New updateThe older lady instead of saying the food is coming up she says we don’t have it as to make you pick something else. I mean how hard is it to say it’s coming out would you like to wait? Also why is she also so mad if she doesn’t want to work with customers go to the backUpdate I ordered online and they completely forgot my sides wth! Posting the receipt and the plate before I even touched it. Not cool guys double check!The staff is mixed the girls that are normally there are soo nice and quick they are some young girls with glasses one of them and a small female manager. I went in today they got busy and they had a slow guy working the line the manager took over he walked to the back and left the line busy and then they got slow. I asked for rice and noodles I got the smallest amount of noodles I don’t mind their portions for the entree but the noodles and the rice they got all stingy with it. I’ve had times where they don’t add the sauce to my chicken teriyaki as well it’s like I said a 50 50 depending on who is in charge the older Latin woman who is there needs to fix her face like smile and be welcoming.

‼️AVOID THIS PLACE‼️The worst service I ever experience at the fast food chain! Terrible!!! I came they did not have fried rice and told me to wait 4 minutes and chow mein for 7 minutes after 10 minutes wait they got fried rice and chow mein almost gone but at that moment was no more sizzling shrimp and they told me to wait another 7 minutes. Are you serious ? I just have to stand and wait until you will circle with the food and cannot provide all items on time after you customer waited already 15 minutes! If I only could give you 0 starts! Never come back!

Place was freezing! I could barely eat my food it was so cold! I asked the woman for easy rice! She filled it up! The Beef and broccoli portion was so small it could barely feed a child let alone me! I asked for water with no ice! It came with ice..

The food quality is consistent but the mobile ordering process is consistently horrible at this location. The workers never read the special instructions, always leave out the selected sauces, and several times I have received the wrong items or have items completely missing. The orders are also alway ready several minutes later than they are supposed to be. Always out of items. The employees at this location definitely need proper training on how to read the special instructions on the receipt and need to double check the order before bagging it.

All Pandas typically have a friendly helpful staff. but I noticed all pandas have a super friendly professional staff that means a lot to., the food is so good, it never sits hence there always putting fresh food out for us! sesame honey chicken is so so good!

Very disappointing. I drove quite a ways to this location because it was allegedly open later that the others. I made it there a good 20 minutes before closing to find that they were already closed. Well, the doors were locked and two employees were inside having a nice little conversation. I guess I should have called ahead to confirm their hours but if it says they are open, stay open. Especially when you are the only one open that late. Total bummer.

Placed order online. Order was not ready. So the manager kicked me out of store. He said I ordered 6 minutes ago and to wait outside the store or come back later..If I am a customer why do I have to wait outside or comeback. I usually like this location but they have been frustrating me lately when ordering delivery from them via ubereats. The last two times they didnt include any dipping sauce for the spring rolls even though I requested it. Not a huge deal but a little irritating.Then tonight I went to place an order and right as I was about to order they changed their status to closed - 20 minutes before their actual closing time. Again, not a huge deal but still pretty annoying. I had spent like 10 minutes choosing what to get and then got turned away because they arbitrarily closed early. They should list their closing time as 9:40 if they are going to stop accepting orders at 9:40.

I like panda restaurants but each ones food tastes a little different some are very good and some are very average. They do have a drive-through on Roscoe which at least saves the time of parking and going in and all of that. Ive never had to wait in line more than a couple minutes

Overall Panda express is great... but I had the unfortunate experience of eating at this location in someone brought a dog inside... Which wasnt a service dog. The manager asked when I complained if that was a service dog and just took a yes answer from the owner which made me roll my eyes... Cause there wasnt anything indicating it was a service dog... Ppl get sick and die from dogs all the time...

This happened around 7:45pm today. I dont usually give bad reviews.I waited in line for 10 minutes to be told that it would take 7 mins to make more egg rolls (there were none ready). Ok, no problem. No attitude, Im not starving, not in a hurry.Heres the messed up part. I asked for a water cup, to which the chick replies In a minute, after Im done helping this man. with this TONE, I tell you. Took me from 0 to 100 real quick. What got me is, it was pretty busy in there... But rather than handle it with decent ethic and attitude, as I and many others who have worked in the service industry have done before us, it was evident that these particular employees were annoyed and miserable. So, you take it out on me after Ive already been waiting 10 minutes? She even followed it up with Ok, bye. and no eye contact. It takes 2 seconds to hand someone a water cup, 2 minutes of deep breaths to correct your attitude.This is wordy enough and so Ill finish with, Im never coming back here. ✌️

I have been ordering food from this place at least once a week for the past five years. Today I went there to order three foods as usual. This new extremely rude, ill mannered, impolite guy Jeep (not the car just a rude person) who claimed to be the manager was so unprofessional and treated me so horribly that this was my last time ordering food here. Never go there while this rude so-called manager is working there!

I went to this Panda Express location Sunday February 17th around 12:30-1:00. I have NEVER had a worse customer service experience in my life! The manager on duty said his name was Paul. Was so rude and really tried his best to escalate and make the situation much worse. He took my money and would not give me my order. I showed him on my cell phone that the charge went thru but he said because it said pending he would not give me my order. I told him every credit card charge says pending when you use it until a day or two later. I literally could not believe this man would not give me the food or money back. I didnt know what to do. This man stood there mocking me. I called the police on him. He picked up his phone and said Ill call too. Very mockingly and childish.It was humiliating.This kind woman stood up and said she heard everything and that people in the restaurant business should never put profit over people. I also showed her my bank transactions to show that the money went thru. She paid for the food that I already paid for and this guy kept trying to incite an argument with me. I was just stunned and had to ignore him. Ill never go back to that location. I told Paul he is a disgrace! I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

Very clean and nice looking interior. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was prompt. Parking is a free for all so you might have to walk a block. Overall a very good experience.
