Friendly workers. It was super busy, and they were great. I guess I havent visited a panda in a while. Alot of new items. Mostly spicy which I cant have. Other than missing items I love. Food was great and fresh.

I well, never return to this Panda Express again unless its for takeout or to eat in the patio. This is the worst Panda Express Ive ever been to for a noise level from the kitchen and from the chairs scraping on the floor! Not pleasant at all to eat inside! Plus they were out of the sweet sour sauce but didnt notify us when we were purchasing egg rolls that they were out of the sauce! How can a huge company like this let their inventory get down and be out of the sweet sour sauce is beyond me! One of the worst eating experiences ever for noise level! I called Panda Express corporate in complained. They took my information and sent me a coupon to get a free item if I bought a two item combo plate! Do you think I feel like going back to Panda Express to buy more food. Not really! They have gotten rid of sweet sour pork. They could add sweet sour chicken to the menu but they never have. Even though Ive asked for it, they got rid of eggplant and tofu and both of their soups. Their containers for your extra side have gotten smaller and they dont give you as much in your two item plate! Yet the family purchased the building next to Panda inn in Pasadena for 42 million dollars!

I wanted to thank this Panda for doing a great job. The place is clean and they have opened indoor dining and their restrooms. This Panda is the best in the area and the food is fresh and delicious. Other Panda’s in the area are imposing crazy overbearing lock down restrictions, but this particular Panda is run properly. They are focused on good service and their product. Thank you!!!!

Great service!!First off, I want to say I don’t think I have ever left a good review before. LolI walked in shortly before closing, and most pandas will have limited selection at that time. I ordered and they made most of my food fresh! The staff and manager on duty were very helpful and friendly, and seemed to rush the order and even thew in a sample of one of their new dishes for the wait!!! My only regret is that I didn’t catch the employees or manager on duty to shout their names. I definitely will be back! Thank you guys, your staff really has the customer service thing down. Keep up the good work!!

Food is still great - esp. for the price. I just wish theyd re-install the patio tables & chairs on the West side. Most of us still want to eat outside to feel safe (or just to enjoy the sun & views!), so I was glad to at least find a table facing North that I could use. (Not sure if it belonged to Panda, tho - or the Mexican place next door!) PLEASE put patio furniture on your WEST side patio again, guys!! ;-)

Half of the meat and chicken ordered on my plate was really cold.. refrigerator cold. Cooks do a horrible job on cooking meat evenly and thoroughly. Quality control issue. Manager needs to inspect and oversee these cooking procedures daily.. lazy management and cheap lazy cooks. Lets see how my food poisoning turns out from the undercooked food i spit out.

The African American man serving us was really helpful. I brought alot of picky eaters and he gave me options to have all my kids leave happy and we got really full!! Wish I wouldve got his name. I will go back to that panda because of his service!!!

We are regular at this Pandas, good food but sometimes the workers like they are not in mood to serve, my experience today i request a cup for water, and i pour roots beer, the lady followed me and said rudely you request water, i said yes! I throw away, I I just want a sip of sweet i dont want the whole thing of soda. I always do that ! Today i feel offended. I learned my lesson i will never taste again. But i am a regular for dinners i thought i deserved it. 😉

This place is great. Its so clean inside. The staff is super kind and helpful. And most of the food tastes delicious. Most except for the chow mein. Its always a little burnt, which, isnt a deal breaker by any means but fixing that would make this place perfect.

Wasnt the best Panda Express Ive gone to, the teriyaki wasnt well coocked, didnt even look like grilled teriyaki any more, and chow mein needed some flavor, it just didnt taste like chow mein. Other than that, the cashier was super nice.

Its redicilous that you are charged extra for certain items like honey shrimp and literally its made 2 tablespoons they count the shrimp. They fill your plate with rice and noodles to make it look like fair portions but there skimpy on the sides espically for the prices they charge. I wont be dinning here again and I dont recommend this location.

Jasmine was extremely rude and entirely unprofessional. I came in to order a bigger plate for my pregnant fiancee and myself, and to split it into 2 containers. What was great is that Jasmine was happy enough to split the meal into two separate containers, but instead of charging me for the bigger plate that cost $9.20 and consists of the 3 entrees and 1 side that I was in fact receiving, I wound up paying nearly double because she insisted that it was organized as two separate meals.I was very clear on what I was ordering, and it is not my problem if you cannot organize the very foods that you are selling to people.Its the principal of being bullied and embarrassed by a pushy Panda manager that caused us to demand a refund and choose the McDonalds across the street, because they at least know how to treat a customer. We have been Panda patrons for over 20 years, and this is the worst experience that we have had in the restaurant chain.

So I went in ordered three plates and service was fast and good. Then she told me to exit the side door which I was fine with because of social distancing, but before I had even left I went back to ask for some spicy sause and before I even got a word out I said “excuse me*interupts me disrespectfully, she said “exits that way.” And I finished my sentence and she said she was sure she put some in my bag. Went to eat at work and found no sauce. Thanks a lot

While every other business around has provided a temporary solution to the seating outside (due to COVID) Panda apart from not having seating for customers while their neighbors and the rest of the surrounding restaurants are improvising to better serve...Additionally they ask you for donation that later they will claim as if that was their money for taxes wright off... what a fk up corporation/businessQuality and taste is not there more people complaining about the exact same thing
