I ordered online for a family meal for pick up, not sure what’s going on here, but the orange chicken was halfway full in the entrée container on top of it was not even fresh. It was cold and hard And not edible at all, The rice kernels were hard and uncooked, The fried rice was white, and you can see the rice kernels uncooked and When I went to go bite into it, they were hard. After opening these two entrées, all the rest, I realized they literally just rushed this and put uncooked Out food and overcooked food in this whole Entire family meal! I would’ve waited for fresh food! I don’t care how long customers have to wait serving uncooked food is not acceptable! For the uncooked food I’m definitely going to report this to BBB!

10% Beef and 90% Broccoli, Fried rice was hard and there were bits of the metal grill brush in my food. My sister said they were also not very friendly. She and my roommate worked at a different location and confirmed that it was plastic/metal pieces. Need my refund.

I spent about $55 for lousy food. The orange chicken was hard as a rock, the broccoli in the beef broccoli was soggy and the dozen egg rolls were soft and the inside was mushy. The food served seem old and should’ve been thrown in the garbage. They don’t answer their phone and corporate doesn’t care. Go elsewhere.

People are good but the damn food man. How hard is it to make rice!? Its never right here. Today was the last straw for me. I hate leaving reviews but this rice and rushed uncooked chicken/steak is ridiculous. Then they charge us that much to eat this? Fix thr rice please...and were already accepting to wait for the food might as well cook it all the way through. Just disappointed to be paying this much. Ugh. I feel bad for the servers. Hope the cooks get it right asap!

I went panda cuz I love panda but one of the workers is so rude..I told her can I have a bowl with white rice..I said 3 times .the guy got the bowl and it had chinesse rice . I said oh no I need white rice. I ordered a plate with one entree & 2 sides - I chose chow mien & beyond orange chicken, I was expecting to pay $9.50 plus tax as shown on their menu. Somehow, I ended up with being charged extra. I asked them, they said there are extra charges for premium entree that no where do they state they will charge extra for plant based meat as a premium entree in the store. So whenever you eat there, beware of hidden charges.

I cannot believe this was my first visit to Panda Express! Im a fan of PF Changs and heard Panda Express was an excellent choice if you want to go a bit more casual. Well they were right! The food and variety is so good! Everything I chose was delicious. The Orange Chicken is excellent! Large succulent pieces in a perfectly seasoned sauce thats not too sweet. The fried rice and noodles were excellent as well. The restaurant bright and spotless and the employees took very good care of their guests. Im looking forward to my next visit.

First, the food taste good. Its what you would expect for a fast food restaurant. What I dont appreciate is the fact that this particular store is giving out a very little portion of meat. I ordered honey walnut shrimp and I got 5 little pieces. My teriyaki chicken were 6 pieces and they were not even cut thick so basically I got a small piece of chicken to begin with. Panda Express was good. Ive been a customer for at least a decade. But the fact that they increased the price of the bowl so you would be forced to order the plate ($1 difference now compared to $2-3 difference years ago) is a marketing ploy obviously. So if I am going to order a plate, I expect that it would be thesame portion of meat for the plate version instead of the bowl. This is annoying and I would start considering going somewhere else instead.

The Worst Panda Express I ever went to in my life! Don’t go ! I’ve Went multiple times and i always have a problem. I mobile order and i get Missing food in pretty much every order. And the staff is slow af. they gave my food to someone else and they took 20+ minutes to remake it with 3 people in line 💀💀💀and the food doesn’t taste standard at all. There are good Panda Express locations and there are bad ones and this one consistently comes up on the good list. They are never not busy, so the food is always fresh and they dont skimp on the portions like a few other locations try to do.I miss the Firecracker Shrimp, but they still have a lot of other delicious offerings and even with a line, you can usually be in and out again in under 15 minutes.

I’m as white as they come but I speak Spanish fluently!!! Will never go there again. So disappointing how the staff there could speak about a customer. I came here tonight and the staff did a wonderful job under the pressure they were ensuring. The line was practically out the door and they were calm and collected.Priscilla and the other three ladies on the front line were very courteous and were all smiling despite the wait times on food.The store was clean and well organized. There weren’t things tossed around like I’ve seen elsewhere. The floors were spotless and the dining room was full.Good job to all six staff on duty.8pm shift

Alright so I got to go here on a late lunch last week and I dont wanna see it was a great experience aside from being super packed in a very minimal seating inside and no seating outdoors the service and the entire work crew was amazing very nice very generous even when Im getting my order wrong they They still compensated and gave me my correct order and the additional add on for free they did not charge me so I got 3 entrees verse just the 2 I originally wanted which was really which is really nice price and portions were fairly good fairly good I really would recommend this location great food great service a little pack so if youre editing in make sure you have some time.

