I didnt realize Panda was here, so glad I found it. The store was clean, and the service was better. My Lil one was griping about being so thirsty, and without asking, the employee handed over a cup so she could help herself to water. Thank you for being aware of the customers needs 🙏As far as food, the honey walnut shrimp was bland and dry. Bummer, since its at a premium cost.

I dont know if I went on a good day or I was super hungry, but the food tasted so good to me. I am not a big fan of Panda, but I had a coupon for a free small side. Wasnt a line when I got there but was one shortly after receiving my food. Food was fresh. I gobbled it down. Kung pao chicken, orange chicken Kung pao beef (?)... dont exactly remember which beef item I chose. It was all good 😋 could use more food in the container though

One star rating because while we were eating a customer walked in with their dog. Staff stated they were not allowed but managers ignore the pet sanitation restriction. If dog hair bothers you in your food maybe try somewhere else.

Its convenient and better to eat there before going to Costco when Im with my daughter. I like their fried rice, chow mein, beef and broccoli, occasionally, their angus steak. Staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean.

Came here with my family and they locked both restrooms because they dont want people using it after its been cleaned. Waited for over 30 mins. Nothing was wrong with the restroom and no signs were put up. After asking they still refused to open the restrooms.

Do not go here 30 minutes before closing. They will not make anymore chow mein, veggies, or anything other entree even if there are 5 customers behind you. Horrible customer service. I asked for another batch of chow mein and their response was we dont like to waste food. I should have asked the customers behind me if they wanted some too,v but I just wanted to get out of there.

It was ok. I was so hungry I just started chowing down. But, the chow main wasnt real fresh. The chicken with mushrooms was pretty shy on the chicken. I thought the chicken egg roll had some sort of after taste. Ive tasted better ... the sweet and sour made it good. The Beef with Broccoli was Very Good, but seemed like a small portion. The Honey Walnut Shrimp was Out of this World!! That was Fantastic!The server was very polite, and efficient. Price seemed high, but what isnt any more.Came in about 8 pm, store closed at 9:30 pm. Guess this store isnt too worried about quality on a Sat. Night.Overall, I dont think I will go back here again. Prefer the Panda Express at Spring and Woodruff, in Long Beach at the Pavilions. Service here at this Costco-adjacent Panda Express has improved dramatically since the height of the pandemic. There are no more staggered lines out the door to get in, and the few people inside ordering move quickly. In other words, its back to normal. Their new premium item, Wok Seared Steak & Shrimp, is delicious, with savory steak pieces that taste right off the grill, and the shrimp are quite big. The chow mein noodles side is still the Americanized comfort food we have grown to crave, no matter how many times we try to stick to a low carb diet.

I’ve always liked Panda Express until a recent experience where I paid nearly ten dollars for a mini bowl of food(barely a snack) and a drink. It was however, good as far as fast Chinese food goes but why did they steer away from the larger trays? I used to pay no more than seven or eight dollars for a heaping take out tray of food from Panda Express so why now, during a pandemic, are you selling mini bowls for higher the price? Shame. Never coming back. If I want high quality fast Chinese food pick up stix will be my go to, otherwise I’m sticking to my friendly neighborhood Chinese takeout place, the wok experience! I pay seven dollars for a heaping tray of great food. They do t cut quality or rip people off.I could’ve gone to a high-quality sit down dinner Chinese restaurant for less than I paid equivalent to that portion panda express gave me.

I can never tell if the orange chicken is ever fresh because it always feels like it was a frozen food that was thawed too fast. I wouldnt go when a store just opens because the sweet and sour sauce isnt usually hot. Small thing I know but its something I notice. Especially how pricey the food is.

The least caring staff in the world. Went in for lunch at 1:00PM and not a single staff member seemed happy to be there. Both my server and the cashier actually did not even look up at me. Both mumbled and could not care less. Somehow they managed to completely dissatisfy me even though I was only there for six minutes.

Sadly I have to give this place a low rating. Went there a couple days ago about 8pm. The staff were quite unfriendly. Not exactly rude but it seems like they were intentionally NOT being nice to anybody. Further the store itself was filthy. All trash cans were overflowing. Floors were sticky and trash was left on many tables. Those that didnt have trash had food debris. They were not busy, only 3 other people in there and I counted 4 employees, more than enough to have some body working the lobby to keep it clean.

The place isnt so bad that I would drive somewhere else, but it is borderline acceptable.They were out of a lot of items despite having enough customers they should be constantly preparing food but not so busy they would run out because the cook cant keep up.The best way to describe the customer service was complacent. Theyll help you if you ask but no one has the initiative to speak to you first as you stand there.If youre hungry and can see the building, go for it. If youre at home thinking of Panda, pick a different location.

Enjoyed Angus Steak the first time (take out- pandemic) we bought about a month ago. Went back last week and was very disappointed. It had a burnt taste ( maybe using same wok without washing?) and the meat when you cut it was like cutting tufo. I think there was too much use of tenderizing agent ( baking soda?), and to top it off, the meat was COLD! We trashed it ! We paid $14.00 + for a large box. Never will I go back to this location again. I will go to the one inside Vons where we can taste the item before purchasing.

This is only about their menu. They have many chicken dishes but only one beef. Their beef and broccoli always look so staled and taste worse. The guy who gave me the food was kind, but there werent many options, I asked him how long it would take for the other options to come out and he told me which option I was saying, well, I told him there are 4 empty displays, I think there are 4 options that are missing, and he replied, not here, only the meat with broccoli is missing, and I kept thinking!! I didnt visit pandas much and I know that options are needed, but I opted for shrimp meat and noodles, another... the cashier is a little bad-faced, she cant even understand what shes talking about, Im not going to eat there again.

This is a relatively high-level Chinese fast food chain among American fast food. Their dishes are more American-style but also retain the characteristics of Chinese food. Its a bit like a quick stir-fry of Hakka cuisine, with heavy seasonings. The most important thing is that they fry a portion of the food every time and then fry it after it is sold out. Every time it is fresh and hot.
