordered online was ready when we arrived. The Chilly Shrimp and Kung Pao noodle bowls we ordered were nice, hot, and tasty. The taste consistency was just what we had expected. Nice job!

No food, no service. They close early. Had to go to the one in la Habra off beach blvd. Great food great service and was opened til 9:30. We got there at 7pm. Plenty of parking, fast and friendly people, spent under $30. for 3 people. 👍👍👍

Hello today I was helped by the manager name Vincent when we saw there was a not no beef and broccoli he was still giving us the old food when I told him not to that I wanted something fresh now he made the food came back toward the old food on top of the new one and served us the same thing I told him I didnt want it and I told him he just took Wyatt looked at me he gave me the food he said Im sorry to be honest with you I wanted to smack him but I kept my cool and walked away he shouldnt be whole title as a manager poor customer service..

Love this Panda. Always fully stocked fresh food, and very helpful and friendly staff. Ive never had anything bad here, and you can ask fir a sample if youre not sure what you want.

Do you want to eat burnt chow mein? I didnt. But thats what I got. I love this place usually. Its usually not bad at all but I received my 3 entree plate tonight with my 2 kids and got burnt chow mein in the container that is mixed into the rest of the chow mein which makes it all inedible. We noticed it only when we got home unfortunately. My kids eat everything and they wouldnt even eat it. What a waste of food and money! I work hard, especially now, and this is not how I want to spend my money. Do yourself a favor and watch what they put in your food when you go so you make sure its not inedible for you like it was for us. Very sad Panda. Do better.Pulled a few pieces out for everyone to see. But most of the bottom looked like that and tiny parts were mixed in making it all have the burnt taste.

On March 20th 2023 I went to the LA Habra store at 5 pm. They were not busy.I ordered 2 items Orange Chicken and Kung Pow Chicken. Rice noodles and a side if a new item Sizzling Shrimp.We live 5 minutes away, by the time I got home most was all cold.Orange Chicken was cold and not much flavor. Kung pow Chicken was good but cold.My wife tasted the shrimp and said it smelled like it was not fresh, she threw all away.Something is wrong, use to be fresh and good flavor.That will be my last time at this store, other local Chinese restaurants are much better.

Im not vegetarian! I ordered broccoli beef and received 90% broccoli and 10 % of beef. They are accepting order and pick up only so, I cant see how theyre putting food to my tray. They are abusing the system right now. This is so terrible!

It’s dinner time and I guess the staff was not prepared for rush hour. Nothing was ready and about the time I got home the rice and noodles that were previously already served was cold. They shouldn’t serve if the food isn’t ready. Also there was only 2 pieces of meat in the broccoli beef!

My first Panda Express experience was during a visit in Tustin. I enjoyed the chicken and looked 4ward to trying their beef closer to home.On 10-26-20 @ 4pm I ordered a plate in order to try 2 beef entrees. The employee loaded my plate with my veggie side and next added a teaspoon of beef broccoli, then closed the lid on the container. We went back-and-forth 5 minutes until he finally put the 2 beef entrees into the container. Flustered, I lowered my mask to make sure he could hear me!And, unfortunately, I found the beef to be sub-par. It was over-flavored in an effort to make up for poor texture. I will never order beef again.NEVER going to this location again. There is no excuse for someone appearing to be so un-trained, like this young man, to be placed into this detail-oriented job with customers.

Okay, so Im a bit of a Panda junkie... I think its because, love em or hate em, they are ALWAYS consistent in quality. Anyhoo, tried the 8 treasure chicken which was extremely healthy. Unfortunately, though the mix of flavors grows on you in an unexpected way, it just wasnt flavorful overall to warrant another go... Great location, with friendly and accommodating staff. However, it is nearly invisible as the entrance and signage pretty much face inward to another building in a narrow corridor, and there is no indicator that its there from the massing ocean of parking in the shopping center.

Today was my first time in a Panda Express, the food was good and of good quality, but I felt very bad, due to the bad attention of a person named Maria in a black uniform, I felt racism from her, she did not greet me, no I wanted to feel speaking in Spanish, it made me very uncomfortable and very stupid, when I sat down to eat, I could see how they treated white and blonde people very well, and I could realize that he spoke perfect Spanish and he did not want to speak it with me, I did not know the dishes and I dont know which one I could choose, despite the fact that the food was very good, I felt very bad for their bad service and I didnt enjoy my dish, it was wasting my money with bad service.

This 🐼 is better than many other that I have visited. Food was great, fast service and awesome taste. The only drawback, the girl serving the food was too pushy and too fast. She anticipated peoples orders, and even had an error in mine. If you are in the mood for gallbladder friendly food, this is your place.

We showed up about 20 minutes before closing and ordered 2 2 item combos. The had make more chow mein because they were trying to close down. They also had to make individual orders of almost everything we wanted. So I was willing to wait the 5 minutes for fresh food because its worth it. But when I got home I realized the orders were significantly smaller that what I usually get. I had also ordered a large entree of honey walnut shrimp. That was only half full. I didnt realize any of that till I got home and unpacked it. Also almost immediately after my wife finished her sweetfire chicken she became very sick. My guess is that the freshly made order was undercooked. I had beef and did not have a reaction. But over all it was a disappointing trip to one of my favorite spots.

Generally tasty food that will satisfy most Chinese food lovers. Prices are reasonable however there are small mom & pop restaurants that pack in much more food for similar or lower prices. That said, portion sizes are probably closer to what would be recommended for healthy eating. Additionally, they are a chain which means that it offers the convenience of getting consistently prepared food potentially at a location near you.

Did not have my order, and was told I had to pay for my order (twice) because they wouldn’t give my order even though I showed them my digital receipt. Then I was ignored as other people were served (walk ins who did not pre-order and pay online), and after the line was clear I was told, “We will check our email to see if you have an order.” This process was slow and tedious. It should not be offered online at this location. In the past I have taken my family here several times a year for the last 10 years, but now I don’t want to come here again.Update: they seem to have worked out most of the kinks, but they should add a social networking position to oversee online customer service.

Went in about an hour and a half before closing, aboslutely nothing available, every item required waiting up to 10 minutes to get. Would recomend 1 serving of each item servable up until 30 minutes of closing. Especially high selling items, such as Orange or Mushroom Chicken. Sad way to spend eating traditional asian american, wish they could be open later too.

That was a bit disappointing but overall the food I ordered tasted fresh and didn’t seem like it was just sitting there. When I go there, I always seem to hit the mark. Theres nothing particularly pulling, and I go if I dont want to cook. I cant eat anything greasy, so I always eat it with hot sauce. The hot sauce is a bit sour, so I feel refreshed!
