So I got there about 832 and did not get my food until 8:56 which was very underportioned they had started cleaning way too early and did not have enough food prepared. No communication first I was told 8 minutes and then 6 but it took wayyyyy longer by the time my orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken was ready my sides were cold due to them plating it was too early and not keeping it warm. I was told there was no manager and the shift lead really did not care then when I told her Ima do a review she tried to offer a free drink like no thanks lady I want to leave! NOW!

I recently dined at panda express in emeryville and i unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the server, Tina. I felt compelled to share my feedback to help improve future visits.During my visit on Monday 10/16, I encountered a level of impatience and rudeness from Tina was completely unexpected and unpleasant. She seemed disinterested in assisting us and rushed through taking our orders without allowing us choose.Tina’s attitude remained consistently impatient as I tried to ask for fresh beef and broccoli and was denied. Her behavior made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and left a negative impression.I believe that constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope Panda Express addresses this issue, as it could greatly enhance the overall dining experience for future

I often make a stop here after shopping at one of the stores within the East Bay Bridge shopping area. The food is tasty - and sometimes when you are trying to make up your mind the serving staff will offer you a nibble of one of the entrees. I appreciate the different sizes, from bowls to platters for different appetites. There is a nice sized seating area for those who wish to dine in. And the staff that I’ve encountered have been helpful and attentive.

We visited this restaurant to get some food for a quick dinner. My husband was always against getting Panda Express and I had never had it so I had to try it. We ended up getting two plate meals so each had 1 side and 2 entree’s. We ordered Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, and Honey Walnut Shrimp.Firstly, the Chow Mein is dry and lacking flavor. The beef for the beef and broccoli was tender, however the sauce on it lacked any sort of flavor. The beef and broccoli was a weird experience because I’ve never had such saucy tender beef that was so lacking in flavor. The broccoli had flavor but not a great flavor.The orange chicken had a very mild spice, however it does not taste like oranges if thats what you are expecting in the dish. It also is not very crisp, it was like sauce had set on it for awhile and absorbed into the bread coating on the chicken making it no longer crisp.The honey walnut shrimp was probably our favorite of what we ordered. It had a nice crispness to it with a sweet glaze that tasted more of coconut in flavor than walnut or honey. There were a few pieces of walnut also found amongst the shrimp. If we ever are desperate enough to go again, this would be the only thing we order.For a side to go along with the two plate meals we got we ordered a chicken egg roll to try. This egg roll was a major disappointment. I have high expectations in egg rolls coming from an Asian family and had lowered them knowing this is a fast food chain and wanted a quick egg roll fix; it still did not meet expectations at all. The outside wrapper was a little bit doughy, almost like it were cooked from frozen. The inside was lacking in seasoning. It had some cabbage, carrot, rice noodles, lettuce, and a tiny amount of ground chicken. Chewing through the whole thing left a displeasing taste on the palate, not like old grease, but displeasing.I’m not sure how often food is made fresh, but while we were there employees were checking the temperature of all entrees.If you choose to go here, be careful of the 5 star reviews because there was a sign to leave a 5 star review and get a free entree.

Well Ive been to Panda Express quite a few times because but as a restaurant manager myself I had to assume like always when I go there have to encourage the staff to come from the back because theyll leave two people maybe once sometimes up front to do all the personally I think that the management needs a good talking-to and maybe some more training but overall the food is nice as good as clean and I appreciate Panda Express from coming to our neighborhood thank you very much

This Panda has the worst of everything. I placed an order for delivery and got the wrong order delivered. Tried calling the restaurant and didnt get an answer. Tried calling door dasher but got no answer. I contacted Door Dash via phone who said the restaurant would redeliver correct item. It is over an hour later and still no food. This is not the first time this has happened and I am on hold with door dash waiting for a refund. Had I known it was going to be delivered from the one up the street from me I never would have ordered. I thought I was ordering from Oakland not Emeryville.The food and service at this location is awful. I now have to wait 7-10 business days for refund that should be processed immediately. That fact that no one answers when you call the Emeryville location directly is terrible. I will never go to this location again or use door dash!!

The whole atmosphere needs to be retrained on how to serve food and listen appropriately. Nobody listens there. They just plop down whatever I think it’s just a big deal to change like nobody considers that people have allergies or anything like that. That’s why we’re out there asking for certain things. The manager is too young to be in a position does not know how to handle complex confrontation Definitely needs to be trained or demoted. The only people that can do their job decently or the people at the cashiers and the cooks

This is my go-to Panda Express when I am in the area, as its never too busy and the food is pretty consistent. Occasionally, its not hot enough, but you can say that about any kind of food that sits in the counter for more than a few minutes.

Nothing to eat for vegetarians except egg rolls and broccoli Bok choy. They got rid of their best entree the tofu eggplant.