Quite possibly the worst Panda Express I have ever been to. Was in line behind only 3 people but it ended up taking over 25 minutes to even order because the workers were completing all the online orders before helping customers. Went ahead order online. They were having a promotional sale for their family meal if $20.00 normally $35.00. But the catch is you have to order this online and pick it up in the store. Their orange chicken is da bomb. Very delicious and yummy. Teriyaki chicken is delicious as well. We will order this again in the future. One person at a time allowed in the store, then serving was half the amount it should have been, to top it off steak was really tough and undercooked. Come on Panda, you are better than this. The issue i had was their free entree was what appeared to be a table spoon serving of the main which was orange chicken. What a joke! For .50 more, i would have gotten a normal sized meal. Riverside is in red zone - meaning the restaurants can open 25% of their total capacity. This branch is still closed indoor (outdoor dining only which they dont have). Prolly trying not to clean the area often. Regarding the order, they gave me a teriyaki sauce (in a cup) that is not even halfway full. Wth? Are they trying to save more money by closing the indoor dining and not filling up the small cup for the teriyaki sauce? Not to mention that the Hispanic lady on the counter was not even remotely nice..I can categorize her as plain rude. Not gonna eat here again.

If I could write a negative star review I would. Management there has absolutely no idea how to train their employees and allows their employees to be constantly rude to the customers. My fiance and I we were in line got up to the register the cashier swiped his card once and then proceeded to ask him if he had another card implying that he had no money when she refused to manually enter the card numbers. The manager was standing there and refused to intervene or rectify the situation. Then when we called a few minutes later after going next door to grab food which our card was gladly accepted with no issues he said that he was the manager and then lied turning it out that he was the shift manager he didnt want to give out the corporate number he didnt want to give out his store number he was exceptionally rude lied to my fiance over the phone saying that they would never treat their customers as such causing an embarrassment to him and I. I would not go there unless you would like to be treated as a low life. You are a disgrace to our society.

Last night was the worst service I had there ever. Online order for 5 adults. 4 were incorrect, missing items, substituted for or items, or bottom of the bowl entree with onions,bell pepper, and sauce ONLY. One BIGGER plate was supposed to be all noodles came as 1/2 noodles 1/2 rice. Beijing beef EA substituted for honey sesame chicken. Anther BIGGER plate had Angus beef without the beef or mushrooms but a bunch of onions bell pepper and sauce. A few pieces of orange chicken and NO third item! The al a carte teriyaki chicken wasnt even recieved. Bought spring rolls and they didnt include and sweet and sour sauce. When we returned to complain we got a attitude from behind the counter but eventually got our dinner replaced though we still didnt get the rolls replaced or even the sweet fire chicken for the other BIGGER plate STILL wasnt included..If were subject to this kind of ordering due to the pandemic Id expect the order to be more accurate or receptive to mistake complaints.

On January 23, 2020 at 6:30pm we visited the Menifee Panda Express to support our schools fundraiser. Panda is my sons absolute favorite restaurant. He orders the same thing every time. 50/50 fried rice and chow mein, 2 orders of orange chicken, spring roll and wontons. Within 15-20 minutes of him eating his dinner, he said he felt itchy all over and his tounge felt weird. I lifted up his shirt, and he was completely broken out in hives. Im extremely familiar with these types of hives because my son has an extreme allergy or sensitivity to WALNUTS!! Mind you, we ate at Panda 2 weeks ago, where he ordered all the exact same foods and had no adverse reactions. My thought is that last night some how the Honey Walnut Shrimp was cooked in the same oil or same pan as any of the items my son ate like orange chicken. His pediatrician was confident it was a contamination with walnuts. Today, my son was unable to attend school because hes still suffering with hives. His pediatrician gave him steroids to be on for the next four days as well as benadryl every six hours. Im thinking its no longer safe for us to be customers of Panda Express since I cant trust this wont happen again and my sons health and well being are for more important to me than the $35 I spent on food that made him sick.Im sure you can all understand and sympathize with my sons situation and use this instance as a teaching moment in your restaurants to not cross contaminate nuts into other food. Furthermore, I understand Panda hires younger girls, however let me just add that I think its extremely inappropriate when your girls are trash talking to each other the client they served right before me, right in front of me. Trash talk about your paying customers after work! Its just bad business!After 7 days of contacting Panda and sending them pictures of the hives my son had, they never responded...
